Anche dal tipo di notizie che sono postate ogni giorno è palese l'essersi schierato sul fork bitcoincash.
Ogni giorno su newsbitcoin.com ci sono un paio di notizie sul fatto che BCH è stato adottato da un certo merchant, o che BCH ha avuto un certo sviluppo (vedi la possibilità di poterli inviare tramite sms....)

Some of these address have a small portion of some coins (worthless). In the past they have received some payments.
I think actually it wasn't identified by anyone because most of the address was loaded with some coins for a long time.

Depends your wallet size. How much money you want to spend?
Buying to many coin is not even a lowering for the risks but it could become a risk for a gain profit = 0.
Did you made your research before? Some personal consideration about 2 coins you pick:
Neo = absolutely good, but for earn a good amount with stake you need a great deposit.
Ripple = are you sure? 20 ripple just as setup for your wallet, and a bank technology far away from btc-crypto communities (at least until now)... probably should be the right decision for a long time holding (5-10 years), but what are your plan? are you a quiet trader or a profit taker?

ICO are just a way to invest in new/promising cryptocoin/cryptotoken/cryptoasset etc...
Ok they can become a way to get "free money" without active work, but some investment are needed before every gain.
Maybe OP made a mistake between ICO and bounty activities

credo che sia anche peggio perchè potrebbe centralizzare la valutazione della catena, solo a grossi possessori di coin (ed ovviamente un sistema del genere incentiva e premia sempre chi ha tante coin...)

Verrebbero penalizzati i piccoli utenti anche se si unissero in ipotetiche pool (tipo i lending di waves) non potrebbero mai competere contro i top 1000.

I think this also to. Because as we have seen with last SAVEDROID fake scam, some regulations are coming in germany (so pretty fast to whole europe/USA).
Now every legitimate ICO should ask a KYC (some years ago it wasn't a blasfemy ).
So yes ICO will continue to exist even in the next years (2 or more...) but with a lot of more regulations, that could take out some potential scammers/fraud, and minor project.
