7281  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unexpected maintenance! on: August 14, 2018, 05:07:05 AM
It's that the only error that says?

If that is so, you have to wait if there's maintenance like. I'm browsing through desktop but I've encountered different error words but I barely remember it.
7282  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum wallet disappeared upon restart on: August 13, 2018, 05:33:54 AM
I'm not a MAC user as well  but mind prefer moving the thread on Electrum if my suggestion isn't enough.

Like what they said, if you backed up your seeds you can re-download the app and re-install it again with the use of the seed you kept.

This is how you'll do it https://support.exodus.io/article/159-import-your-bitcoin-wallet-into-electrum
7283  Other / Meta / Re: Posts or activity count gets deleted ? on: August 13, 2018, 04:19:55 AM
You may not post nonsense but if the topic/thread you posted is sort of duplicated and is really off topic, it will get deleted.

7284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the heart of all coins on: August 13, 2018, 03:26:50 AM
Heart, center, king, mind, brain, father, mother, any title that we call for bitcoin it remains as the most precious coin in the crypto market.

All of those altcoins are depending to the strength of bitcoin and they are paired in different exchanges, there's inversely proportional connection of bitcoin to alt coins.

Though it has been unstable until now, positive outcomes are expected to come.

Why this topic is on Altcoin Discussion?
7285  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 Treasure Chest Is Back! 🎰🎰🎰 on: August 13, 2018, 02:24:32 AM
Hey guys, just scrolling through all the things on the website. Bored, I guess? Not sure if someone already brought it up but the ToS pdf is not loading on the website. Tried force refresh but it just shows me a funny icon and nothing else. Not an error, just doesn't display anything except the icon: https://www.bitdice.me/tos.pdf

Everything else seems to work fine.

Oh and If you guys are still talking to companies about sportsbetting (as in last quarter update) take your time and remember we want best odds over anything else! Anyone else agree?

It doesn't seem to load for me either for whatever reason. I'll let Alex know to check it.
I checked it and it doesn't work to me as well, sort of plain blank grey background.

Also we're already looking into adding sports betting. More news about this when I have the info.
Another great news ahead for the sports bettors and lovers out there. Looking forward to hear this great news in a surprise.
7286  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Buy bitcoin for someone else? on: August 11, 2018, 10:04:54 PM
It's okay but I wouldn't touch others money.

I'm off with this type of transaction, you can give him instructions on how to set up and exchange's account and buy it on his own.

why do you take others risk?
And take the blame when his friend sees no progress with his money.
7287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STOP COMPLAINING!!! on: August 11, 2018, 09:23:14 PM
Why haven't saw this earlier lol.

Each time that the market is in such painful days, expect that there are questions "why the market is down" "are we going to end" and so on.

These questions clearly tell that everyone who invested to crypto hop in due to its popularity or a friend of his told him that crypto can make him wealthy.
7288  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Training & Education on: August 11, 2018, 08:43:39 PM
You are looking for a university that offers crypto and blockchain technologies but you can't spend $10,000.

If you are time savvy, actually there's a lot of tutorials and guides about these techs on the web. If there will be a course and you'll attend to that, what do you think their course syllabus?

It will depend on the book or reference that they will be depending. Are you sure you have searched through the books as well? have you seen this Top 5 Blockchain Books for New and Advanced Learners?
7289  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What do you think about the decentralized exchanges? Any good or bad experience? on: August 11, 2018, 08:17:57 PM
But how Binance will make money, if it is decentralized?
It's like the usual way through fees as well.

With the trading fees. Decentralized exchanges, like centralized exchanges, charge trading fees to both makers and takers. Surely the profits they will get with this exchange will be lower than those they currently get with their centralized exchange, but it will still be quite profitable since in the near future there will be a great demand for decentralized exchanges and Binance, thanks to its name and user base, will attract a large amount of users.
He explained it well, binance's CEO sees the future through decentralized trading and he's starting it out.

7290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why we will see $50k Bitcoin end of year on: August 11, 2018, 07:41:37 PM
To much optimistic for all but hardy possible and achievable to see 50k by this year end.
I've said the same thing before last year when we're around $2,000 when somebody said to me that it's hardly possible to hit more than $15,000 but we did saw it.

With ETF delay dont expect to see price going up at least not that much its just to high to see bitcoin price going up almost 10 times.
ETF is something, forget about the delay we got September for it.

