I am happy to live in Bangladesh. Many people do not know what cryptocurrency is actually a digital currency. I am trying to teach them all with my experience hopefully they will get better benefits.
Bounty is your calling perhaps. Most people on bitcointalk are here to learn and help others, only few members open new trade to ask as majority all contribute to what they understand in their opinion. You can start something meaningful in the forum just like me else no one will take your words serious
742  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Breaking down the anatomy of a fake giveaway scam on: August 26, 2020, 02:47:17 PM
No experienced crypto investor is going to fall for such shit scam traps, and it almost getting blatant these days only people who are new and no idea about the crypto investments are rushing to buy bitcoins and send it to these address. And also I doubt not much people are going to give attention to these because this idea is already getting reluctant and existing here for years.
Believe me, there are naive people out there that will fall for this. Recall the event of twitter hacked that happened of recent in just few hours, do you know the number of people that fall to that fake giveaway?
All we can do is to keep reporting, it will fade away with time but that doesn't mean we should overlook.

Good, that you found out something incredible from your mistake but wouldn't it better and simpler if you add images to your procedures in method 1 and 2.
Thanks.
744  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Despite printing stablecoins daily, why is bitcoin yet to cross above 20k on: August 25, 2020, 08:09:03 AM
Remember that the biggest factor that affects bitcoin's value is the law of demand of supply. If someone is willing to buy it on this price(which is the lowest sell price) then it will be it's current value. If there are lots of demand even if its price is that high, expect it's price to go higher.  And that could lead on achieving new all time high value of bitcoin (if there was a continuous demand for it).
I will agree with this point, it's all about what price buyers are ready to buy btc, but why isn't there higher purchasing power at this point, are they afraid?

It is quite too soon to be curious on Bitcoin reaching or exceeding the ATH of last bull run, halving was just months back and remember in 2016 it didn't just spring up as fast to the ATH it was then by late 2017 that Bitcoin went from $5.600 to $20.089 in just four
weeks for this reason all sort of curiosity should be at ease.
From what I have understood about halving, it has nothing with to do with bitcoin price but a mere hype and speculation by traders and investors. They were so many factors that contributed to the last bull run, the ICO trend and so many fomo without knowing what btc is all about. Many never believe it would have crashed that way.
Beside, there is a way hashing power is distributed to miners that's always beneficial to their income when bitcoin price fall. When small miners pull out, the big players know their way out.
745  Other / Beginners & Help / Despite printing stablecoins daily, why is bitcoin yet to cross above 20k on: August 25, 2020, 06:58:15 AM
I have been curious lately why is bitcoin yet to cross all time high of last bull run with the immense amount of stable coin that are minted on tether USDT and other stable coins.
Unlike the last bull run, tether capitalization wasn't this much and Bitcoin was able to get to 20k, now it seems so hard to get to $15k per btc. Just recently, yearn finance has been making the news of outperforming btc, is this some sort of manipulation with the little supply?

I also noticed that people rushed to buy bitcoin whenever large amounts of tether is minted.
746  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: YOBIT EXCHANGE SCAM peoples in YODA and DICE coins on: August 24, 2020, 08:46:19 PM
The word
 scam
is strong accusation, do you have proof?
you don't just call out anyone with out backing up with proof or something sort of image otherwise no one can prove you innocent.

748  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Having loss is part of experience as a Trader on: August 23, 2020, 10:53:01 AM
I have to be honest with you guys. I also lost a lot in trading. Because no matter what my decision is, risks are always there and no guarantees that we would win. What we should have in ourselves is managing our financial risks and always prepare mentally and emotionally when worse things happen. And of course, just don’t put all eggs in a single basket. Always diversify so that you’ll not get disappointed if one or a few would go down in value.
You seems to deeply understand everything I said. The mentality of accepting loss is always difficult at the earliest stage but with time and practice, you outgrown them.
It's even recommended for beginners to start from paper trading which is available on trading view, these are test fund one can use for practice since btc and other Alts can found on trading view. This prepare you for the battle and journey ahead.

........
No, this isn't a good trader.

How can you perform to learn your mistakes if you already exited on the game of trading and take your profit?
The best thing to do is learn your mistake and yes, a loss is a part of the experience that you should learn after you will be experienced it. If you have idea how to gamble, I think that was the trading looks like. But the difference is trading isn't based on pure luck, 75% skills and the rest is luck. You should have your own research to increase a chance to get profit.
Your mistakes are ought to be minimal else you may end up with zero or total loss of fund. We all have different stop loss Strategies. I may want to loose $10 and you may want to loose $100.

So you have finally completed that trading guide and how to analyze the chart with some indicators. You are ready to risk it all, with proper management, but there are certain things tutors wouldn't tell you. They will teach you how to set your position, when to enter and exit the market, how to take profits at double top and enter to position at double bottom and finally when to take profit with stop loss.

