721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HYDRO is next 20-50x alt on: April 27, 2020, 03:03:21 PM
Is this Hydro is the one we get on Publishx0 for tipping?
I remember I read about this token long ago, nothing special about this token. Overall a nice project, but is it
capable for achieving x50 is hard to say! Maybe it is, but how long we need to wait for that, 10 years?

722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: April 26, 2020, 07:55:55 PM
I have full control of myself to stop gambling anytime since I am not a gambling addict. Only worst will result to yourself and love ones around me if I focus on earning money through gambling online or offline when the virus is gone or cured. Even covid-19 can't stop people to gamble unless that person is infected.

It is good to know that you are one of those who are not gambling addicts. But do you mean addicts have no self-control? Maybe yes, because otherwise, they wouldn't be addicts right? But there are many ways to control yourself to prevent addiction.

There are only two destinations to gamble while making money: the first is the good intentions of hoping for more money, and the second is the ill-effects that many neglects like family. So which one are you in?

Addicts don't have self-control, I will tell you that Text, and I stand firm behind that. I have experience with addicts, only thing they care about is themselves! They are selfish and they
think everything belongs to them! They don't care about control because they always think it's their moment, but usually they fail in everything they do!
I think there are many directions for people who win, mostly those directions depends from how much someone won! If you gamble low you can win much, but you can enjoy more gambling
with your winnings, practically you gamble with someone elses money, which is a good thing right?
723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the main purpose in gambling, always to make more money? on: April 26, 2020, 06:51:28 PM
The main purpose of gambling is always entertainment. Since you can never win in the long run against the house edge, it makes sense to gamble to have some fun from the boring daily routine Cheesy

The problem is many gamblers don't use gambling to entertain and have fun, and many of them are trying to make money from gambling. That is why we will see many gamblers will lose their money in a short time or a long time. If they can remember their purpose of playing gambling is to get fun by playing many gambling games, they will know the time to stop playing gambling. They will not force themselves to play more because they will only get more losses.

I think everyone wish to make money with gambling, it's the first thought we have! But after years of gambling and learning about gambling we figure out gambling and we know that things are not
so easy as they sounds. We gamble more for fun, winning is like a cherry on the top, but even if we don't win we had a sweet time!
I don't know how else to say it, but with experience we build personality. In the beginning we rush and make mistakes, we have big hopes. But as the time passing we have real expectations and we
try to enjoy more than to think about the money, at least it's like that in my case.
724  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin will never fall? on: April 26, 2020, 05:55:04 PM
I think that Bitcoin will survive because of decentralized system behind that power up everything around! Decentralization is what draw some people in, we like the fact there's nobody is in charge!
We have to keep ourselves, we don't need presidents and governments, we can monitor each other if we want that, Blockchain enable us to have full control over our funds and we can take a peak what
others are doing, if we want to! Basically Blockchain is the reason why Bitcoin will never fall, it's the ledger book we can trust, and people knows that, and many more will find out exactly that in future!
725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: April 25, 2020, 09:06:17 PM
Since the first day of quarantine, all I did all day is wake up, eat, play games, eat , play games again eat again, play games again then sleep. Games can be online game like COD. I also tried playing Teken. The next day I'll just repeat it. Later on I decided to join campaigns in alts or in services to earn bitcoin then I also study trading by watching videos in youtube, researching in google and ofcourse reading here in forum.

All in all you have a good time, right? Having fun with playing games, earning Bitcoins with your
signature, gambling when you wish. That sounds like a good life.
People should find some fun, and many of us found fun in gambling and that's not strange. It's just
important to limit your founds to not get in trouble with spending more money, but in all this you can
also be lucky and win something nice. Gambling is testing our chances, and I like to test mine during
this lockdown!
726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best privacy coin? on: April 25, 2020, 07:45:11 PM
For me that's definitely Monero! I hold some coins and from time to time I add more, when it's possible.
I hold some other privacy coins like ZCash, Verge, Veil, but my favorite is Monero!
I think that time of privacy coins is yet to come. We still learn about them, and many more people will
learn about them to in future, because if you wish to have some privacy you will use some of these coins
and we all care about privacy!
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: April 25, 2020, 10:46:32 AM
no positive market movement has been seen yet until now, I think it's very difficult to reach such prices maybe for the following year I'm sure ethereum will reach that price because the future of ethereum is guaranteed

Exactly, the price is movement have marginal difference 1400$ is too high when compared to current market situation. I agree eth is valuable asset without any doubt but this is a big margin, however BTC halving might be the game-changer for entire alts. People are creating FUDs everytime so don't expect too much.

