7261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCH hashrate? on: August 02, 2017, 12:50:38 PM
5% or less... far less then everyone thought ... this could take hours. They are currently working on their first block Bitcoin's network has already moved on and left them behind.

Kill it. Kill it with fire.

 Smiley

Im glad that BCC is such a fail

why u think BCC is a fail? it's worth fewer dollars, but the tech is fine.
They should have made an alt coin instead though, would have been much wiser.

Forking is not a good idea ever.

I think we must clear out the name of this shitcoin right now. The new shitcoin is Bitcoin Cash (BCH) not BCC which is an abbreviation for other term.

Also, even they make another altcoin, they will be still using the same blockchain so I think you don't need to, especially when Rover Ver is the one pushing it, he wants to make bitcoin "develop".
Agree on what you have said we should really Differentiate BCC from BHC because as i see BCC= Bitconnect which i do see on its abbreviation and BCH for Bitcoin cash because most people do always  say about BCC and it somehow misleads other people specially on newbies. Ver do really have beliefs on this coin though which i can say that it will surely progress its price later on for sure.
7262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BCH surpass BTC? on: August 02, 2017, 11:08:26 AM
Is it possible that BCH can surpass BTC value? Now BCH $489 (75% more than yesterday)
Of course not, BCH is just a clone of bitcoin since we had this hard fork or bitcoin split way yesterday, and the result of that is this BCH which is like an Airdrop, in my opinion. Lucky for those people who do have a lot of bitcoins in their wallet, more bitcoins, more BCH they could have.
This would really be the advantage for those persons who do hold up huge amounts of bitcoin which they do definitely hold up lots of BCC as of now and seeing on the growth percentage of bcc i can say its somehow amazing on how fast it do grew up for about just 24 hours when it first launch up.
Possibilities is always there but its hard to beleive that it would surpass bitcoin anytime soon since BTC is still the original one and no altcoin in the market would able to surpass it.
7263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Pandaminer SCAM on: August 02, 2017, 09:57:37 AM
Reported for you also.

Side note, you should watermark your videos of your channel/link in the video itself if you are worried in the future of this happening again. Or a copyright of some sort =)
Done reported too,

I agree on what he said if you do really make videos its always been suggested to put watermarks so that it wont easily be stolen and can really be identified if someone would able to get it. Hope youtube would really make such action and i know the feeling of this situation man because i do experience such thing too.

7266  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin (btc) close to $3,000 on: August 01, 2017, 02:21:39 PM
After panicked through out the night, I wake up this morning to find out that bitcoin was henging towards $3,000! I read many topics and comments from expert on cryptocurrency about August first and August first is with us.  I will stay with price action rerther than reading those panicking story online.
I do only see bitcoins price hits up 2850 and yes its almost hitting up 3k price as of now and possibly would happen after the split or in the end of the day on this August 1. There are lots of exciting moments would happen on bitcoins ecosystem. If we do hit 3k now on this month then possibly we would hit new ATH of upcoming months which is really a great year for us bitcoin users.
7267  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tell me the trading strategy. on: August 01, 2017, 01:30:57 PM
My biggest problem in trading is that I was too brave to buy altcoin at a high price, and because of that I often lost my btc, even once I lost 50% of my btc when I bought altcoin at a price far above ICO.

So please give me feedback on this, what should I do?
In this case you are basing or following on your feelings without thinking off properly on when is the right time to buy a particular coin. Dont ever buy when the hype is high when you see peak prices because it would definitely dump later on because we wont should really assume that prices would continue to rise up more and more.Normally price do dumps or decrease after a certain rise and this should be the thing you should focused because wrong entry or wrong buying of coin would really be a cause of loss.In this case holding would be an another option but i would say it takes time for it to break even.
7268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Money on: August 01, 2017, 10:52:32 AM
It's only worth if the project you are a part of pays you well after they earn while nowadays many projects are failing to accumulate even 100 BTC which is terrible. If they earn less, bounty participants get paid as low as 0.01 BTC which isn't worth the time as well. Also, there are so many haters who hate the ones who participate in such campaigns and go about abusing and spamming the forum with fake/false accusations. This is just because they feel people earn free money when they have no sense of how much time and hard work is required to write articles/translate for those projects.
This is really the hardest part on which you do participate on a certain bounty campaign and it really frustrates us when bounty isnt really worth for the time and efforts doing such task and we cant really blame the people because its not easy to be paid on cents for our hardwork and time. Bounty money would really be worth it depending on the project if you do see that it has potential then its your choice if you would decide to sell it directly or decide to hold a little bit more. Its risky and like a gamble.
7269  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: August 01, 2017, 09:55:55 AM

