741  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The politics behind the Silk Road shutdown and Ross Ulbricht's arrest on: August 29, 2016, 07:10:36 PM
Silk Road was like the first major dark market. The others were mostly copycats of Silk Road. And that is the real reason why Ross Ulbricht and Silk Road were targeted by the FBI. It was all well planned. The FBI rigged the evidence, and charged him with fake murder attempt charges. Also, the judge who sentenced him (Katherine Forrest) is a well known associate of the wall street criminals.

Very true. Hiring a hitman was never ever on DPR's agenda. The murder charges were obviously fabricated. It's very obvious that they wanted a rigged jury as well, by the way the trial was handled, they wanted his trial to take place in another state, that move is often associated with douchefuckery.

Things that are known to science:
Evolution is a fact
Probability math shows that evolution is impossible. The thing that science calls evolution is simply complex cause and effect... programming of the universe and life.

Actually, the myth that Adam and Eve incestuously copulated and led to our current population today in just a matter of 6,000 years is what is mathematically impossible.

743  Other / Meta / Re: Forum users targetted for their religious/political views, and I don't like it! on: August 29, 2016, 06:59:12 PM
Trust ratings should not be based on religious, political or personal views and ideologies.

I disagree.  I should have the right to distrust someone for any reason.

If your cult says theft is part of becoming a man, I am going to distrust you based on your religion.

I have had that idiot BADecker on ignore for far over a year now.

We aren't talking about distrusting somebody, we are talking about the Trust System on Bitcointalk. Different things. Generally, a negative trust rating on here is associated with fraud. In that case you would think that all of the casino vendors and government employees would have negative ratings, yet it is very much the opposite.

Things that are not known to science:
God

Well, great post. But, you need to specify which God we are talking about here. Zeus? Odin? Dionysis? Allah? Jesus? Some Gods are known to science, for example, the gods of whoever worships nature.

All gods...

Science has never found any evidence of any god ever

My point was: What if your God was fire? We all know fire exists, because there is physical evidence of it. Then you wouldn't be able to say that, that particular God is not known to science.  Wink
745  Economy / Lending / Re: 9 btc on: August 29, 2016, 06:51:50 PM
This is the third time that Op opens a thread and saying that he has more than 9BTC.
The previous 2, was locked and he never show that BTC.
Now again the same phishing attempt and for no reason... Roll Eyes

You clearly have an issue Op... Shocked

Bitcointalk scammers are the funniest. I could spend all day reading about them, mainly because I don't have a job and no real life hobby or friends, but also because the stories are hilarious to read.

Eventually people will be ordering their meds off the Dark Web, not only is it tax free, but you won't be paying insane prices either. It's really ironic. They told us to stay away from the black market, but inadvertently are steering them into that direction.

Having visited various dark market sites (Silk Road, Silk Road 2.0, Black Market Reloaded, Sheep Marketplace, Agora.etc), I must say that prescription drugs account/once accounted for a significant part of revenue for many of these dark markets. Most popular drugs are viagra, cialis.etc, but there are a large number of vendors selling drugs such as Daraprim.

The only medication I could find that I have a legitimate prescription for was lorazepam, and it was definitely a lot cheaper. Of course, I didn't buy it, because I have free coverage. I think we need to dump Big Pharma for good, but the obvious obstacle to that is the prohibition of marijuana and psychedelic drugs.
748  Economy / Lending / Re: 9 btc on: August 29, 2016, 06:39:31 PM
I have learned from years and years of online gaming that any time somebody says "Doubling money" and is a brand new account, it is going to be a scam.

Also, what does this have to do with lending? Not a lot. So, you should either request a moderator to move this to Economics, or just make a new post there and lock this one. Of course, you can also choose to do neither, but don't expect much assistance when you're not posting in the relevant sub-section.
749  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Huge Clinton foundation donor and Epipen company CEO raises its price by 6000% on: August 29, 2016, 06:37:15 PM
In the US, it is the system which is failing the patients. Drugs and medications such as Daraprim and EpiPen are not covered by any patents. But the other drug companies can't market them inside the United States, because they should get a license for the same. Getting the license is a cumbersome process, and it can take up to 10 years.

One pill of Daraprim, which costs $375 in the US, costs only $1.00 in Mexico!!!!!

750  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christian BS on: August 29, 2016, 06:35:29 PM
The things I am talking are known to be science fact.

I would have to disagree with that one, because nothing in the world is established to be a "fact". The ideas we recognize as scientifically accurate today may nor may not hold true tomorrow. However, there is universal truth, ideas like "Everyone is equal" which would hold true regardless of what the beliefs of a person's time are.

I will also add a quote by Voltaire here:

“Every man is a creature of the age in which he lives and few are able to raise themselves above the ideas of the time.”

Now you are talking philosophy.

Newton didn't formulate his 3rd law because nobody else had seen it in action. All people since the beginning have used it, and many have understood it. Newton simply was making a base for scientific study when he formulated it.

Newton's 3rd Law is fact.

Saying that it might not be fact, is philosophy or religion... or maybe simply stupidity.

Cool

Newton's third law is part of that universal truth, that manifested itself in different names in different cultures. The Chinese called it yin-yang, the Hindus called it karma, you just have to look, and you will find it.

Well your program is very narrow minded because it puts a few dollars worth on my account, which is in actuality priceless!