However, non will teach you how to control your emotion when the market go against you.
This happens to many new traders including me, it took me time to admit to some mistakes I made in my early days, this is when guilt and regret set in, which is unavoidable in crypto industry because of market volatility and fake out.

Risk what you can only afford to loose so that your mistakes turn you to better trader.
A trader should either exit trade with :

  • A small loss
  • Even
  • Huge profit
  • Little profit

Ps: Reading books on how to trade crypto is never enough to make you a pro trader, indicators can fail you as well.

People should only share their knowledge when they want to and they are extremely confident in it. No one should be doing this just to earn merit, this often results in shitposts and misinformation. And you don't need to create new threads to do so, you can make good replies in good threads and contribute to this forum and earn merit.

The more I look at this comment the less I agree with your point. So many high rank members don't take newbie replies serious, some think user behind newbie account are actually noobs and novice to crypto.
I know opinion and how we view projects differs but many newbie comments are ignored even when they try to contribute something constructive and unique. That's why you see many new post when they are not necessary.

Yesterday, I saw a thread where a newbie created a topic on how scam bitcoin could be, isn't that ridiculous.
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Withdrawing from Binance DEX on: August 19, 2020, 08:41:48 PM
Hi. So I created a wallet on Binance DEX, but... I don't see any "Withdraw" button or any means to transfer coins to another wallet. Then I thought "right, they don't actually store my coins, so I should be able to just open this wallet somewhere like in Electrum or any other wallet and access it from there". But during creation of my wallet I didn't click on "View my private key", so I only have my keystore file and the password to it. So how do I transfer my coins somewhere in this situation?

P. S. sorry, wasn't able to find a more appopriate place to post this.

If I understand your question, you were trying to create an ethereum wallet with binance dex, if youare trying to restore back your wallet on binance dex. This guide will help you.

You can open your Binance Chain
wallet with your keystore file and password..............

However, if you are trying to create Ethereum wallet for your tokens, binance dex isn't good recommendation, try using myetherwallet. It's very easy to create and  you can easily save your private key in pdf for safety.
753  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is purpose of archive post? on: August 16, 2020, 10:12:03 AM
Archiving simply refers to storing evidences (e.g., saving bitcointalk thread or webpages) in case these information got deleted by its creator.

Commonly, it is mainly used for Scam Accusation and for the thread that is created from Reputation board.
I have noticed that too. They are mostly used to track down scammers thread and users who try to abuse the forum system.
This indeed amazing trick to save information
754  Other / Beginners & Help / What is purpose of archive post? on: August 15, 2020, 10:35:22 PM
I have been going through the forum, thread to thread for more information and guide but there is something I don't understand about this archive posts. I want to think they are for reference but may be there is more to it than just reference.
755  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Getting scared is useful! on: August 15, 2020, 09:30:02 AM
One of my scariest experiences was dealing with emotion and how to accept loss. I was so discouraged and disappointed at every drop in price especially when you bought some coins during bear trend. I was waiting and depressed, plans were out of road map but all paid well at the end
The sweet thing about crypto is patient, learn to control emotion. Be ready to accept whatever comes after and lastly avoid being greedy.

758  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can we protect Crypto Ecosystem on: August 12, 2020, 04:32:39 PM
There's little we can do to be honest, but it doesn't mean we shouldn't act.

The only solution is pretty much, well, inform people! Share articles about bitcoin/cryptocurrency security or online security in general. Unfortunately though, it's pretty safe to assume that most people will learn the hard way— by getting scammed, and being more skeptical after the fact. It's unfortunate that a lot of people became too lazy and naive due to the sort of 'cashback' features of payment platforms.
I understood what you have said. Human mind is programmed with greed and high return form of investment. Many are also lazy to read articles and papers. So, when they see these platforms, it becomes difficult to ignored. Whatever they choose, decisions are followed by consequences.
For bitcoin to attain new all time high, we need inflow of cash from new investors which interest must be protected.

760  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to avoid high transaction fee on: August 12, 2020, 01:29:07 PM
If I chose to withdraw my BTC say from an exchange to my mobile wallet where I could withdraw via local currency, I always prefer to convert first my BTC to XRP and consequently send it to my mobile wallet as I find it more convenient and economical since XRP has low transaction fee and offers fast transaction. But of course, this always depends on a case to case basis and according to our own preferences. Imho. Smiley
The only comment that has mentioned xrp so far, there isn't better and cheaper way of sending value through blockchain network like Ripple. Very easy, cost efficient with low fees and fast transaction speed. The only option I prefer sending value from local wallet to my crypto wallet, exchange to exchange and wallet to exchange except I'm buying a particular coin for safekeeping for long term.
