Every single IEO that is held on Binance, Huobi, OKEX, Gate and Kucoin are worth your attention, because if you look at the stats, they were always great. Leave all other exchanges aside and do not test your luck.

No, i do not agree with you there are success projects this year, also there are many fails projects, although fail projects more than success project but still exist.
Successful projects in 2019 do not tell too many problems. in 2020 or 2021 it may die or be replaced by other altcoins. And I agree with the thinking, there is no really good project in the long term. Except for bitcoin |

I think the other reason is the exclusivity and initial funds that must be deposited by the organizer of the IEO to the exchange. To ensure that IEO is not a scam, the exchange party must indeed carefully select and inspect every project that will hold IEO

Synx wallet under maintenance in Bittrex. Can anyone provide any info regarding this?
Most likely general maintenance, there aren't any issues I've been contacted with. Thats nice to know that it is just part of the routine maintenance i know things happen inside exchange just hoping it will be for good of this project i just happy staking and waiting for the value to arise again. This coin has so many fresh ideas but dev is not serious about it. i think some one that has good knowledge about programming can create own coin and develop this features into that.
