7321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trading have an advantage over investing?? on: January 22, 2021, 06:28:53 AM
Trading or investing ..does Trading pay more than investing

It’s not guaranteed that trading will always pay you.
Trading can also make you bankrupt.
Trading is like Gambling, so if you trade without proper knowledge then surely you will face losses.
On the other hand investment is a slow process, it will give you profit, but will take more time.
And to the answer of your question is yes, trading will pay you.

If you take trading like gambling then you are very prone to lose your money at a glance, this are 2 separate things, gambling is like taking a guess without knowing what you are doing or having a half knowledge but trading is a total different thing, if you are not knowledgeable don't go taking a guess with your money because you will lose them for sure.
That will not make him profit from trading instead of getting a loss because the trading needs skills to analyze to find a good time to enter the market and exit the market. The more knowledge you have, the more chances for you to get the right coin to trade and you will have the opportunity to make a profit. But do not forget that trading will not always follow what you want because the market will move to any price without notice.
7322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Alert: Get ready to deal with FUDS about Bitcoin on: January 22, 2021, 05:56:46 AM
I suggest not panic will be the way for us to think clearly about what is happening to bitcoin price. You can try to analyze deeper to find if you can use the situations for your benefit. Many people are now doing long trading in margin trading because they can profit while the price is down. But be careful because we do not know when this will over and change to the green candle. It is a hard situation for bitcoin, but we do not have to be panic.
7323  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you develop stronger hands? on: January 22, 2021, 05:35:41 AM
Once I learnt about being a holder, they suggested that I have patience, not panic, and still try to do something else to distract our minds from watching the market. They said that I could buy and forget it for a while, but I need to have a target price to sell and set the alarm that will ring when the price touches my target price. It is hard for the first time, but if we have something else to do, we can do that and will not always think about the price. The important is we will not panic to see the price is up and down.
7324  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bitcoin Help The Poor on: January 22, 2021, 05:15:54 AM
It does not help the poorest of the poor though, the only way you could have an access to bitcoin is by having a device that has an access on the Internet. I would say, that it is more like bitcoin help those who have the access to the Internet. The only way that bitcoin can help the poor is by the mercy of the community surrounding it, if they are willing to give back to the society then bitcoin indeed does help the poor.
If the poorest can access the internet with the device, they can use bitcoin for their purpose. The device itself does not need to be expensive, but it supports to install the wallet to store bitcoin. With the internet grows in many places, that can give more chances to every people to install the wallet and use bitcoin for their benefit. But we should wait until bitcoin can grow the mass adoption among all people in all countries.

It is a little difficult for poor people to trade bitcoin, in terms of capital there is a large percentage that poor people prioritize their daily needs. there is a possibility that bitcoin helps poor people in ways that do not use capital, such as doing a task (airdrop) it does not require a lot of capital, because in my country currently bitcoin is starting to be known, for middle to middle people they start with a free to earn bitcoin.
They can trade bitcoin or hold bitcoin because when they have bitcoin, that will depend on their reason to have that bitcoin. But if they want to increase their bitcoin amount, trading will be the way for them to try. If they can have skills and can analyze better, they will have a chance to make a profit, and they can sell their bitcoin to have fiat money to buy their daily needs.

Doing airdrop will be the other way for them to have ethereum or bitcoin, which can help them make money. All in all, cryptocurrency can give them more chance to make money.
7325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How often are people really hacked out of their BTC? on: January 22, 2021, 04:53:44 AM
I do not get hacked so far, but I have the other bad experience before. My account can not access because the site is not online, and I got that experience early when I knew crypto. We already read about many accounts being hacked. Many of them are getting hacked because a little mistake such as do not activate the 2FA. It seems they do not care about their account and else. We can not feel 100% safety from hacker because they will search for a new target.

In 99% of the cases, simply enabling 2FA may help to prevent hacking attempts. But then if your computer is compromised (with keylogger or trojans), then even 2FA will be of limited use. In order to add an extra layer of security, you need to make sure that the email address and phone number that you are using for 2FA remains hidden from the public view. It will be better not to use this email id for any other purpose.
Enabling 2FA can protect us from hacking. And if your computer is compromised with keylogger or trojans, I suggest you reinstall your computer, including reinstall 2FA and I am sure your computer will be clean. We can not tell the phone number and email address that we used to register for the exchange or the other important website because that can prevent us from the hacker. Maybe we can use the other disposable email or phone number that we do not use for anything else.
7326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election | Biden+Harris Vs ?? ?? on: January 22, 2021, 04:29:13 AM
Well, it is too early to speculate but I would think Kamala is the one that would be the best bet - if the elections were held today. There are rumors that a third party might be in the works and that would cause some sort of imbalance with the 2 party system if many people supported the third party. So my take here is that we really don't know what the future might bring to America and its people. So we will be checking this thread again maybe in 2 years time.
We will see what will happen in the next years, and if Kamala is one of the best people who can against Biden, we will see more people who will compete for the US Election. But Biden should worry with his ages because he is now is too old to lead the USA, but I hope he can do many things to recover the US situations. Maybe we can see in 2023 before the Election starts, so we can see who will be the candidates.