Bottom line is that Ethereum is a great investment for long-term holding! I agree with TyoA7X, Ethereum future
is somehow granted, there are risks, but until now Ethereum proved itself and with right we can expect great
things from ETH in the future.
Mahilchii I agree with you too about FUD. It's something that will be around forever! We can't do nothing about
it, except to check what we read on several places before we make any action!
728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: April 24, 2020, 09:14:07 PM
It's all dependent on the user but we're not on the same characteristics we can quickly get over. So there are people who will need medicine or support from family including others.
Yep, it is true. Not all people can accept their mistakes and be aware of his addictions. Some people needs advise or special approach to make them realize of their wrong habits. Advise or suggestion from their close people like family members sometimes doesn't work for severe addicts. So, they must go to special mental treatment experts/professionals.

I think that point of this topic should be about you, and how you feel towards gamble. You can comment
others, but here you need to looks inside yourself and make a conclusion how gambling affect you, and is
it you who have the control or emotions easily gets over you!?
Keep your mind together, don't let gambling takes you and control you! You should worry about youreself
and when you do it will be easier to take care of others too.
729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube sued By Ripple on: April 24, 2020, 06:16:29 PM
I wouldn't say it's a twist of fate this time. As it seems there are many videos on YouTube for XRP
giveaways, with the name of Garlinghouse somewhere in the headline. Those are promoted videos
and YouTube had to check that or to not promote scam giveaways. In the law suit it says they
received money for those promoted videos.
We will see the outcome of this, but I think there are reasons for XRP to sue YouTube and I think
they will win this!
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: April 24, 2020, 05:19:00 PM
For me it's easy and simple, I have more free time for everything, even for gambling at evenings when kids go
to sleep. I play dices and crash game more then I played these games before. In crash game I enjoy more, the
thrill from watching that bar and waiting for right time to get out is addictive. I don't spend much, I mostly gamble
with minimum bet amount and I like to wait high odds.

731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Crash game more risky ? on: April 23, 2020, 07:30:40 PM
Crash game is not more risky, it is simply different, just because it is different doesn't mean it is risky. On dice games you have your odds, you can play for 1.1 and win almost all the time but win very little yet when you lose you lose it all so it is not really all that worthy, or you can bet 9999x and rarely ever win, yet when you win it is really high reward.

The difference is, for the crash games that 1.1 to 9999 difference is multiplayer and you don't know which one will happen, so for each hand you are making an assumption and you go in with that instead of actually betting on x2, you are betting on whatever that hand will be, and you do with other people as well so you are making a friends along the way as well, that way you can also have fun with others instead of being solo.

You have a nice math here, and explanation why crash game is not more risky than other gambling games.
I feel the same, risk is almost the same.
I like to play crash game. It's exciting to watch how it's going up and thinking when to press button for cashing
out. I have some strategies, I usually gamble on small odds but I watch for higher ones, if I not see x10 or higher
for some time I like to chase those higher odds! It's very interesting game!
732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cartesi is now listed in Binance on: April 23, 2020, 06:18:08 PM
Listing is a great moment for every project! It's great for Cartesi to be listed on one of the best crypto-exchanges
at the moment. What effects on the price will be is yet to be seen, I think it's hard to predict that before it happens.
If we see people dumping, price will go down definitely, but if early buyers and promoters hold tight price can
experience a nice rise, if there are interested people to buy!
In my experience with listings in 95% of projects drop hard! I hope this will not happen this time, but we never
knows!
733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a quick warning on: April 23, 2020, 12:58:52 PM
The only coin that's worth relying on is Bitcoin, I can't even hold on to Ethereum alone in my portfolio, with 6 to 8 different altcoin you will be at peace, though top altcoins on top 20 will be better

I think most of us started with Bitcoin, but as we are going forward we are adding more coins on the list.
I have more then 10 coins now, and couple tokens. I didn't invest in them at once, more you hang out
in crypto-market, you have more chances to notice some promising projects!
I don't see this topic as some warning, I see it as a good advice for people who are getting in crypto-
currencies for the first time!
734  Economy / Speculation / Re: How will the Halving affect the BTC price? on: April 23, 2020, 10:46:30 AM
No matter the dump in price that would come before this halving the price of bitcoin will certainly rise above $8K. For this I am very optimistic about and considering the fact that stocks are going down investors are definitely going to direct some funds into the crypto market to cut down the loss in stocks with the gains that they are going to make with the upcoming bitcoin halving.

