741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why exchange coins moving up.. on: February 11, 2020, 04:53:29 PM
The utility token of a trusted exchange is really good like Binance (BNB), Of course the exchange benefits from it, Also the mindset of people, they think it is safe to invest in exchange token with reputation. Last 2017 even new exchange token was really surprising following the Bullrun. I bought some KCS at $1 and it turns to $20 each what a jackpot. Maybe it is possible if we are having a Bullrun this year. Crypto is unpredictable better DYOR.
742  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Accidently send USDT to ghost erc20 wallet ! on: February 11, 2020, 04:00:32 PM
My phone got virus. I have couple check the address but them hacked in the core of app. Sad

Its Metamask. Thank you for your help ! Sad

Wait what? Metamask App? Metamask does not have an APP in the first place, If I am right you are a victim of fake app/phishing. In the previous year some people reported that there is a fake myetherwallet/metamask on playstore but it got remove already but for sure someone downloaded it. Playstore is not really safe please always check the official website for the original link. when it comes to importing your private always be cautious.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another wallet key lost. on: February 11, 2020, 01:46:57 PM
That's unfortunate but may I know the name of wallet? Some wallets can be reset by email. I remember something in the previous month Peter Schiff Tweeted https://twitter.com/PeterSchiff/status/1218911797626847234 that he lost his bitcoin because the password is no longer valid but I guess Blockchain wallet replied to his tweet and help him fixed the issue and later on he corrected his mistake on this tweet https://twitter.com/PeterSchiff/status/1220135541330542592 I suggest to contact the support of this particular wallet.
744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health 🤕symptoms on: February 11, 2020, 12:04:00 PM
I guess habits like this usually happens on a physical casino because some casinos have cafeteria and bar, But it depends on the person how he will  handle the situation. Drinking after a loss will not change anything it does not help you. Gambling plus alcohol addiction is not really good if you're doing it better stop. Online gambling is better you can drink even in your house and you are safe from the influence of drugs from bars.

Quote
Did joining gambling make you addicted to drugs and drink?!!
No, and never! for me, gambling has no connection with drugs and drinks be responsible after a loss or win.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the shit is happening in CMC? on: February 11, 2020, 11:29:05 AM
CMC Has been useful for me until now but yeah they should not list these sh*t exchanges with fake volume and scam accusations, they should have a team that will review these exchanges before listing. CMC is just showing what the exchanges API is showing them but some exchanges generate fake volume. I favor https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges is better than CMC now. Their Top 10 exchanges looks convincing and real.
746  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: URL and Hyperlink! on: February 11, 2020, 10:35:49 AM
Good info everyone should be careful in clicking links even here in Bitcointalk, In the previous year, I guess someone posted a phishing link here using these Hyperlinks. Sometimes when you are tired you don't have time to hover your mouse to check the link, I install phishing protection like cryptonite extension and ublock origin - ad blocker to prevent these phishing attempts.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Hardfork help? on: February 11, 2020, 06:30:54 AM
Hardfork really helps the project you can also call it like an "update or upgrade" Just like an APP in your phone if you have a version 1.0 now and in the next year they release the 1.1 version with some enhancements, more features. It is just like the hardfork they are doing it to make some improvement and fixing some errors, etc. But I don't think it helps increase the price but maybe yes or no? sometimes the price really unpredictable. I am quite surprise this coin is still alive after many accusations encounters, delisted by Binance and many more.
748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banking system on: February 11, 2020, 06:08:09 AM
Bitcoin is killing it already, I guess banks are the biggest scam run by the government, Imagine 1 - 2% interest of your deposit per year? Maybe they are using our money to invest in stocks and maybe cryptocurrency and gain big profits from it. Maybe banks are one of the cryptocurrency whales? Just a hunch but it is possible. Bitcoin already beating it in terms of fees, etc. and it is more convenient.

Banks are undergoing lots of procedures and they can't just invest your funds but different companies are borrowing it for investment. In simple terms, banks helps the economy have the money circulating that is needed by the entire country. Imagine if there is not regulation with the money, how could government run efficiently? Majority of the projects or almost the entire projects of government are run by taxes and what makes it possible is because of banks.

