721  Economy / Auctions / Re: Set of 3 Bitpieces - #3 - Only 3 sets left! on: July 15, 2016, 04:39:36 PM
The forum has been giving me some loading errors so the end time is extended by 1 hour. The auction will end at 7PM forum time, with all the other rules still in place.

Congrats to the winner. Hopefully there will be another giveaway similar to this again.
i hope too, this was the greatest giveaway. Maybe there will be same giveaway, we just have to wait 4 years Grin

Yeah, probably another four years. Hopefully there is something like "Pizza day raffle [Free]" or "Bitcointalk Anniversary Contest [Free]". Just some wishes ...

You are a hero member of this community. Why don't you organize a raffle on one of these key days? Wink

We should have a minerjones day  Wink

Roughly how much for it?
728  Economy / Collectibles / Re: I would like to ask if casascius coins after buying it? on: July 12, 2016, 06:57:01 PM
I thought that its cheap.. do you have any below 1 btc offer for each casascius coin? that i can afford to buy.. 1 btc above i can buy those its very high price I  thought that you can buy it for cheap price even 0.1 btc.. because my friend he told me that he buy one silver casascius for 0.1 btc..

A casascius silver 0.1BTC has one of the highest premiums compared to it's face value. It will cost around 1BTC for the silver 0.1BTC. If you are looking for a cheap coin, there are some non-casascius coins around here in the forum that you could get for under 0.1.

Hi miffman, nice job with the coin. Is my calculation off or are these going for about $50 each and that is unloaded, correct? And they are made of bronze? Not sure if I am missing something here but that seems to be a high price point no?

Hi f*D, thanks! Yes, the price in USD or any other currency is a bit more expensive than other coins. I have been working on the coin for a long time, and all coins and coin components were purchased in BTC some time ago (months). This is why the price is static in BTC. Should there be any massive price swings (say to 1$ or even 2000$), the price won't change.

Hope that clears things up  Smiley

The OP has been updated. Once the group buy is done, I will unreserve some of my slots.

735  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [EU][GROUP BUY] Miffman's BitPiece on: July 12, 2016, 07:28:06 AM
Just so everyone is on the same page, I'm gonna be sending the coins to Mitchell and he will send it to you Smiley

(That is if you accept this last change before you close the group buy Smiley )

I would accept the change if I knew what Poloherb meant with: "add set #4 funded coins". According to your thread Miffman, number #4 is reserved for an auction and does not belong to Poloherb.

I have changed #45 to an unfunded coin and will close this group buy as soon as I know what Poloherb meant.

He meant add set 4 (coin #4 without plating, coin #4 with silver plating, coin #4 with gold plating) to the list, each as funded coins. He won the auction and I did not update my list yet.

Sorry for any confusion.
736  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [EU][GROUP BUY] Miffman's BitPiece on: July 11, 2016, 09:42:26 PM
Mitchell I would like to change # 45 to unfunded and add set #4 funded coins all post immediately from miffman.  The whole price I will send to miffman

The end time has been extended by 20 minutes.
739  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Casascius hologram issue on: July 11, 2016, 04:00:39 PM
Hmm...I wonder if it has to do with the adhesive of the hologram. If anything, I'm sure it won't loosen the hologram.
740  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [POLL][DISC] Coins by Casascius etc. Do added "dust" transactions affect value? on: July 11, 2016, 03:54:47 PM
Meh, I don't think it affects the value of the coins. It's something anyone can do easily and cheaply to all addresses (or maybe not that cheaply if you're dusting say 50000 addresses) so it's not something to worry about. As long as no money is going out, it's no problem.
