741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Design is important for ICO projects on: February 02, 2019, 10:36:56 PM
It is not just the website that should be well designed, even the thread should have good graphics, by so doing, more investors will be attracted to the project.
So, first impression to everything matters.
Even scammers understand this concept, which is why some of them that truly mean to scam and are ready to spend first, will present a website that is very enticing and catchy to you.
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All you can do is hold your ALTs for a few years on: February 02, 2019, 10:29:07 PM
If you haven't already sold your ALTs simply hold if your project is decent. If the project has no future sell and buy into a decent project. This is all you can do to recover your loss without putting in more money. It will probably take a couple of years to recover your loss!

Some ALTs will never recover from this crash!

It is an ugly situation!
Your topic ius almost the opposite of the content, but I think I can understand the message you are trying to pass across.
When I see a shit coin, I would know and I cannot afford to hold such. Even genuine compound sometimes have limits.
Imagine someone who bought btc or eth or even any other coin during the last bull run and still holding, it means the person us already at loss.
When such is happening, there are ways to go about it.
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins follow the path of silver on: February 02, 2019, 10:24:28 PM
Despite the nature of most of the altcoins that are being lunched in the crypto space, there are still very good ones, that have working products.
My concern is just that there are more shit altcoins than the genuine ones.
I see the genuine to have good products that would give value to them, than to just have a pump and dump coin, which is what some people are after.
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Real Solution to Dumping on: February 01, 2019, 04:27:59 PM
From what is happening, what i can say, is that most developers do not yet know what they should do to correct it, which means the working formular is what most do not know.
I can still see some projects making good progress and their prices rising, despite hunters being involved.
Hunters are not the main cause to the dump, the project itself should be checked.
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: please recommend some Altcoins on: February 01, 2019, 04:26:55 PM
It might amaze you to know that, despite the low prices of coins in the market, not everyone of them is good for buy.
Whether price is low or eye, at every poi t, we should always learn to do our research first, because without that, we might make mistakes while investing.
How many times do we check for updates before and after buying. These are important things to look into.
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg talking about blockchain on: February 01, 2019, 04:26:35 PM
He might be working on a strategy that will ensure there is privacy and most especially security.
This is technology and anything can be modified.
Mark Zucerberg who has been nursing this idea for quite some time now, i believe would have been approached or he himself might have approached professionals for the modalities to put in place and ensure a well designed and successful project.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg talking about blockchain on: February 01, 2019, 04:26:11 PM
He Facebook CEO is one one has build reputation and a good name for quite so!e time now.
These are the kinds of people we need in the crypto space. Not those who will take investors' money and mismanage and run with it.
Not minding the setbacks that some people have projected concerning the project, one of the most important factors, is continuity of the project with futher development, which i believe he will be ready to do.
748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you thing Cryptocurrency can last forever? on: February 01, 2019, 04:25:56 PM
Do you thing Cryptocurrency can last forever?
What is the reason behind for Cryptocurrency lasting forever?
How can we make people belive on cryptocurrency?
First the reason or one of the things that will make cryptocurrency to last for long, but not forever, is mass adoption. I do not think there is anything that can last forever, but for it to have a lasting effect, it must be able to deliver something food for humans and the world at large.
Trust is another essential factor. This can make more people to come and in believe so much in its potential. So scam projects must be eradicated.
749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who are those buying when the price is down and almost everyone is dumping ? on: January 30, 2019, 10:25:01 PM
Just as some people have made up their minds to continue to dump no matter how good the coin is or the future prospects it has, there are as well those who believe bin the coin and will continue to buy from those dumping.
Whenever this is being done, i just imagine if people really do any research, before such decision to dump is made. I also got to know that some whales dump in order to cause more dump, then they buy back.
750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any way I can exchange all altcoins for free? on: January 30, 2019, 09:35:30 PM
There are many altcoins today, is there any way I can exchange them for free. Changelly charges a lot, other exchange services too. Most of the excahgnes do not have the token I want.