He maybe old but he is still capable.

As this article says :  Biden Is the Oldest President to Take the Oath

I think it's not really a problem as Biden still looks fit and healthy, he can run the US government as people trusted his capability.
Let us not judge him, let's see what he can do for his first term.
I am sure he can run the US government, but he must take care of his health. As a president of USA, he has a lot of homework that needs to be done, and that is why I say that he should worry with his ages because if we compare with the young people, he has a big gap of the ages, and his strength and health will be susceptible. But I am sure that people around Biden will protect him and make sure that he fit when he works.
7327  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bustabit Winning Strategy [WTS] on: January 21, 2021, 09:53:30 AM
If you had somehow shown results, then someone else could have bought the strategy from you. But to give 1 btc for it is too much. Especially since a lot of people cheat and cheat on such strategies.  You need some kind of extra guarantee that you will get your money back if something happens
Bitcoin price now is at $34k-$35k, so I guess it will be hard for people to spend their money to buy the strategy because that is too expensive. Besides that, no matter how good the strategy will not guarantee to help you win the games many times because the casino will be suspicious to see, you can win many times. It is better to play the game without using anything and just to enjoy the games instead of searching for the work strategy that I do not think it will easy to find.
7328  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Cryptocurrencies Really Money? on: January 21, 2021, 07:35:09 AM
I consider cryptocurrency to be really money because I have bought things using Bitcoin several times, although my country prohibits using crypto
for payments. But there are always ways to spend my crypto. Because now it is very easy to spend our crypto, because more and more merchants
are accepting crypto payments. With crypto being used like fiat, it's no wonder many crypto users think of crypto as really money.
We can use bitcoin to buy something, especially to buy a thing on the internet. Hopefully, in the future, we will see more merchants accept bitcoin as the payment system, and if they do not want to use bitcoin, they can use the altcoin which is not too high to pay the fee. I consider bitcoin is the real money on the internet because, in some countries, bitcoin can not be used as the payment option, and we need to convert our bitcoin to fiat so that we can pay that thing.

7330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best DEX's for Trading Alts: Please Recommend on: January 21, 2021, 07:00:35 AM
KuCoin I found actually does not have many of the alts I would like to trade. That's why I'm looking for others.
You can try with binance and check if your coin is there or you can select the coin to trade.

Is there a DEX like EtherDelta used to be in the old days, before it got hammered by Uncle Sam?

EtherDelta used to be great, since you didn't even have to create an account to trade there, and any time a new token came on the market, you could start trading it there immediately before it got listed on any other CEX.
EtherDelta is similar to Uniswap and the other DEX. You need to pay a gas which I do not think that is low fee right now. But if you can accept that, you can use it to trade.

How about 1Inch or Sushi?  Has anyone used them, and what are the fees like there? They both seem to have a lot of alts, and decent volume.  Are these exchanges based on liquidity pools also?
I think 1Inch and Sushi are available on the other exchange, and I see that both 1Inch and Sushi have potential to increase, but you should analyze deeper to find if that both tokens is good to buy or not.
7331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here's why I'm leaving Bitcoin on: January 21, 2021, 06:40:13 AM
I don't understand why you got out of cryptocurrency, did you have a loss? If so, maybe you are not well informed about cryptocurrency and in trading, not only buying and investing, but also looking at the situation.
Maybe he got lost in trading or crypto and it is hard for him to recover his loss. I think that will be up to him, and we can not force him to stay at the crypto if he does not feel comfortable. He can break for a while from crypto to think what next he should do. I hope that he can find the other way to help him make money and get a better life in the future.
7332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ALTSEASON 2021 on: January 21, 2021, 06:19:45 AM
Majots like btc, eth, ltc rallied. There is many coins moving. Altseason started already or not?
I think the altcoin season is not started, but some coin such as ethereum, litecoin, and the other coin has a good time to lift the price, but that is not altcoin season. I think we are still far away from the altcoin season because bitcoin price does not increase and still stays at the current price. Once bitcoin price starts a new rally, maybe the altcoin will start the rally and that will be a good time for the altcoin to increase. It could happen this year or next year, and so do what will happen to bitcoin.
7333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How often are people really hacked out of their BTC? on: January 21, 2021, 05:50:15 AM
Has anyone here been hacked and if so, how? We should make sure that we share our stories of being hacked, even if they are painful,  to ensure that people do not repeat other people's mistakes.
I do not get hacked so far, but I have the other bad experience before. My account can not access because the site is not online, and I got that experience early when I knew crypto. 7334  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Binance really that bad? on: January 21, 2021, 05:37:25 AM
I just stumbled upon this article
https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoin-exchanges/binance-review/

