temps are stable while it is at full speed, then temps drop with hashrate, if it was thermal I would expect dropping hash with stable temp

I think software, was hoping it was a known issue

here is my 60 single's new trick, it will run about 12 hours at rated hash, then starts slowly dropping speed.  Used to be it took me a few days to notice because it happened slowly, now I will be under 40 in 24 hours and I am rebooting it daily.

anybody heard of this one before?

Alright damn it. I'm a dick, but I'll apologize for being one last night. Me and the wife had a horrible argument that set me off and she's the only one in this world that knows how to press my buttons. Compounding my misery last night I also had a 4TB hard drive die on my media server which caused a big headache. Then to finally sit down and apply a new shiney firmware to my miner only to not able to connect to the Guild was too much for me to handle. It was just a really bad night.

more like it

welcome back

I don't know what the deal is with everyone on the US server but I'vee been mining on it just fine for the pas 36hrs.

yes, existing connections are good, just don't reboot as the server seems to be refusing new connections
7368  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [3200 TH] BTC Guild - Pays TxFees+Orphan+NMC, Stratum, Private Servers on: January 15, 2014, 06:41:48 AM
There doesn't seem to be any problems with the private server which I believe is in the US.

There is a private server? Why is it private? You pay more fees or something?

Is there an ETA when we will be able to connect to the US server again?
I think we have 5 or 6 confirmed cases already.

Access to the private server is by invitation.  In the past, Eleuthria has offered access to many others during persistent DoS attacks.

So us public scum bags pay the same fees you pay but you have access to "private" servers we can't access? Nepotism at its best here. I guess the fees I pay aren't that good to get into the "private" club.

its not like that at all, he set them up when the pool was experiencing substantial DDOS attacks and pretty much lets anyone who asks (nicely) in

In order to use media to make trade decisions you would need to speak every world language fluently, subscribe to thousands of media formats and read them daily.

you mean you don't do that?
7373  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 07, 2014, 03:47:19 AM
Sorry I know this has nothing to do with this thread, but given that it's kind of dead here I figured I'd ask anyway.

Does that fact that weed is now legal in Colorado mean that people in prison for taking it have now been released? Will this be the case as the states legalise it one by one?

No the people in jail in Colorado for having weed will still stay in jail for the next 10 to 20 years unless the Prez lets them out. And since weed is still illegal on the Fed level that wont happen.

The Fed Govt could raid Colorado and jail everyone in Fed jail if they wanted to.

This is truly awful Sad

just wait for the next big swing to the right and see what happens to everyone who gave up their info in "medical" states

Reported to Google and mtGox - although the contact form for Gox had no 'security issue' as a submission-type so they might not check the mail for many hours.

lol...or ever