I want to generate a constant monthly gain. Is it possible to do this by bitcoin trading? So, can I just do this by dealing with BTC trading?
Are there any people among us who can make a living by trading in BTC?
If you do have lots of bitcoin and doing short trading but it would really be hard as far as i know since ive been doing trading for a quiet of time and i can say it would really be a hard job and you would really need skills and a little bit intuition in terms on when is the best time to go in on a particular price. Earning on the end of the day on a certain percentage of your bitcoin would be a good thing already but also depends on which country you do live. If you do live on 1st world country i can say it wont really be sufficient to depend specially on daily living.
7270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Cash - hold or dump? on: July 31, 2017, 04:13:10 PM

Quick poll just to check what's the forum members sentiment towards Bitcoin Cash and how will it impact the BTC price (therefore - yes, it's bitcoin related).

Changing votes allowed.
It would fully depend on the situation. At first i do told myself when once i do recieve my BCC i would immediately sell off as fast as i can because im sure most people or bitcoin users would really tend to do such thing which means price dumps would really comes next on BCC but i do change my mind on which i would wait for a week and observed on how bcc would behave on the market and if i do see some potential opportunities to earn then it isnt bad at all to make an engagement with it.
7271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tomorrow it comes..... on: July 31, 2017, 03:35:35 PM
Almost all topic that was created today is about tomorrows big event, everyone of us can do nothing to stop that event.
All we have to do is to wait and be updated always for some breaking news.
You would really able to see such thing since its a forum after all and people do freely say on the things on their mind but well its somehow repetitive we cant do anything.Yes, all those things we are discussing on previous weeks and now we are already few hours ahead on it. For now theres nothing we can do but wait for the results on this August 1 event. Bother and panics would normally happen and its normal for a human being to worry specially when they know that they are involve on it.I cant still sleep yet and do tend to wait for this event to come. Smiley
7272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BCC market value on: July 31, 2017, 02:51:32 PM
it will start with 400$ and in  it will go down to 20-30$ in 1 day.
That's a free money for the bitcoin holders. There is no difference with crap coin. I think that the holder will be starting to dump it soon. And just move it into another portfolio with high market capitalization such as stratis and friends. Because i ready to dump my bcc for free cash. I never hold crap coin like that.
I would really do the same thing too on which i would really dump all the way all of my bcc once it would be available to be sold. For sure lots of people would really think the same way too on which they would sell off their BCC for some free cash and do buy other coins which is much better than BCC but there are still people would decide to buy it after on its price dump later on. I dont have any idea on the partial price of BCC when it launch. We should keep our eye on that one, we are almost there and how many hours before the split.
Be ready on your BCC to sell it fast before its too late.
7273  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: July 31, 2017, 01:31:29 PM
Bitcoin will slowly and gradually be start accepted across globally and many more countries will follow the Japan to start legalizing and accepting it . This will help the country economy, growth and job employment too as many youngsters can do full time job in bitcoin or related to it.
We would really hope for this thing to happen on which bitcoin would be slowly adopted on some countries but i can say that this would really be a tough thing since not all countries do have the same mentality on which Japan have.We do see that bitcoin is really a great innovation on payment aspects but considering that its a decentralized thing i can say that government wont easily allowed this thing to be the mainstream later on. It might be rather an another alternative but wont be considered to be a Global currency.Bitcoin does really give some opportunities like earning money but its not being focused on that thing.
7274  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price fluctuation on: July 31, 2017, 12:06:36 PM
BTC up and down are actually good,
If too big then not really good,... for me it is still very good.
I am also trading that s the reason.

Overall BTC is up,... it seems only way up.
BTC is better not to have big swing to be adopted by the world.
Yes, if theres a big difference on price movement either way up or way down then theres really happening on bitcoin market but those things are really normal and as a swing trade you would really actually love these kind of movements on which we would really see this as an opportunity on earning money. Price fluctuations do signifies a healthy market and we cant really stop that thing for sure because we know bitcoin  do really moves it price no matter what.
7275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 31, 2017, 11:07:02 AM
Roger Ver must be rich as hell, I don't know why he even bothers any more. He should just cash the majority of his crypto holdings in & enjoy life.

