Could you explain... Its a way of storing your Bitcoins to prevent you from gambling. The minimum length of time is 10 days which should give you time to break the cycle of addiction or you could go for a longer period of time. Whatever you decide on the length of time to store your coins the private key of the address which have your coins will be sent to you when the time is up.