The fact in crypto cannot be guessed. and all might happen. if the prediction is likely to reach $ 50k. potential to be $ 500 will also exist. now it's just how to be realistic with market and trading smartly and safely without excessive gambling prices,
Fact!

Though some are saying it's almost impossible, still give that possibility. $50,000 or not by the end of year, we just want it to recover and move out of $6,000 - $8,000.
7291  Economy / Economics / Re: How to regulate crypto? on: August 10, 2018, 11:08:58 AM
I don't think crypto should be regulated at all. Finally, we have a tool that can make these regulations, tariffs and taxes obsolete and expose how useless and harmful they are.

Yes, if somebody starts regulating the cryptocurrency, it will turn to something that will not differ a lot from fiat. Everybody is happy with the crypto as it is decentralized.
Crypto will not be the same anymore if there's regulation, there's a need for regulation just to expand the adoption of crypto.

But the way on how they will regulate it is a question.

We're here because we like on how crypto's are decentralized and there's no need for the intervention of the government but if we need to expand and add more investors, they can work for it.
7292  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What do you think about the decentralized exchanges? Any good or bad experience? on: August 10, 2018, 10:28:19 AM
What do you think about the decentralized exchanges?
Cryptocurrency exchanges should be decentralized, we are using decentralized cryptocurrencies so using a decentralized exchange is very applicable.

Any good or bad experience to share?
So far I had good experience and never felt that I'm unsafe and uncomfortable.

Are they going to replace the centralized exchange in the future?
I think so and this is why Binance is developing it.

BITCOIN OR BTC IS THE FIRST MONEY OF THE WORLD'S FIRST MONEY AND THE FOUNDATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CRYPROCURRENCY  MARKET.
Hello cuong1610, thank you for making an effort to give a tutorial for beginners.

I'd like only to say that with the bold words it's easier to say that bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency. Please keep on making good threads like this for the new ones.

7294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What factors can cause major fluctuations of Ethereum price? on: August 09, 2018, 11:36:36 PM
What factors can cause major fluctuations of Ethereum price?
1. When bitcoin price up.
2. When more people buy more Ethereum.
3. When good news comes out for Ethereum.

and how it will impact other ethereum blockchain based tokens/coins?
For ethereum it will have good impact but I don't think so with ERC20 tokens.
7295  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: LOOKING FOR TESTERS on: August 09, 2018, 11:09:07 PM
There are the same testing phase that has been conducted on Services.

But the twist if its about deposits, they are giving few mbtc's to them after testing to get the best feed back that they can. I'm just suggesting on what I've observed with the same deal.
7296  Other / Meta / Re: Activity Low on: August 09, 2018, 10:48:31 PM
If youre post were deleted due to low quality then youre activity will be down also.
The low quality threads were also deleted so if he posted on those threads few or more times and the mods deleted it, his entire posts there will be deleted as well.

All of the suggestions are for your good so its start to post not on those threads that doesn't have specific discussion and is nowhere to go by asking and ends with, "what do you think?".
7297  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I find LinkedIn campaign bounty? on: August 08, 2018, 03:39:05 AM
Check them one by one.

As far as I know there's no list for these LinkedIn campaign because only few bounties do that. It's spoon feeding although you can really look for each of those campaigns.
7298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it time to start buying Bitcoin again? on: August 08, 2018, 02:17:30 AM
Bitcoin is again down to mid $6000s and low $6000s area is a good buying zone and support for it. It is good to add some to your position at these prices.
And to some that have waited this dip I'm sure that they are buying now at this support level.

While some are very disappointed to see this support level but it's also causing a lot of excitement to the buyers who are really optimistic to bitcoin.

Don't miss again this moment of getting some. Luckily, I've got spare from selling when it has reached $8,100 before so it's good to release and it's now buy backing time.
7299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: August 08, 2018, 01:40:07 AM
Can we say whoever wins the West will win the Finals.
Ahmmm.

I guess we can say that. Most of the teams on the Western Conference have their powerhouse and made their roster upgrade pretty well.

Just because of few transfers, we are now underestimating the East.  Grin
7300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I feel that the market will not get better. on: August 08, 2018, 01:06:32 AM
It will always go bad? you will have this thinking if you have been into the market for few days. I feel sorry if you are new to the market and this reduction that we are seeing makes you feel bad.

But if you think that if everyone is losing confidence on the market, why we are staying here? we saw on how the market can move mountains.

If you know what I mean, those prices that we are not expecting before have been met. You are only looking at the bad side, start looking at the other side to make yourself feel better.
