Active Mining need good accounting just like it needs a decent website; these are basic business essentials, and if Ken doesn't have the skillset to do it (and it's not a big deal if he doesn't), then he needs to hire folk to do it for AM. Just because Bitcoin Mining is a relatively new venture doesn't mean that business fundamentals should be thrown out of the window.
Active Mining will have accounting, we are setting up our manufacturing software as we speak, this is different than AMC which only had basic accounting due to the fact that all it did was mine bitcoins and pay out dividends. AMC in its description did not have provisions for any kind of advanced accounting. FYI I made straight A's in accounting. I also was hired and became the lead programmer on an accounting project.

will be great if we could see a working prototype or real asic model with videos and photos... of your asic miner
Our Fast-Hash-XX are Avalon clones. Where is your own 16Gh/s chips? We are having it built by http://www.easic.com

No, kslaughter has 7 slots at 8.25 Bitcoins (BTC) per slot. Right. If anyone thinks that kslaughter won't pay, you can bid a lower amount. If kslaughter doesn't pay, I will probably ask the remaining highest bidders if they're interested in the slots. May I suggest a new bidding system to theymos: I'm planning to create a similar automated system in the future. @theymos I am ready to pay as soon as you pull the trigger.

I think the question is: If I only buy a Fast-Hash-ONE 256 GH/s Module without the Fast-Hash Expansion Case (for a total of $3.999), can I mine straight way with it? Well, that would be my question anyway...
Yes, all of our Fast-Hash series of machines are all self contained. You do not need an expansion case, that is only needed if you want to expand past 6 cards. How long can receive the goods after payment? Fast-Hash-One shipping is October/November 2013

The site has almost no info and is riddled with grammatical errors and lack of concrete information about the products. When you're asking for $1M+ from investors your About page should probably not have some "lorem ipsum" text sprinkled in it.
"AMC is developing ASIC chips on the 45nm and soon the 28nm processLorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetuer elit sed diam."
Asicminer doesn't even have a website and look how well they are doing! It's early stages, I'm sure Ken will get that sorted soon. I will fix it right now, if I can find the error. Update: Fixed

Cross Posted from the ActiveMining Thread.
I will be getting all the transfers that are tendered before the cutoff time tomorrow done before dividends are paid tomorrow.
This has been a very busy day, getting everything ready for our engineers to build our prototypes, launching our Fast-Hash-One machines, getting our Google ads running, etc.

I still don't understand. I see that 1xFast-Hash-ONE 256 GH/s Module is already selected. I don't need to select anything. So i pay $3999 for an empty case or for a case+256GH/s module?
So one single module is more expensive than one case+one module? How come?
Thanks for helping me out. I changed the wording to "Requires you to select at least ONE hashing card" is that more clear? So, buy the $3,999 unit, it is at a special price. The modules will get cheaper over time.

AM Launches The Worlds Fastest Bitcoin Mining Machine At 24.576 TH/s SPRINGFIELD, MO, - July 16, 2013 - Active Mining (AM) and Virtual Mining Corporation (VMC) are announcing today the launch of the "World's Fastest Bitcoin Mining Machine". The Fast-Hash-One configured with 6 expansion cases and 96-256 GH/s bitcoin hashing cards makes it the Worlds fastest bitcoin mining machines hands-down. The machines use the "World's Fastest Bitcoin Mining Chip" the Fast-Hash-One 28nm 16 GH/s chip. The Fast-Hash-One machines starts at 256 GH/s with a retail price of $3,999 or $15.62 per GH/s also making it the price leader in the market place. The Fast-Hash-One series of bitcoin mining machines are "The Gold Standard Of Bitcoin Mining Machines"™ The Fast-Hash-One is available at: http://www.virtualminingcorp.comI don't understand something. I went to the website and i saw this info in your Fast-Hash-One Bitcoin Mining Machine priced at $3999: "Fast-Hash-One (No Hashing Card are Included with the base unit), the base unit uses 200 Watts of power." So does it hashes or not? What's a Fast-Hash-One 256 GH/s Module and why does it have a picture of Avalon board and why is it $5999? You need to select the number of hashing cards you want from the drop down box. From The Shopping Cart: Hashing Cards: Select the number of hashing card(s) from the drop down box. You will need at least one of these to allow the base unit to mine for bitcoins. Each card is 256 GH/s and uses 200 Watts of power.
When you purchase the machine as a unit the hashing cards are cheaper. We are engineering the boards at the present time and do not have pictures available.

based on what i saw - ken sold off on coins @65$. if he had waited a week more he'd have gotten 30% more $. these kind of things will eat away at his business unless he is able to maximize the time and amount he sells. that would probably help him a great deal to pace out his exchange orders (and not in a way to crash the market)
That was needed for an immediate payment of the Klondike boards I believe. Sometime you can't wait, the engineers needed to be paid, the Klondike assembly needed to be paid, the deposit on the Klondike's needed to be paid, etc.

Hey there, since I got no answer to my PM and E-mail, I'll try it in this thread.
Transfered my AMC shares on BitFunder to AMC-TENDER on the 9th! Still nothing... I hope everything went well and it's only a small delay. Would be nice if this could be resolved (what about the divs I missed, because of this?).
Thanks in advance
Talk to ken on bitfunder's IRC: https://bitfunder.com/helpHe's listed as AMC__ "Talked" to AMC__ on the IRC chat and got no answer. I am still waiting for my shares and the dividends I missed, because of this. Am I the only one who has problems like this (waiting a week or more for the transfer)? Or are there others with the same problem? There had been some delays but you are the first I have heard of with over a week of nothing... Ken can you help this guy out if he transferred those shares? Don't want people to get left behind! I will check this out later today when I do transfers.
