I have also observed something pretty weird. When I signed up and used that website, some unknown installer launched on my screen. I shut it down via the system options.

I am not sure if this is just to get more people to sign up in order to... I don't know. Take care, and keep in mind these tournaments don't work.

Ok guys I think I have set the record for the most points per single round in this Champions League season so far! Damn I would have loved to see Copenhagen - Manchester United end in a draw, but I really can't complain I guess. Although I am very satisfied with the result apart from what picks I made. I think Copenhagen is one of those teams that deserve to be successful because they are fighting harder than any other team it seems. And Manchester United keeps crashing.

Ich glaube viel eher, dass man halt einfach nicht als Gewinner ausgerufen wird und stattdessen, wie von mir weiter oben erwähnt, dann irgendwelche mysteriösen Accounts gewinnen, die eben nicht hier zum Forum gehören. Wenn aber Nitrobetting wirklich offiziell eine Tippabgabe ausruft und es würde sich dabei um mein Konto handeln und sie würden mir das auch bestätigen, dann bin ich doch ziemlich sicher, dass sie auch die Auszahlung folgen lassen würden. Denn alles andere ergäbe nun wirklich keinen Sinn in dem Moment. Der Expected Value wäre doch minus 1000000, wenn sie erst alles geschehen lassen und promoten, dann noch seriös einen Gewinner ausrufen und Hand in Hand mit dem Bitcoin Magazine die Sache veranstalten, um dann die Auszahlung wegen der KYC-Daten zu verweigern. Da fehlt's dann für mich an Fantasie, was genau ein Krimineller sich nun davon ausrechnen könnte.

Wer also die 2 Minuten hat für die Registrierung und die Tippabgabe, der könnte schlicht und ergreifend nen Preis eintragen und einfach mal schauen. Meine Vermutung ist halt, dass da der allen unbekannte Account um die Ecke kommt und möglicherweise dann auch noch in verschiedenen Foren postet, wie einfach doch der ganze Prozess war, um den Hauptgewinn ausgezahlt zu bekommen.

Na so viel Mut zur Teilnahme braucht es jetzt für den Einzelnen nicht. Eine Tippabgabe ist ohne KYC bei verifizierter Emailadresse gültig. Wenn jetzt wirklich der Fall einträte, dass man gewinnt, dann würde ich wahrscheinlich direkt den Weg über das Bitcoin Magazine als CC gehen und Nitrobetting fragen, ob sie die Auszahlung garantieren. Ich würde da jetzt nicht für $100 meine Daten hinschicken. Die Sorge hier war ja auch eher darauf bezogen, dass die ganze Nummer dann nicht funktioniert, wenn man es gemeinsam macht, dann vermeintlich gewonnen hat und da plötzlich dann alle möglichen, uns auch bekannten Tricks anwendet, um die Sache platzen zu lassen.

Aber für die jetzige Tippabgabe bis Ende März des nächsten Jahres braucht es nur ein paar Klicks und keinen Mut. Lediglich das gemeinsame Koordinieren wie von mir oben vorgeschlagen ergibt bei den hier vorgenannten Problemen wenig Sinn, weil man dann am Ende in dieser Problematik möglicherweise mit drin hängt und dann alle möglichen Vorwürfe entstehen könnten. Wie von AHOYBRAUSE erwähnt, werden da plötzlich Beziehungen zu anderen Accounts unterstellt. Würde das dann passieren, dann kann man hier kaum glaubwürdig darstellen, dass man da nichts verbockt hat. Kann ich auch verstehen und deshalb wäre eine Koordination nur bei vertrauenswürdigen Anbietern lohnen.

Deshalb habe ich hier auch zunächst um Feedback gebeten. Wie gesagt, dass das Bitcoin Magazine sich da so vor den Karren spannen lässt, hat mich dann doch ein wenig überrascht. Würde da wenigstens stehen, dass das Bitcoin Magazine die Auszahlung verantwortet, aber das ist ja nicht der Fall.

Naja, das hat schon seinen Grund, dass ich das ausgerechnet hier poste und nicht irgendwelche wirren Fälle, in denen eine Privatperson gegen einen Konzern in Amerika klagt, denn die gibt es sowieso zuhauf.

In diesem Fall ist es nun eine staatliche Behörde, und dazu noch eine Behörde, die nicht irgendwer oder irgendwas ist und auch nicht irgendwie besonders mit Markenrechten oder Slogans in Erscheinung tritt, um deren eigene Präsenz und Wirkung zu zementieren. Sondern hier ist es einfach mal die FED, die sowieso angepisst ist, weil Bitcoin schlicht und ergreifend nicht mehr ignoriert werden kann und jetzt keilen sie aus wie so ein Jungfohlen gegen Bitcoin Magazine! LOL

Ich fand's einfach lustig, weil ich mir wirklich dachte, welch hohe Instanz in diesem mächtigen Apparat gibt sich denn jetzt überzeugtermaßen die Blöße und droht dem Bitcoin Magazine wegen eines T-Shirts mit einer Klage? Während ich meinen Text hier schreibe, muss ich grinsen, weil das wirklich peinlich ist.

A regulatory environment can be fragile, but Bitcoin is not fragile. People know what to expect from the network and the rules that are set in stone within it, but people can never know which party will be elected tomorrow, what their true intentions are for a neutral payment network not under their full control, and how laws that were passed yesterday will be interpreted by the judiciary tomorrow, and whether the laws will cease to exist because of a change in political sentiment or on behalf of executive order due to a changing political landscape.

I have nothing against regulation, but I think we can all observe in real time now how quickly consent on a topic, no matter the importance of that topic, can change.

But it's right that calling Bitcoin a safe haven according to the commonsense is maybe too early or plainly wrong for some people, while being right for others. It is definitely an asset class that plays a multifaceted role in our world now.

But who cares whether Ferrari accepts Bitcoin or not? I would have been irritated if this was big news to some people. This is really a side note in the grand scheme of things I think and Ferrari accepting Bitcoin is really no incentive at all for Tesla to revise their position. Neither are they competitors for the same target group, nor are they comparable to each other in regards to market power and influence. Ferrari is not even 1/10th of the market capitalization of Tesla.

This is painful, really painful... It is a nightmare to see the clock ticking down in a game like Shakhtar - Barcelona when you chose Shakhtar to win and made a last moment change... Damn, I would have loved to see your reactions to that one, but there is no turning the time.

I am not kidding I had chosen Shakhtar Donetsk to win against Barcelona and then I talked to my little nephew and he said that there is no way it is going happen. I said that I know, but I do need a miracle anyway to make it back to the top and I am also willing to risk it all in the odds-based pool. I then listened to him and told myself that Donetsk doesn't have a home advantage because they are playing in Hamburg. I then decided that there isn't home support and they are the weaker team and then changed my choice to all in on RB Salzburg against Inter Milan. I wanted to mention this here so you can laugh at me when Shakhtar wins it! I am sure some of you guys here would have hated me!

I would use St. Pauli as an example that a comeback of that sort is literally impossible because they have done the utmost to get back into the promotion game and yet failed. This is crazy because St Pauli really performed in an unprecedented fashion and could not make it. It is still a bit of a different situation for Schalke I think (can't remember exactly how far St Pauli was behind), but it's the eleventh hour. I don't think we will see another miracle like performance from Schalke with a happy end.

It also depends how the draw ended. I feel a 4-4 is still alright, like I had last round against darxiaomi. But when you score 7 points and you don't get 3 points for that round, it is annoying.
