Still, the most reasonable rule of investment isn't about ICOs or IPOs, it's just about your common sense. I mean no matter what, never spend more money than you can afford to lose.
I agree that the rules cannot stop a scam project from being launched by scammers. because scammers will design and prepare everything to commit fraud against investors who want to invest in cryptocurency. but to know that it is a scam project or not, we study the characteristics of a scam project. so we are not fooled by them scammers. When i see the red tagged person i will stay away from all the project that has being tagged by red flagg. What use to argue something that not very clear. For me i just sty away and support any projects that has potential in delivered their promises. Which is most likely hard to find nowaday.. for now luck is the first choice to get a good project. because we have researched perfectly (in our opinion), but the results are not satisfactory. there are indeed many factors that influence, so this happens, and not just because the project is bad so it is not successful |

That's a common thing to happen, many exchanges are hacked. But Upbit is very serious in this case to secure members ' assets.
But they failed to do so and now people are losing money because of this not unless they'll shoulder the hacked amount. Many Korean Crypto Exchanges are failed to protect the users, and we might lose the trust of the public because of that. Its still good that ETH as a whole didn't move that much, maybe some irregularities are still on crypto exchanges and not just on ETH but in the whole cryptocurrency, so guys be aware to protect your wallet and always have a hard wallet or a wallet that you can control. I think the potential for hacking occurs in every exchange, they are always attacked and must improve performance, even in the best exchange ever experienced it. what is needed is to act after it happens and increase its security again so that it can be trusted by consumers. and it's true we have to be careful of our wallet |

I think you can use LTC for trading instead of holding. Because if you wait for prices to rise without you trading, this is a pretty long time. If the selling price is higher than the price when you buy, I think you can sell it. Because holding a coin will not be profitable.
I don't think so. Depend on the thinking of each person and in my opinion hold good coin still brings huge profits for investors. Litecoin is currently in downtrend so it is difficult to predict in the near future. it's hard to see PTON back on its feet. I still hold some PTON tokens, and I leave them, because as if they are no longer valuable, especially with the delist from Bittrex, this is certainly a setback for this project.