Money is probably the hardest drug, once you are on it, it's super hard to stop  Grin
Completely agree, and this kind of drug is really hard to resist because its always been part of ourself of being greedy when it comes to money. Ver would definitely jump in on opportunities that he would see that he can able to generate more money. If he would tend to sell some of his btc for bcc then its his own choice and it seems it nice to jump on on BCC hype and secure some profits. We wont know if the support would be strong or not, if you do like to gamble then jumping on BCC is a wise move.
7276  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long are BTC transactions taking? on: July 30, 2017, 03:14:20 PM
I bought some BTC on Coinbase last night and had it sent to Poloniex.  I know the BTC wallet address was accurate.  Its still pending 11 hours later and doesn't show up in the Poloniex deposit/withdrawal history.  Any clue on how long BTC transactions are taking?
Its on coinbase fault on which they dont still send those bitcoins which it wont really show up on the address on your poloniex. I do have recent transaction with coinbase transfer which i do make a withdrawal and for how many hours i do still see pending state which means they are still holding such transaction,it took for almost 12 hours or 15 hours but i didnt still bother since coinbase would really sent out those bitcoins and luckily the transaction went through and i do receive the bitcoin which i do request. Just have patience pal.
7277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Choose altcoin for trading on: July 30, 2017, 02:29:00 PM
The altcoin which their community is big would be good choice for trading for example digibyte, it has lots of supporters which support a pump in social media.
This is one of the components or indications on which i do seek out first when i do decide to trade an altcoin on which i do want to know on how big is its supporting community of such coin.If i do saw that its big then its one of my signs to jump in because having a good support will really have a potential to pump later on but well no one really knows but having this kind of steps would somehow give higher chances to make profits later on.Speaking with altcoin i do mainly go on those who are on ranking on marketcap.
7278  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: July 30, 2017, 01:26:30 PM
Have you ever wondered how would the world's economy be like in the future as a cashless society?

Perhaps, with the increased traction of blockchain acceptance nowadays, could lead to the creation of digital fiat currencies powered by blockchains that are managed by governments themselves. With this in mind, there would be no need for physical cash, as digital fiat currencies would provide many advantages such as quick settlement, global payments, full transparency, implants use on citizens to make payments, and more.

If this becomes a reality, which I'm sure that it will, it would radically transform our lives for the better and reduce criminal activity as a result of the full transparency and auditability that a digital fiat currency would have thanks to the power of the blockchain technology.

Also, it makes me wonder if cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin would exist by that time, or will they co-exist with digital fiat currencies.

Nevertheless, I would like to know your opinion about this.  Wink
Getting into the moment to say that we are in a cashless society will be really possible because year by year or time by time technology innovates. Bitcoin as we all know is generated by modern technology so as technology rises, it will be also an opportunity for bitcoin to be popularize and rise and all the things in our environment will be on digital or in short, will be put into instant by the use of technology. Payments will be surely be generated online or by use of technology leading to society becoming cashless.
I do strongly believe that bitcoin would really be a big part on having a cashless society but we should really accept also the fact that government would really create their own centralized e-currency which would opposes on bitcoin to,knowing that bitcoin cant be controlled and government doesnt really like that which means if they didnt adopt bitcoin on their place then they would really search up for other centralized things which they can impose taxes or even to create their own.
7279  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Are bitcoin casinos still popular? on: July 30, 2017, 04:07:34 AM
I'm working on building a new website with various bitcoin games. There seems to be a lot of them out there already. Should I shelf this idea and find something unique?

Looking for more suggestions   Wink
Your views and assumptions are very true which we can able to see on the market on how big it is when it comes to gambling sites that do accept bitcoins but its never been too late to make a site that would able to compete with those sites who are already operating in how many months or years already as long you do make a project or game which is unique and cant really be find on gambling world which would able to caught the attention of potential gamblers in the market and might be interested on your site and will possibly give you wealth later on when its already gaining popularity gradually.Want to ask, what kind of game would you made?
7280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO bubble on: July 29, 2017, 03:13:38 PM
This year we have seen hundreds of new ICOs flood the market.
White papers & Road Maps for the project are being created. Investors are then pumping in millions of USD for their tokens due to the hype and greed.

Alot of these ICOs are teams of a few developers. How much money do they need to get started? Previously such company's would start of with several thousands worth of investment.
If the company was a good project and had the passion to succeed it would make it. A high percentage would of course fail.

A lot of these ICOs will not deliver on their promises. The road map goals will not be met.

QRL is one recent example. Development goals were not met and one of the developers left the company dumping a lot of coins on Bittrex.

When more and more projects fail to meet goals the bubble will pop.

And I seriously hope it will pop very soon. There are just too many of them. I think they are using ICOs as milking cows for them to pocket more and more money while leaving those who were easily beguiled with tears in their eyes and regrets. ICO is a great mechanism actually but it needs some regulations. There is non-stop ICOs right now. It is not healthy to the crypto environment anymore.
True, going back on the past i do see ICO which do pop out on a very rare rate on which investors are still striving to go in because there are only few iCOs out there which it can easily be filled up the certain hard capped and reach it in no time but now it seems they do already make it as the main hype on making money which Icos are now everywhere, launching for a couple of weeks or even days which would really make hesitations and confusions for potential investor on which project they would choose. Hard to identify which is legit or not and which do have potential or just a total trash.
