742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LakeBanker token (BAC) on: September 07, 2017, 11:58:36 AM
Thanks for your interest in our token.

We're kind of the opposite of a lot of ICOs announced on here:

  • We have a solid project and business model
  • We have significant resources: The LakeBanker "Crowd-Banking" system is a spinoff of one of the World's leading crypto exchanges LakeBTC.com (10 million user accounts from 162 countries) with major potential corporate partners
  • We are at an advanced developmental stage: Our Crowd-Banking platform has been operating in Beta for 1.5 years and already generates real revenue.

Unfortunately, there is not much buzz or hype surrounding our project right now. Many ICO announced here seem to be the opposite:

  • Weak project (just a big idea involving "decentralization" of something or other).
  • Few resouces
  • Poor developmental stage (just an idea or a few lines of code never put into use).

But many of these projects seem to generate huge buzz and hype in the community. I guess they spend many of their resources on creating hype rather than getting real work done. That's not our way.

Anyway, if you're interested in an ICO that is a serious business model and an advanced developmental stage---rather than a bunch of empty hype---please check out our ANN thread and formal whitepaper

interesting..
but why do you intent to do an ICO now?
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ICO Reviewing Community Site on: September 07, 2017, 10:52:58 AM
nice, this timing is the best to creating a website of ICO. All existing websites for ICO are less than one year.

good luck!
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting cash during ICO? on: September 06, 2017, 10:09:37 AM
interesting,

did you want to change banking too?

if LakeBanker was successful, it may be accessed. I guess
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / LakeBanker token (BAC) on: September 06, 2017, 09:30:11 AM
what does everyone think about this token?

Not much talk about it on here but it's backed up by a major crypto exchange and they've have a successful beta of their crowd banking platform. Potential?
746  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can I short the Bitcoin market? on: September 06, 2017, 09:18:56 AM
you need money, money, and money.

I know what the guy said is the mean that short the Bitcoin market, not only on some one exchange.

and
Why wouldn't you just google it?

Bitstamp. Btc-e, I think coinbase does it too. In terms of what the differences are, do your own research.

coinbase is no.
747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / 20 questions to ask before taking part in an ICO on: August 28, 2017, 11:01:04 AM
DO NOT check the analytics, and put your answer firstly.

1. What is the legal status of the corporate entity behind the ICO?

2. Who are the lead individuals running the project and do they have verifiable publicly available profiles?

3. Is there a White Paper, including a breakdown of how the token sale is structured and the total number of tokens that will ultimately be in circulation?

4. Is there a breakdown of how the token will be distributed?

5. Is there a vesting schedule for the project's team?

6. Is the blockchain open and public and is the code published, for example on popular source code repository Github?

7. Does the project have a website, social media and other media assets?

8. How are funds held?

9. Is there a prototype, minimum viable product or trial underway?

10. What are the funds raised going to be used for?

11. When will the tokens be tradeable?

12. How will the tokens be distributed after the sale ends?

13. Does anyone else (the loudmouth at the bar doesn't count) think it's a good idea?

14. Does the project have partnerships or backing from VCs and/or established tech or other companies?

15. What competition does the project face in its chosen marketplace?

16. Are you up-to-date on the latest intelligence?

17. Are contact details available?

18. Where is the ICO company based?

19. Sounds too good to be true?

20. Have you read the US Securities and Exchange Commission Investor Bulletin?

Ponzi!

I can also sell you 1 million tokens, and promi$e you 5% rate/year, but you at least hold 5 years, than I can use your money to drink whoring gambling for 5 years. and the end, I just go bankruptcy.  Grin
749  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of staking dividend paying Tokens on: August 28, 2017, 08:18:54 AM

750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] LakeBanker | Free Banking for the World (Phase 1 Active Now) on: August 28, 2017, 08:06:58 AM
Usually when choosing an investment I always see the initial achievement when ico is opened when many people invest then I will also buy in ico
Well where can we monitor the achievement of ico? Is there an address provided so we can monitor it?

I also want to know how much they raised so far, it would be like to see the progress of the ico and I also want to know how fund lake team are investing themselves.

this is an interesting question, will keep focus on this.
751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / ICO with banking for unbanked people: humaniq vs lakebanker on: August 25, 2017, 09:43:10 AM
Do you think such a project for banking will be successful? Or just says the token we buy will increase in value?

752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LakeBanker | Free Banking for the World on: August 16, 2017, 01:38:00 AM
I read your white paper but I don't understand how LakeBanker does better credit risk management...

it was not long before, every bitcoin startups all said that they have a risk management system which level same as the bank, but you see, how vulnerable is the system which they proud of in the presence of professional hackers
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LakeBanker CSO: Civic’s ICO was ‘North Korean style’ on: August 11, 2017, 04:56:05 AM
but, Kim Jeong-eun lives well, North Korean is standing there, and there is no one can handle it, even China or America.

also, Civic's price is moving up now, this is a fact.

so, the people of North Korean will not invest LakeBanker in this sense. people from North Korean love Kim Jeong-eun, and like to hug civic  Cheesy
well if concept will followed those who invest with civic will be enjoying right since the people behind is really making great move
and they are bringing civic to a good position though it is still a dream but things can happen so fast.

can't agree, they can't just describe a good Utopia, then it's killing me. there is a lot of great concept, you can't invest everyone. maybe people really live in North Korea and never see the world.

755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Most detailed ICO Stats Websites? on: August 04, 2017, 07:44:22 AM
so much, smith may be one choose, and hacked.com is also another choose, but there is not the best one. all of this sites are started within one year, this field has no authority.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good idea to buy altcoins when they crash?? on: August 04, 2017, 07:35:11 AM

757  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Pump Alert service on: August 04, 2017, 07:04:33 AM

758  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: August 03, 2017, 10:44:41 AM
it's really wise choose!

hold BTC rather than trade!!
759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you prefer? BTC or ETH? on: August 03, 2017, 10:31:33 AM
currently, ETH has a more bright futures, while BTC is blurry.
760  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Money on: August 03, 2017, 10:28:46 AM
it depends on if the token you get can be traded on some one exchange.

if your token can't be trane, it's not money, just some code which played by yourself.