Notice how almost all the comments are talking about Binance locking them out of their accounts and blocking them from getting their funds.
Is there any truth to it?

I find it odd that I can't find more than a few such stories in other places.
I used Binance from a long time ago, and I do not have any problem accessing my account. My account is not verified, but I can still deposit and withdraw and trade, although it is not every day. I think they do not tell the truth about Binance, and I am sure they have another problem that makes their account get block by that exchange. If we do not do something suspicious or breaking their rules, the exchange will not do anything, and the exchange will allow us to trade, deposit, and withdraw. So that is weird for me.
7335  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bitcoin Help The Poor on: January 21, 2021, 05:18:00 AM
I agree bitcoin helps the poor, but that is only for people who want to try to make money from bitcoin. If they just wait without doing something, they will not get anything and can not solve their finances. If they only bought bitcoin without doing nothing except wait, that will not good because they need to have money, and they will not get that money if they do not do something. If they can buy and sell bitcoin, they will make money from the profit they can use to buy their daily needs.
7336  Economy / Exchanges / Re: A nube with questions about coinbase on: January 21, 2021, 04:39:54 AM
I have read a few articles about people having there coinbase accounts locked and not being able to get to there Bitcoin or money they have.

If I sell my bitcoin and other currency I have in my wallet what are the chances they freeze my account. Also why would they freeze any accounts

Thanks for the help in advance
Assume you are a verified member on Coinbase, and you want to sell your bitcoin and other currency, I do not think that Coinbase will freeze your account if you do not break their TOS. But if you break their TOS, they can freeze your account, and you can not access your account, and you need to ask them to open your account. We do not know why they freeze their members' accounts, but I think they will use many reasons to do that thing. I think that is why people do not like to use Coinbase. You can search for the other exchange to buy and sell crypto, so you do not get any problem in the future.
7337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Percentage between limit price and stop price in stop loss on: January 20, 2021, 02:31:57 PM
I do not think people will calculate so many details to use stop-loss because they will set the price below the price they buy. They will not use percentages to set the price because not many traders will use it that way. Maybe only pro traders will use that, but most traders will place the stop-loss below the buy order. As long as they can accept the price, they will quickly place the sell order before the price is down too deep. But we have a different method to determine the stop-loss price.
7338  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Official Thread] Dualdices.com Dice and micro Earning on: January 20, 2021, 02:04:25 PM
Congratulations @OP. Finally, you create an ANN thread for your site. You still need to promote your site on many websites to place their site on your website as the advertiser. It could bring more visitors to your site and gain more members to play on your site. I wonder how much to deposit on your site because I can not find it on the website.
7339  Economy / Gambling / Re: Selling ready2run gambling platform! on: January 20, 2021, 01:43:54 PM
I think you can give us the price, so other members will know how much you are selling your website. I like the design, but how it will be after sales? Did the customer still get any update from you or only sell all of the domain and the customer manage the website by themselves? After sales are important, the customer will not confuse if they get a problem in the future.
IMO OP don't want tell us in public about the price. That's why he is giving us his contact on telegram to disscuss more further if anyone interested. Will you buy the domain or just asking without any intention to buy anyway? You can ask that all questions through telegram with OP
I think that will make the customer know how much the website price that he offers. If the customer agrees with the price, they can continue to contact him using telegram. We do not know if they make a deal on the telegram, and if somehow, the customer has a problem with the deal, he will come back to here and ask us (which we do not know anything about). I am curious about the price of a gambling website, and I think it will be better to tell us here.
7340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase for Alt Coins.... on: January 20, 2021, 06:58:34 AM
I prefer to use Binance or KuCoin to trade than to use Binance. But I have an account in Binance, but I have not used it for a long time ago. I feel not comfortable to use Coinbase, and that is why I still use Binance and KuCoin. What I like from Binance is that we do not have to verify our account; even if they limit our account to withdraw, I guess that will not be a problem because we can still withdraw the profit. Besides that, I read much negative news about Coinbase, including the server down when bitcoin rally.
