In the past I have provided my services for futuremoneytrends.com

I can confirm that they paid me the promised amount of BTC just after they reviewed my work.

I've got src code for maxcoin, how do I compile it?

Get debian in virtualbox.
7284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of CPU-ONLY AltCoins on: February 02, 2014, 10:14:00 PM
Excellent thread

Could you add YAC?  It's a 'Limited GPU Mining' coin with on going development (launched ~ May 2013).  I'm beginning to realize a lot of people don't know about this coin or it's unique features.  This coin uses something called the N-factor.  As this increases, so does the amount of memory required to produce a hash.  Currently I have an i7-3720QM (mid grade home processor) and a Radon 7970 (upper end home graphic card) mining YAC and they both produce the same hash rate (~1.1 khash/sec).  After the next N-increase (around Spring) a 7970 mining speed will be reduced to about 0.25 khash/s - making CPU more profitable.  As the N-factor continues to increase it is likely that YAC become a 'CPU only coin.'

This coin had a bad reputation on it's launch. People were saying that the developers used malicious code in the original release to withdraw bitcoins from anyone's wallet who downloaded it.

Any collateral?

The amount might be small but if you can't provide such a small amount of BTC to yourself by your own then how could you pay 15% interest in such a small period of time?

What are your calculations for how much it'll make starting 10th may? 2-3 coins?

http://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

Assuming that there will be TONS of 2 Th/s miners from other cmpanies shipes at April, March, AND may well... If all these ship in time lets say ~30% increase in current the difficulty? And that's still a crappy optimistic prediction.

Is this coin on any exchange other than btcltc ?

Not any major ones because it's a new coin.

It's not new...

BtcLtc is the only exchange I know of that lists PPL.  Current value is 0.210010 CNY - not much, but it is possible to solo mine, and you get 1.25 PPL for each block.  Average network hashrate goes from about 1Mh to about 10Mh.

Question: If I sell at btcltc do I need a bank account to put the CNY in or I can buy bitcoin directly from their site?

7291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CPU profit switching pool? on: January 29, 2014, 11:14:22 PM
I don't think so. There are very few CPU coins and not profitable anymore.

Actually after the success of quark there were many coins released for cpu only mining and most of them are already listen in exchanges...
7292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Switchercoin.com ! We mining forks - get LTC ! on: January 29, 2014, 03:39:34 AM
If only you would add a daily LTC/Mh calcuator
7293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / CPU profit switching pool? on: January 29, 2014, 03:34:44 AM
Is there such thing? Is this actually possible to be done?

Off topic question, what about using sha(password) for the brain wallet?
Or maybe hashing the password multiple times?

I usualy keep important passwords writen down somewhere I think no one would look for when searching for a password. Other times I just store them encrypted with a "brain" passworn in my pc. Getting too obsesed can lead to bigger losses at times. You know what happens if you lose that password.  Cool
7296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Giveaway threads are not allowed on: January 29, 2014, 12:56:23 AM
Mods allow bitcoin related: banner ads that will pop your eyes out, refferal links, scams, ponzi/piramid scemes and ban altcoin giveaways... This makes no sense Sad
7297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What gives a person exclusive ownership over a BTC? on: January 29, 2014, 12:28:05 AM
If you leave a bag with cash out in the wild it's your faut that is got stolen. No one is responsble to refound you. You can't proclaim a  dollar bill yours. Same applies for bitcoin.
7298  Economy / Services / Re: Btc jobs? on: January 29, 2014, 12:22:51 AM
Oh well try building something of your own then. A website would be a good idea, if your service is great you'll get quite some visitors. Visitors translate to ad revenue.
7299  Economy / Services / Re: Btc jobs? on: January 28, 2014, 11:59:43 PM
Ya I mean I'd learn something for sure. What's the best thing one could learn to have a chance at a lot of jobs?

If you become good at coding, well imo the chances are unlimited, you could just make an app and become a millionaire. But it'll surely tale some time to learn. I'm starting to learn right now as well and I can telll you that the start is pretty disappointing.
7300  Economy / Services / Re: Btc jobs? on: January 28, 2014, 11:51:16 PM
1 aquire knowledge
2 find someone willing to hire you
3 ask to be paid in bitoins

I know the second part is the hardest but it gets easier if you become good at something. You might be good at translating a language or even photoshop, just work on it.