Any service that provides the same?
Finding such an exchsnge might be difficult. Even if you will find an exchange where you can withdraw without any charges, ypu will be charged for trade abd vice versa.
According to you, you have many altcoins you want to exchange. I am sure you cannot do all that on one exchange, because there is every likelihood they might not be listed on the same exchange. So you cannot escape the charges you are talking about.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is regulation good or bad? on: January 30, 2019, 09:10:42 PM
I am just imagining if crypto cryptocurrency is regulated, will everyone be comfortable with it? Knowing fully well that regulation means centralization, which might have an effect on the original intent of cryptocurrency itself.
Perhaps, the regulation will only cater for projects, most especially ICOs and help to protect again scammers, because that is one of the main concern
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP really better than ETH??? on: January 27, 2019, 08:42:20 PM
There has been a form of struggle for position between ETH and xrp for quite some time now.
The holders of xrp, will always want to prove that xrp is the best and that it is better that ETH, while the holders of ETH will also want to make their points, and say that ETH is better, that with time,it will take back its position.
Sometimes, you just wonder on which to choose.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Update on: January 27, 2019, 07:47:14 PM
Ethereum is a good coin, except that sometimes, some whalers might just want to  manipulate some things in the market to suit them.
If the price of bitcoin can be manipulated, I do not think there is no other that cannot be manipulated, at least for now.
Another coin might now come up later that will change the face of things and avoid any form of manipulation or at least be immune to it.
754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next month early January 2019. on: January 27, 2019, 07:42:19 PM
This year should be a different year  for me in this crypto space, on a positive note.
I am seriously looking forward to having a buoyant portfolio and not the type I have seen in 2018.
Although, there night not be any bull run in this year, but at least some coins that have got good products and are ready to bring up some developments, should be seen on the rise.
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 coins except eth or btc or ripple to buy? on: January 27, 2019, 07:38:33 PM
You have made your choices, which I would say are good. Although, you are left with one to complete the five.
You have top coins and one thing I have noticed about them, is that most of them are now slow in growth. It is when there is a big update that will surge the price up again.
There can also be increase in price, if there is bull run. Most times, this is seen to have effect, positive effect on almost all coins.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized exchanges the future of 2019? on: January 27, 2019, 12:14:30 AM
This might possibly be seen as the most popular thoughts.
At least, almost half of the projects I have been involved in, I have seen the community asked for decentralized exchange.
This is a sign that, it might be the mist demanded for in thus year and crypto enthusiasts are beginning to stick more to decentralization than centralization.
757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized exchanges the future of 2019? on: January 27, 2019, 12:11:39 AM
Decentralized exchanges are seriously now taken into consideration by so many projects.
Sometimes, when they list on centralized exchange, they may decide to include decentralized exchange as part of it, because they know that there are some people who prefer it.
Those who trade ERC20 tokens for instance, and like decentralized always prefer IDEX.
758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Design is important for ICO projects on: January 27, 2019, 12:08:47 AM
There are some project websites that look amateurish and not enough to attract good number investors.
Sometimes, these are what interested people consider.
Imagine visiting their website and ten it looks like that designed for kids.
A website must have good graphics and must look mature and then must carry the true picture of the project.
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO reached hard cap - 50 MILLION- not listed in an exchange - SCAM? on: January 27, 2019, 12:05:56 AM
I think you are not yet sure of what is happening to the project.
You can just make your findings as regards the latest or the stand point of things.
The amount realised is very huge and it might be expected of them to speed up things, but a delay that is beyond their control may likely be the problem.
Contact them and confirm before labelling them as scam.
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to invest on: January 25, 2019, 08:18:24 PM
Trading is not as easy as you think. If you are not careful, you might end up losing.
Some traders make the mistake of not doing proper research before trading any coin. Most of them are just after the daily profit through history.
A lot of them have their strategies and if you do not know, you might end up being a bagholder or losing.
So learn it first and do not assume it is simple.
