7361  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Rent without middleman. And with crypto on: January 01, 2018, 12:43:11 PM
The whole idea of renting houses without any broker or middleman is great, but i`m confused.
Jonathan Chou talks about removing the middleman, but his company Bee Token looks just like another middleman, more cryptocurrency related indeed, but it`s another middleman.
I would like to use such AirBnb type of service with cryptocurrency payments, but i don`t have enough coins right now.
7362  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-01-01] US Dollar Will End 2017 as Worst Year Since 2003, While Bitcoin is on: January 01, 2018, 12:30:45 PM
The US government has lowered the taxes for the companies and the rich elite.
Sooner or later, the federal reserve system will have to abandon the negative interest rates policy and try to bring some balance in the economy.I`m expecting the US dollar to increase it`s value during 2018,which means that the bitcoin price growth won`t be so tremendous and "to the moon".
7363  Economy / Speculation / Re: Too Many Gloom & Doomers! on: January 01, 2018, 07:29:48 AM
Fees have killed it and unless the developers deal the the mining monopoly then
the "Gloom & Doomers" are well founded and now could well be a good time
to place a stop-loss unless you like walking home instead of taking a taxi

Too many gambling addicts here if you ask me

You forget about something. The high fees/low confirmation time might be annoying and seem like a big problem, but they are intended to stop large price bubbles that grow very fast. This proves that Satoshi was a genius. The "mining monopoly" doesn`t matter that much.Miners can`t exist and can`t make money from btc,if there are no buyers and HODLers.
7364  Economy / Economics / Re: New Year's macro effects on Bitcoin on: January 01, 2018, 07:23:39 AM
I think it will go on a bull run after this last retracement in late December, let's watch and see Bitcoin go to the moon.

Yesterday the price was under 13000 USD,now it`s 13920 USD and most likely it will go above 14K.
Around the new year, the blockchain was stuck with lots of transactions and things are getting back to normal now.Bitcoin won`t go to the moon that fast.It needs to recover last years peak price at around 19000 USD.
There are many factors that will push the price down, but i think it will go to the moon somewhere around 2019.
7365  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: hope and the target on crypto 2018 on: January 01, 2018, 07:18:58 AM
First i have to tell all, wish you great new year 2018

everyone have targets in cryptocurrency for the year of 2018. yes we have to keep targets on crypto otherwise useless. everyone now concern about crypto world. lot of people now joining with this new era.

personally i have goals. brefly i have to 10x my money. i have big losses and gains on 2017. but everything is experience. now i know what to do and what not to do.

everyone in crypto make a plan , how to increase my profits, strategy for it. my tips for the new comers, focus on new ICO's. focus on undervalued coins.

invest on them. dont put all money to one coin

share your views

To increase you money 10 times is a very ambitious goal.I wish you good luck with this.
I`ve had pretty big gains and no losses during 2017,i wish that 2018 will be even more successful for me.
I have a promising about a brand new crypto gambling game and i have to be more motivated and more organized in order to achieve my goals and complete that project.Let`s make 2018 the best year in the crypto history.
7366  Economy / Services / Re: GRAFT - Credit Card and Crypto Payment Processing Network | Signature & Avatar Campaign | [CFNP] on: December 31, 2017, 07:21:49 AM
Didn't see my username is the spreadsheet did i just get accepted or not ?