Also, the algorithm says that posts with <75 word count are of bad quality. Well, in writing, you are meant to keep your posts short, if you're too wordy, your post becomes uninteresting and nobody would bother to read it! It rates my post quality as "Poor" when it actually is rich with content; political satire and humor!
It's actually a 75 character count, much easier to reach than 75 words Smiley

Post quality is all subjective. This is the best a computer can do without getting into crazy AI stuff.

Yeah 75 characters is what I meant. Still, you're right, it is subjective, and this bot will only reward people who are great at copy pasting and not citing their resources, or are really wordy.
752  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcoin mining is taxable. Why the bitcoin miners don't pay taxes? on: August 29, 2016, 06:31:30 PM
Because taxation is theft, taxes are used to fund illegal settlements and wars in over 100 countries. Get informed about your government.

Taxation is theft? And who is going to pay for roads, public transportation, sanitation, legal systems, public safety, education, health care systems, military, scientific research, culture and the arts, public works, distribution, data collection and dissemination, public insurance, basic income etc?

The private companies are going to pay for the roads. Also, this is a very basic, common, first glance "argument" that statists always put forward. It doesn't matter what the taxes go to, if they were acquired by violent means (ie armed robberies), it was theft. Also, majority of your taxes don't go towards health care or education or public transit, but towards forging the military empire.

You knew you lost the argument as soon as you went Godwin in the title, right?

Just so you know, Godwin's law states that you are going to have a Hitler/Nazi reference, it does not mean the argument is false because of it. For instance, if we are talking about exterminating a certain type of people (eugenics), then I can certainly say that it is Nazi-like, and I won't be wrong.

I agree with you that there is partial free will. But according to scientific laws that we know, there isn't any free will. And the free will that we have is something entirely different than what we think it is. Entirely different.

That's a next level discussion opener right there. I would say that, simultaneously, we have both free will, and at the same time, no free will at all (according to physics). I am talking about a psycho-social, spiritual level here. From a materialistic perspective, we are all going to die and there really is nothing deeper than that.

757  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone with female voice to call in paypal and remove limitation on: August 29, 2016, 05:24:21 PM
what? this is my first time heard it if we can remove the limit with female's voice. why you not download female's voice in google or record your female friends voice?

Obviously he wants someone to impersonate registered owner of the account, which is a fraud and illegal by the way.
Doubt anyone will fall for this, because it could get you in a world of trouble for a small fee you would get. Use caution.

He most likely wants someone to impersonate a registered Paypal account owner, as a lot of the threads in this subsection want you to commit a felony or two for some satoshis, but it could also be that he is really thirsty and reaaally wants to hear a foreign female voice, in which case I recommend OP use Microsoft Anna (Windows 7, 8+ narrator voice) to communicate. You could also use MorphVOX Pro for Windows.

Hopefully I won't be raided for assisting you in case you're committing any crimes here.
758  Other / Off-topic / Re: where can i register a cheap domain name with bitcoin as payment? on: August 29, 2016, 05:19:23 PM
First off, wrong section. That's okay though, since you seem to have already gotten an abundance of responses.

I will tell you what to use and not to use.

Do NOT use GoDaddy, they rip people off.

Do use Namecheap, they have discounts and offers for Bitcointalk users too sometimes! To catch up with their special deals, keep browsing the "Services" subsection!

Again, do not use GoDaddy, they have ripped me off in the past.

760  Other / Off-topic / Junk thread template! on: August 29, 2016, 05:06:36 PM
Hey kids! (Yes, kids)

Whether you need to make some pennies from signature campaign spam to pay for Runescape Membership some day because you are grounded and cannot use mom's credit card, need a thread to go viral for some e-fame, or want to raise your post count for no reason but fulfillment for an otherwise meaningless life, these templates will help you make the most pointless, repetitive, oversaturated, annoying threads you will see on the forum!

1) "What will you do?"

Can be seen here, here, and here. Basically, you just ask someone, what will you do when Bitcoin is worth $2 quintillion??? What will you do if you have 1000000000 Bitcoin? If you woke up one day and Bitcoin was worth ten houses what will you do? If Bitcoin was worthless what will you do? What will you do man??? WHAT WILL YOU DO?HuhHuhHuhHuh?//////// Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

2) "How get rich"

So, you got five kids to feed, got a Bitcoin mining operation to run on the library computer, need to buy cheap WoW gold, whatever it is, you want money, and you need it fast! In a cheap attempt to scrape by, you quickly Google "How get Bitcoin", only to download Bitcoin.exe, a malware that stole all your coins! (RIP 5 satoshi Sad ). Soon after, you wonder, how too get rich?

3) "Am I the only Muslim/female/gay/lesbian/transgendered/alien Bitcoiner here?Huh?"

You are a special snowflake. Everybody is unique, just like everybody else. But, some are more special than others. For instance, meet the only girl on Bitcointalk, who wondered if she was the only girl on there for an entire 16 months! You can also meet the other girl on Bitcointalk, and of course the many many others. You can also see the fifteen paged thread about a Muslim Bitcoiner for some ideas.

Conclusion:

Bitcointalk is a very diverse place. However, after spending a lot of time on here, it becomes challenging to not pick up on the same threads that tend to repeat themselves over and over, in different forms. It's like a psychedelic loop.

Also, I made this post so that I could receive 8 satoshi, moving closer to my weekly goal of 56 satoshi so I can pay for my Runescape membership.
