741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Yet another Defi platform got hacked again on: November 13, 2020, 05:28:52 PM
So lately there's one of DeFi platforms (Akropolis) that has admitted they got hacked (over 2 million in DAI) through a flash loan attack recently.

Quote
“At ~14:36 GMT we noticed a discrepancy in the APYs of our stablecoin pools and identified that ~2.0mn DAI had been drained out of the yCurve and sUSD pools,” the project reported in a statement released the evening of November 12.

[...]

The attacks seemingly come as a surprise for Akropolis, which said the pools had undergone two independent audits. “However, the attack vectors used in the exploit were not identified in either audit,” it said “The essence of the exploit in question is a combination of a re-entrancy attack with dYdX flash loan origination.”
Read the full article -> https://decrypt.co/48081/defi-platform-akropolis-admits-to-being-hacked-for-2-million

Previously there are several DeFi got the flash loan attack as well such as Harvest finance and bZx.
What's your thought about it? Does DeFi are too vulnerable to be attacked?
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized Tokenized BTC on: November 13, 2020, 04:17:36 PM
But I don't want to trust my coins to custodian services, so I can show you a way to trade bitcoin without centralized intermediaries.
My apologies if my question would be kinda off-topic, I just wondering although both of them tBTC and rentBTC are decentralized services but as far I know the nature of wrapped tokens/tokenized coins is a custodian. So what's the huge difference between using either centralized custodian and decentralized custodian service?
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Tornomy on: November 13, 2020, 02:58:50 PM
1/ Correct, you automatically receive the equivalent amount of the tLTC/tDOGE (erc20) on your eth address. We support Metamask and MEW wallet. ~snip~
Nowadays with a lot of kinds of wrapped tokens out there, why we should wrap our coins here?
Whether are any beneficial things that will we get later in your exchange platform (when it's ready)?

Does your casino allow people use Tor?
Looks like using a VPN/tor to bypass the site is not allowed here.

Using VPN or any other proxy service to bypass provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.

The question for KYC will apply to players who deposit with Crypto?
If the player doesn't submit their real cell phone number because it's a private matter, is there a way to change it later?

KYC seems to be mandatory here because the site is basically fiat based casino and I cant find a special rules for crypto players, so I guess the rules is the same for both crypto and fiat players.
According to their statement on the FAQ page, it seems the KYC issue only applicable for fiat gamble I guess. If we gamble with Bitcoin we don't need to do KYC and I think it also applies to other cryptos.

What is the best option for deposit/withdrawal?
The best option for deposit/withdrawal is to use Bitcoin. If Bitcoin is used for deposit/withdrawal no ID needed, same day payout and no fees.
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UPS AND DOWNS IN BOUNTY ACTIVITIES on: November 12, 2020, 11:58:33 PM
I don't blame btcltcdigger for quiting bounty managing, I heard that many bounty hunters don't care much about bounty managers this days, they act too mean to popular bounty managers like bubbalex, btcltcdigger and others, it's not just about how hard it is to manage bounties, it's more than that
Of course they will not care about the manager and even don't care to read all important pieces of information of bounty they followed since the most important thing for hunters is their rewards and when they would receive it. As long hunters get their rewards soon (after spamming on various platform) they would ignore everything, lol.
747  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [LIST] DeFi-Scams - Big All-In-One-Thread - LAST UPDATE: 06/11/2020 on: November 12, 2020, 11:19:40 PM
I guess you can add this scam project to the list too:

[ANN] Anonyme 🌟 An Autonomous Interest Rate Protocol
Indeed that project is fishy enough which high likely would be ended as a scam,
If you made a proper accusation of them I think OP would determine to add it to the list.
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Welcome to BETGALAXY on: November 12, 2020, 10:56:18 PM
Betgalaxy will have a sportsbook and a very big one I think and maybe thats the differnece alone between FULL Casino(not a lawyer)
Yeah, that's what they are planning on but I am not talking they will have it or not. What I mean is they compared it to the wrong casino which did not provide a sportsbook at all.

-- LIVE Support on BEtfury ? - Please see my Chat 22 Minutes wasted time on bottom: Starting chat now
Betfury VS Topia Telegram 24/7
On-site live support not a social media support, despite the quality of their live support at least betfury has it.

What's become my concern is why are you defending them so much? A part of them (at least admin/mod)?
749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Tornomy on: November 12, 2020, 10:07:04 PM
Have you tried our ERC20 wrapping feature? We will add more assets soon.
Well, it's quite interesting for a centralized exchange providing such kind of feature.

Assuming from those tLTC/tDOGE, so you gonna create your own token as well?

we will have a whitepaper and roadmap published this quarter
Is there any certain estimation date for that?

Will add this project/company to my watchlist for a while
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] (CMF)Airdrop CasinoMoney.Finance Dual Token - Claimable on: November 12, 2020, 07:47:38 PM
We will release the whitepaper a day after the snapshot
How to receive CMF tokens? Should we need to locking DAM tokens first or just simply hold it in our erc20 wallet?