I believe in much higher prices after halving, but not immediately! Effects on the price after halving will be
positive in long-term and that's all that should be matter for all of us. I know that some people wish to get
rich fast, and that high price will come right after halving, but I think it will take time before we see real
effects of halving on Bitcoin price!
735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH hits $160, after a +11% gainer in the last 24 hours on: April 22, 2020, 05:27:03 AM
Bitcoin was always getting a small bump on its price while ethereum growth constantly with the hype that caused by POS update. This trend will remain the same if there was no a good news for bitcoin. Ethereum can do that and it needs more hype news to make more people will try to buy more ethereum as much as they can.

It has been this painful climb for ETH,,, which is currently trying very hard again to gain $10 territory every few weeks. A bit frustrating for ETH holders I guess, but problem is not many other alts are doing better,,, if at all! This is just a problematic time for crypto but ETH 2.0 testnet coming out not sure why no bull moves.

Why would little rise every few weeks be a frustrating for Ethereum holders? Maybe it's frustrating for people
who wish to get rich fast and they would like to see faster grows, but not all of us thinks like that! I wouldn't be
a holder if every little drop, or slow rise, affects my mental health.
Ethereum is recovering slowly, and I think we will not see any significant rise before next year. By that I mean rise
to new ATH.
736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggestions for online gamblers on: April 21, 2020, 08:06:06 PM
Kudos  for the suggestions, though I doubt if many will still adhere to these as we have seen in the past. Remember that, many gamblers keep coming under the roof of a gambling platform just to earn free sats for sustainment and would do anything to achieve this. One thing is for us to suggest and another for the gamblers to absorb them but what we see is, them(gamblers) defining all odds to sustains themselves to in gambling. Hope many addicts will take lessons home and rebrand themselves against any lost in the future.

OP made good suggestions, everyone who starts with gambling should read this first. I share your opinion
Becky666, many people will skip reading this! But in same time I believe that many of them will lose and they
will come here and start paying more attention what experienced people have to say!
Some people need to make a mistake, to not say huge mistake, before they wake up and start learning to
swim before jumping in the deep water! I don't know how else to say it!
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is your expectation still high on the halving on: April 21, 2020, 06:09:33 PM
Well.. why not? I am having high expectations about the upcoming halving event. Contrary to what some of the experts say, the cryptocurrency market has limited liquidity. Under such circumstances, a drastic reduction in the supply can lead to a disruption of the current demand-supply equilibrium. And this in turn, can lead to a spike in the exchange rates for Bitcoin and the alts.

We all have expectations, some people high as you and others, but in my case it's the same as always.
Halving is a huge event, and supply will be halved, we all know that cutting supply will lead to the price
rise. Most of the people think about that halving will affect the price right after, but it's not what I think
we will have to wait months and maybe years to see halving effects on Bitcoin price.
738  Economy / Economics / Re: Can One Sentence End the Financial Crisis? on: April 21, 2020, 04:17:16 PM
The financial crisis is already getting messier with the crashing of US oil to about $0.01. A stronger will is needed and this will take some time. I can't tell what is going to happen next.

Nobody can tell what will happen, not just you and me! Oil price showed that there's no safe investment,
I wonder what investors in oil are doing now?!
I don't think that returning to gold standard can help at this point! US is one of the strongest countries,
and they are capable for great things, but at this point we can't claim that they will do anything for sure.
As I read news Trump is saying one thing, but he still need approval from congress, will he get it?
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone trading Stellar coin? on: April 20, 2020, 09:06:40 PM
Don't trade it, but holding yes! I don't think that Stellar is not volatility enough to trade with it. I think that
Stellar is good for long-term holding.
As I noticed Stellar had some peaks but I didn't react on time and sell on that peaks and buy again on bottom.
Probably that's the good thing to do with Stellar, but it's not easy to sell on top and buy again on bottom.
I wonder where is the next top for Stellar!? Anyone have some clue?
740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 20, 2020, 06:36:42 PM
How could they make a statement about the lockdown at this stage? I am talking about the government here not the league.
Resuming the league does not entail removing the lockdown, matches can be played behind closed doors and minimal involvement i.e limited camera people, coaching crew, stewards etc, and also no unnecessary contact between them.
At this point, all we have is speculation, and no concrete decision has been arrived at yet, the economy needs to be restarted slowly to cushion the effect of the lockdown, but safety of the citizens have to be prioritized. It's a tough decision.

Today I have seen some news about English Premier League, they think to start championship without public! Now everything seems
so fragile, but in some time deals will be made, and probably we will watch football without fans on stadiums. For most of us who live
far away it's the same, we watch games just on TV.
After lock down we will see what officials have to say! I think that we will watch football and other sports without audience, and that
will be for entire 2020.