Why do you care. There are no payments for the last two weeks and no update from graft-project.
It`s strange, because other sig campaigns don`t have problems with payments and fees.
All the participants here should do something, instead of just posting and waiting.
I will wait for the next few days and, if there`s still no payment and no update,i will leave the campaign.
All the other participants should do the same thing.
7367  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term trading strategy: Altcoins/BTC on: December 30, 2017, 12:50:37 PM
In the title, you ask about a long term strategy, but in the description you ask about exit strategy.I`m confused. My only long term strategy is HODL and my only exit strategy is SELL for fiat.I don`t know about any other and more complex trading strategies.About BTC/alts correlation-sometimes the new government regulations hit all the cryptocurrencies, other times they hit only bitcoin. The BTC/alts price movements depends on the factors that influence the markets.
7368  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-30] Surveys: 73% of Russians Will Increase Crypto Investments on: December 30, 2017, 07:25:15 AM
Intersting info, but people`s opinions doesn`t matter. The most important thing is will the russian government let the people to own cryptocurrencies or it will ban them(or will it create a state backed crypto that will try to replace them). If a big crash happens in the cryptocurrency markets during the next few months,i think that most of the people in the world, including Russia, will change their minds.
7369  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: We search for a project-Name for a shop selling Gift Cards, Voucher, Gameskey... on: December 30, 2017, 07:19:34 AM
I don`t like the names provided in your list,so i would suggest giftcoin.io (if it`s available).
By the way,i thought that buying and reselling gift cards is illegal(despite the fact that everyone online is trading with gift cards).Your business will be a little bit shaddy.
Anyway,good luck with this project,OP.
7370  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wondering why Bitcoin dropped by over 10% last night? on: December 30, 2017, 07:14:13 AM
Why anybody isn`t talking about the SegWit2X X11 activation and it`s influence over the bitcoin price.
I think that this Segwit2x fork increased the panic across the exchange platforms and newbie traders continue with the panic selling, while most of the HODLers continue to HODL.It`s like the bullish and the bearish trend are fighting against each other.
South Korea news don`t matter that much for me.
7371  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BTC bet website on: December 29, 2017, 11:22:53 AM
The majority of the people don`t believe that online lottery games can be fair.
How can you prove that the lottery will be fair?20 pounds is a very expensive bet or ticket price for such project, even if it`s with only 5 people. You will most likely have to lower it.
This idea isn`t very innovative.By the way who is using icq and jabber nowadays?
7372  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has the Tide Shifted? on: December 29, 2017, 11:17:00 AM
Who is saying that? You are free to shoose whatever trading strategy you want.
Shorting will become more and more profitble and more traders will short.I don`t believe that bitcoins massive growth will continue during the next year. There will be high volatility,a few big price crashes and maybe some peak at around 21000 USD during the summer.
7373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Percentage of people on this forum who never used their Bitcoin to pay? on: December 29, 2017, 11:12:42 AM
Nobody can give you exact information about the percentage of people never used btc here.
I`ve used bitcoin to buy a money making guide from a seller here and i still regret about this.
With the current transaction fees and confirmation time issues,i won`t use btc to buy any goods or services.
7374  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Invested with Yobit InvestBox? on: December 29, 2017, 06:34:25 AM
This topic should be moved to the "Service discussion" board.it doesn`t belong to the "Speculation" board.
I`ve received the same email, but the annoying part is that i`ve deleted my Yobit account two years ago and i unsubscribed from their email list, but i somehow continue to receive emails from them, which is illegal just like any other unwanted email spam.Yobit is well known for listing shitty altcoins for pumping purposes, but i used to like their exchange platform design and various features.I don`t trust this Investbox thing, but i lot of newbies will try it,i hope that they don`t invest with their own money.
7375  Economy / Economics / Re: Lesson for Diversification: The Rothschilds Story on: December 29, 2017, 06:25:10 AM
I don`t think that the Rotchilds history has anything to do with the cryptocurrency history.
The diversification strategy doesn`t work that well with cryptocurrencies, because bitcoin and the biggest altcoins were following the same trend, and for a better diversification, investors have to choose assets that follow different trends.Anyway, the next year will be crusial for cryptos, and i don`t think that we will see a tremendous growth in prices.
7376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mainstream news outlet CNBC finally understanding Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash on: December 29, 2017, 06:17:29 AM
I like  one of the reddit comments that says: "Bitcoin cash=Chineseminercash"  Grin
Perhaps this is all the info that the people have to know about bitcoin cash.
I`m suprised that there are people ,who still want to buy BCH and still think that centralization is a better business model.Anyway, they have the right to do so.
7377  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beginner Trader & how to automate buy/sell orders based on price conditions... on: December 28, 2017, 12:30:00 PM
I`m not familiar with Kraken,i`ve used HitBTC and Coinbase in the past.
If you wanna sell when it hits $Y,000 why not just place that sell order for $Y,000 as "good `till cancelled" and just wait for the market price to reach your desired level. What do you mean by "executed immediately"?If you place a buy or sell order with a price that is very different than the current market price,it can`t be executed immediately.I guess that you need a trading bot,but i can`t help with that.
7378  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-28] EU Central Banker: “Stop Calling the Bitcoin a Coin” on: December 28, 2017, 12:16:22 PM
They need to warn the people about bitcoin...This makes me laugh. Grin
99,99% of the bitcoin investors and btc users KNOW that bitcoin is highly volatile and very risky investment.
They don`t have any problems with taking the risk and investing in btc. There`s no need for this jerk to warn them. And we will continue to call bitcoin a COIN.Nobody can forbid us to do so.
7379  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is losing its dominance over the crypto market on: December 28, 2017, 06:49:42 AM
Yes,you are right. We are all a bunch of fools, driven by greed.
Can you mention another motivation, other than greed, that drives millions of people to invest in bitcoins?
I can`t figure out any ther motivation.99% of those people don`t care about the blockchain, scaling solutions, mining and mass adoption. They care about the profits. If some altcoin can bring them more profits than btc, they will leave bitcoin almost instantly.
7380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea government plans to identify all the users of exchanges. on: December 28, 2017, 06:42:09 AM
This is the price that we have to pay for a world mass bitcoin adoption.
If we want mass btc adoption,it`s obvious that we have to sacrifice all the anonymouty of transactions and users.
I`m not suprised by this news and we shouldn`t complain that much about it.
I`m sure that some cryptocurrencies and some exchange platforms will stay in the shadows and refuse to comply with these rules.