What about your smart contracts, when you will release it to the public? Or it's still under development?

What's the use cases of CMF & CGT tokens in your project?
751  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamblineers.com | the Bitcoin Casino Guide on: November 12, 2020, 07:12:43 PM
That's what I thought as well but it makes you wonder then why do pretty much all casinos advertise their bonuses so much?
I am not sure what the exact reason behind it since each casino have their own goals when did it, but what I can think is to gain some enough traffic and bet on gaining new gamblers beside through affiliate program (if any). Somehow a welcome bonus is pretty important for a new casino to attract new gamblers because most of them will not risk their money to unknown casino.
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: GTH - Invest in a profitable start up retail company on: November 12, 2020, 06:33:14 PM
I should have, I'm new to cryptocurrency but ventured in this market so I could expand my smallish company. Been dabbling with BTC for a couple years before I realized this idea.
May we know the people involved in this project? Since you admitted that you are a newbie in crypto space I doubt some investor will put their money in your project, why we should risk our money to a newbie?

I did this because I have seen others do the same, and I don't want bounty posts clogging up the discussion. Feel free to archive these webpages and new replies to verify my claims.
Don't just follow people who just launched a project lately which is you don't actually know the success of their project, every people here already aware when a project starts with self-moderated it's indicating as a scam (mostly) project since they can delete any unsatisfying response to them anytime.

If you see bounty posts here (which you don't hold it), just report it to moderators.

On a side note, made a crunch numbers sheet so its easier to see how I want to realize profits for investors.

The explanation is too rough, you need to explain it in more details. I suggest providing a whitepaper so people can get a better understand of what you are trying to do in this project.
753  Economy / Gambling / Re: BGame.io [ 0% House Edge ] - Supports 26 Currencies - 12 Popular Games 🔴🟠🟡🟢 on: November 11, 2020, 10:56:02 PM
Welcome to the forum!

The site is not pretty bad, just.. it reminds me of another site from the domain name, most of the games you provided and site layout are kinda similar Cheesy
Anyway, I have a problem here, the sign of unread notif won't disappear although I have click/read all of the messages.

Maybe I will try the site when it already fully developed, good luck.
754  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamblineers.com | the Bitcoin Casino Guide on: November 11, 2020, 10:16:52 PM
I have a question for all of you who have played at different casinos over time: how important is (or was) a welcome bonus when deciding where to play? And if it was important for you, did a no deposit make a huge difference or was a normal deposit bonus enough?
IMO it does not really important when choosing a casino to play regularly, especially if it needs to perform KYC to able be claimed. FYI, most of the gamblers here did not like KYC, they prefer to stay anonymous when they are gambling.

Mostly a welcome bonus just attracts an instant gambler who plays only for it and goes when it's done.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] (CMF)Airdrop CasinoMoney.Finance Dual Token - Claimable on: November 11, 2020, 09:46:42 PM
This is quite interesting. I would love to know what kind of casino games would you be able to offer in the future. ~snip~
According to the statement on their site, they will implement slots and blackjack at the first.
However it's just an initial plan, they can change it or add more games to the list anytime.

Thanks for the feed back, We will continue rolling out updates regarding the project prior to the snapshot
Is there any estimation date of your whitepaper will be released?

Don'T download wallet from repo releases, contains virus
Where did you get the virus thing?
Just checked on virustotal.com and yeah it shows has a spyware/malware inside (.zip extension)

You can check it here - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/4c8fb2a9b9b339bde0fe07c5d8ddd47cf8d9fc9b1ee2e0aad429289a54777c98/details
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Welcome to BETGALAXY on: November 11, 2020, 07:41:26 PM

Well indeed the site has a good interface enough, not bad but not really impressive it's just on average.

However, I want to talk about your comparison above which in my opinion it's like a joke. Why did I say it's a joke? I'll point out what's wrong with your table,
- Both of them are provably fair casino
- Both of them are not a sportsbook casino
- Roobet has a valid license
- Both of them have live on-site support

759  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐉 CoinDragon.com 🐉- Provably the best crypto gambling in the world!💰 on: November 11, 2020, 04:44:03 PM
That's something that allow those who loves staying inside the chat and waiting for the rain, some of them manage to be friends with
each others and when some lucky bettors win expect a good tips from them.
Did you mean receive tips from other gamblers? I have been playing on this site for a while few months back and as far as I know there's no such kind of feature there, just logged in to the site and it's still the same as before.

It seems you never play on there yet before, I would suggest you give it a try. I think you will like it.
760  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bplay binance casino? on: November 10, 2020, 10:30:11 PM
It looks like fun to play I've seen the graphics and it looks decent to me, I am thinking on transferring some Bitcoins today to my Binance account and use the Binance option to login, I just hope it wouldn't be scam since it might have an access to my Binance account.
If you are afraid that this casino would be a scam on a later day then don't take the risk, it is better to create a new account or logging in with social media account I don't think there's a huge disadvantage for logging in without Binance account.