Though, the downside of it is the total regulation of the money, leaving people out of control to their savings.
We don't really know that, we are just ordinary citizen unless you are from the government?, Yes they are supposed to do that to run our government efficiently but you can't deny the fact that there are some corrupt governments with hidden anomalies and stealing the money of its people. Just like what I say it is just a hunch but it is possible.
749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube Binance impostor: what is happening right now? on: February 10, 2020, 11:35:04 PM
I guess their motive is to destroy the reputation of binance as well as hacking, create FUD. Why not hack binance directly? because they cant. Wise users will not fall for this always check official social media from their website usually located at the bottom. And those transactions on their wallets it is possible that some of it are fake, sending a fund to their own wallet to lure people to make it look real.
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways To Distribute & Promote a New Coin on: February 10, 2020, 11:09:00 PM
What are some good ways to promote, distribute/sell a new coin? Please list some good techniques, so on and so forth. Thanks again.
If you are already aware of ICO, STO, IEO. if you are looking for something new recently I heard about ICTO it is Initial convertible token offering. Read it here https://medium.com/finnexus/deciphering-the-finnexus-token-offering-model-the-icto-6029dbe02610 . Some projects that are pre-funded do a direct listing without doing a sale and they distribute new coin by trading.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you notice top exchanges reduced the withdrawal fee? on: February 10, 2020, 10:45:36 PM
I didnt notice that because I usually using xrp when withdrawing because it has lesser fees but that great thanks for informing us, last 2019 did you notice it too some exchanges from omni usdt they switch to erc20 usdt I guess to reduce the fees. The adjustment on withdrawal fees happens when the value of an asset changes.
752  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Looking for the best solution on: February 10, 2020, 01:52:05 PM
Keep trying mate, I was in your shoes before but I never gave up, 5 to 6 application is not that much, I have been ignored more than that but I keep trying. You have more opportunity than me, most of the campaigns requires Sr. member. Just keep what you are doing and dont lose hope. And dont PM managers why they didnt accept you because the answer is obvious.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone still earning with bounties? on: February 10, 2020, 04:14:07 AM
Yes but only BTC Paid bounty just a few dollar, Like signature. Often posted on services https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0. Altcoin payments now are not worth it of our time. Either failure or turned scam. I suggest joining bounties that are already listed on exchanges or a confirm listing to minimize the risk of not being paid for our efforts. For a long time, I didn't hear a successful project that pays a lot to its bounty hunters.

755  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Does Rooted Mobile Devices Good or Bad? on: February 10, 2020, 03:21:52 AM
Rooted devices feels like you have admin control just like in a desktop you can do anything on your device you can install everything, change OS etc. That's what rooted devices can offer and gives you added privilege, Some applications require rooted device to install, that is why some people try to root their device but rooting sometimes can destroy your phone, make sure you know what you are doing to avoid destroying your phone.
756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SCENARIO BEHIND BITCOIN on: February 09, 2020, 11:32:39 PM
I have one thing to say about satoshi he/she is a legend and a true anonymous. Bitcoin is decentralized it is not design or made to control us but to unite us not only in one country but in the entire world. You cant be control if you have faith and trust, FUD and fake news does not affect you at all. Only weak hands are being control if you let them control your emotion, but dont be. Dont get it wrong bitcoin is not controlling the price and market, there are some whales involve.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: February 09, 2020, 11:11:24 PM
USDT are not only existing in ethereum network (Erc20) they also exist in OMNI blockchain. Some exchanges using OMNI before but they switch to Ethereum because of the high fees. There are some shady stories about usdt, some says they used it to pump bitcoin, they print a lot of usdt and pump a certain coin. There is no proof but it is up to you how will you use this asset and be responsible.
758  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] Natural8 Social Media & Youtube Content Creation Contest (Apply Now) on: February 09, 2020, 10:29:49 AM

759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To All Bounty hunters on: February 09, 2020, 12:28:15 AM
There are still some unique project that exist right there, Last year I joined a bounty called MESG. I am not encouraging you to buy it, but check it I guess it has a bright future. I sold all my tokens last year but I am buying back again this year. If you buy please do your own research first. My advice to the hunters dont join many bounties just a few good ones, do a background check to minimized scam.
