Bitpay already verify and bitcoinnews also already verify that nothing was happend, Some newbs or some dumpers are spreading such news to make a crach and to dump bitcoins because they know that bitcoin will hit 1500+ by early Feb.

As we can clearly see there are Different IP in every Transaction, Every Login so its of some hacker who is using automated IP changer software so noone could track him. About Capital and gain may be you know about UK law untill CASH withwral Bitstamp is not required to pay there taxes for 1M$ which they earn in BTC
About Bitstamp could do it is completly wrong because they are reputed company in the Bitcoin Market.
Your 2FA not was completly Activated with your 6 digit or its the problem with somemalware which already affected before activating your 2FA.

751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DOGE dying or does it just need a vet? on: January 04, 2014, 08:20:57 AM
Doge recently is very easy to mine so everyone is mining and selling but they are not thinking about doge in tomorrow but whoever is buying in this price they will be making a lot profit. when mining will be little hard then Doge will rise up.
It's super profitable to mine Doge right now so there's a huge increase in supply that can't keep up with the demand.
Now there ois more supply and less demand so price is going down but when mining becomes little hard and supply will be little tight then price will move to atleast 10-20X
It's super profitable to mine Doge right now so there's a huge increase in supply that can't keep up with the demand.

What a nice way of saying there are no buyers. No need to sugar coat it. Its NOT profitable ANYMORE. The truth is no one wants the doggy anymore.
No one throwing the doggy a bone anymore... Awww sad puppy.
I think you are a bit far from market. can you check the buy orders of DOGE? there are 100s of bitcoin in buy order. just the thing is now price os going lower for high supply

How much money are they making?  It seems to me they are charging a whole lot to do business on the exchanges.  Many of them list fees of around 0.2% but this is very misleading.  They charge 0.2% on the buy and the sell which is 0.4%.  But that's not all... not even close.  They also appear to be charging a spread as well.  For some pairs I have seen over 10% in the spread.  Is this not also profit for them?  For lower-end alt coins they are netting at least 10% per transaction unless I am missing something here?  I am used to trading FOREX where the spread is all the exchanges profit (usually much less than the spread as larger banks charge them as well) And this is always a tiny amount - generally 1-5/100ths of a cent per dollar.
Why we just See abou the money they are making? Why we dont see there services?
Nest thing you are not forced to use the same trading platform where charges are higher you can choose other exchange platform who are still offering 0% so which will be 0 which in your words less then FOREX.

I guess my question is, which exchange is the least expensive to trade on?  Are there any existing which are remotely fair to the traders or is the entire crypto-exchange a giant (and very profitable) scam?  I've seen an analysis of Mt. Gox suggesting they have made around 400,000BTC from transaction fees, but do they not also profit from the spread?  That could put them over 1 million BTC in profit... If the buy is $815 and the sell is $817 they pocket the $2 difference and still take their 0.2% from both ends of the transaction.  It seems like they are taxing you twice and most people are ignorant of this... Maybe that is why these exchanges are never US based?  US regulators would dissolve their veil and reveal what is really going on.
In Bitcoin platform Fee is Fee ans Spread is actually not valued here here spread could different from the Orders and its not just like FOREX where we can use thousands of dollars just investing a few hundreds its not the market of making profit in spread like FOREX here are order book of selling and buying so when i am buying i will either i will direct buy from the sell order so seller will get my payment anf i will pay or i will just hold my buy order in some price when that order will execute i will be paying that price with commission (If there is any %) so here company's are not making Millions in spread.
Straight Language Forex Market is spread marketing you can gain or loss your spread value but Bitcoin Trading is you are paying whole amount what you buy or you are getting whole amount what you are selling
753  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which exchanges should I look at using? on: January 04, 2014, 07:57:18 AM
You are actually trying to Trade in Currency or Trade with Alt Coins? If you are trying to Trade with Currency then you must Sign up with MtGox, Bitstam or BtcE but if you want to trade with Alt coins then Cryptsy as i Prefer and other few are so you can sign up and start.
Good Luck
754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to the forum. on: January 04, 2014, 07:48:42 AM
Hi everyone!

Just making my mandatory lengthy welcome post... my reason for joining the forum is so I can use the marketplace to buy/sell goods using bitcoin. I've been invested in BTC for quite some time now, and hope it succeeds as an everyday alternative to fiat currency!

Not sure what else to say, so...
Welcome to the forum
You told about buy sell goods so i will suggest you to use escrow services.
i hope you already are known of it and already are aware of scams so be carefull in your tradings and good luck
755  Economy / Speculation / Re: India is officialy out of Bitcoin for the foreseeable future on: January 03, 2014, 09:25:53 PM
Not everyone. Just everyone who gets in now. And even when most are in (years from now), as long as we are below saturation anyone can at least make a little extra. The "bag holders" that people love to talk about are the ones who stubbornly stick with fiat.

That is not entirely true. First world countries (expect the usa) have 0 to 1.5% inflation. They won't be bagholders for the next 50 years. But with bitcoin there will be a lot of people losing large amounts of money.
May be you are forgeting that Bitcoin is such currency where everyone could earn. Who is loosing money can you show some example, May be some people loose 100-200$ but that is not the fault of Bitcoin its fault of those who panic sell. No One Loss/Lost In Bitcoin

757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese people are crazy to buy NET, netcoin. They think NET is the third coin. on: January 03, 2014, 08:55:51 PM
Data from exchanges can be easily manipulated, not only from the exchange but from committed people as well
NET is useless as all the rest copycats, sry :-)
You cant say NET is useless. Net is also a good Altcoins we can compare NET with few Alt coins like NMC, XPM and its rising really well and people are interested in it.
I read this thread and think wow am I missing something?
Never heard of NET, checked cryptsy and it is dropping about 20% today  Huh

May be you check NET BTC market in Cryptsy, You could see that its going down but that market is recently opened so can you check NET XPM and NET LTC market so you could really find it from where it came to todays position. You could only see 20% dropping today but have you ever checked its history? It was .00000240 in XPM market just 3 Months ago and .001 in same market 1 Month Ago and today its in .007 while 1 week ago it was in .01 so now you decide its % is actually going up or going down?

759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Profitability calculation on: January 03, 2014, 02:49:19 AM
Thank you, I already know this website but I'd like to know how to calculate it so I can quickly calculate the quantity of a certain currency without starting to mine and looking at the amount of coins that I would mine in a day.
Calculator posted in this website is easier one, If you want to calculate manually then you first of all need to know the difficulty of the coin which you are going to mine and the real time exchange price block reward and block reward timing so you can get how much you are going to gain.
