Terrible to hear, but good to know.

I'd advise anyone against receiving pokerstars for your bitcoin from anyone you don't trust 100%.
747  Economy / Lending / Re: [Quick service] [Check if you apply] Bitcoin Loans getline.in on: February 22, 2016, 10:08:07 PM
Ok. So now I just wait to see if someone fills? It shows 1% only (I think that was the hard cap [any reason for this?]).  I don't think there will be a lot of interest in lending at that rate (I know i'd be hesitant to on the investing side).
748  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✮MVP LINEUP✮ FIRST Daily Fantasy NBA with Bitcoin~Provably Fair | 3 FREE Games~ on: February 22, 2016, 10:04:32 PM
Are there any guaranteed tournaments?  I went there wanting to play but didn't see any entries.

Damn. Might have to start playing there again.  Thanks for the headsup.

It's nice to see the milestone being 100% for the beta.

Getting pretty excited about the project.  Wish I got my hands on more rep.  Sucks that you currently have to pay double the value if you want to get any more.
752  Economy / Lending / Re: [Quick service] [Check if you apply] Bitcoin Loans getline.in on: February 22, 2016, 04:47:04 PM
I'm mostly interested in just seeing how this works and testing it out.

I signed up to your site (https://getline.in/u/414) but am still trying to figure it out.  Is it automated or you still have to post here to finish the loan request?

If I wished to invest, what measures do you take against those that default or are late?
753  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetterBets.io |Rubies now Launched!|🎲 DICE★PLINKO★HORSE RACING Games/Chat on: February 22, 2016, 03:57:29 PM

I wonder when will BetterBets.io will be like ' screw this we are starting our own casino without moneypot's bank'

uh oh

why are you working with moneypot and trying to give tips to BB to go out. they are old enough to decide what to do IMO

Moneypot supposed to be a bankroll for gambling bussiness' that do not have enough to cover the 'house' bankroll , betterbets is bigger then moneypot itself , if I start a new casino , I would make it as an app for moneypot to avoid missing out on whales but if I am as big as betterbets I would seriously consider moving out.

What are you even talking about here?  Please don't pretend to know anything about Moneypot's finances or capabilities.

We have plans to significantly increase the house bankroll down the road but are in the process of spending funds to improve all areas of the Moneypot site itself.

I personally don't get all the disdain you have for Moneypot especially considering you were asking to be involved more in it and have stated you want to buy apps and/or build an app for it.   Additionally, it was brought to my attention (perhaps just a rumour) that you wanted to buy a piece of Moneypot of which none are for sale.

As for the BetterBets comment, I believe we have a good partnership with them and we're looking to fully support them with Rubies by integrating it into the whole Moneypot system.  We value our relationship with them and are working hard to make it mutually beneficial for all of us.

Moneypot goes beyond just being a 'house bankroll' for apps to utilize... and in the upcoming months you'll be able to see just how much more we can be.
754  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🌟🌟 MoneyPot.com -- The Bitcoin Gambling Wallet 🌟🌟🌟 [Official] Phase 1 on: February 22, 2016, 02:00:33 PM

 Rarely.

Please stop spreading misinformation and revealing half facts that you were privileged to.

You were just recently added to the slack group chat (in which you only have minimal knowledge of what's going on) and if you wish to only use it to spin the story around on the Moneypot team with multiple comments in the thread, I will be forced to remove you.

We are more than willing to help you with anything you might need as a potential app owner and definitely would love to have you as part of Moneypot family, but we do not want to deal with someone only aiming to spread fud and throw us under the bus.

We were very busy during the first months in the prep stage working on the best ideas to implement and the proper strategies of when and how to do so.

We have had multiple devs (hard working and quality ones) working hard to make the proper patches and updates.

Our main coder, who has his own coding team of several members, is well certified, qualified and will definitely get the job done.

I profusely apologize if I am coming off as overbearing or hostile (this is not my intention), I only wish to properly defend Moneypot, as the team and I have spent countless time and energy into Moneypot and don't wish to have the public thinking less of us because of impartial and inaccurate information.

755  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moneypot can't withdraw on: February 21, 2016, 04:03:36 PM
Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it. Some some from investing and some from betting. I invested when it was around -10mil investor profit.

Just got worried I wouldn't be able to withdraw my coins. Smiley

Sent.

We apologize for the delay.  The hot wallet is a tricky beast to conquer at times.  There's brief moments where a couple users will withdraw 10+ bitcoin altogether leaving a temporary low balance.  You seemed to have requested a withdrawal during that time.

You can always shoot me a PM here for any questions/concerns or bring up any issues on our official thread here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1366689.0)

756  Economy / Gambling / Re: I turned 1 BTC into 41.5 BTC! Now I want to withdraw... on: February 21, 2016, 02:08:23 PM
I think it should be common knowledge now that any big win that surpasses the contents of the hot wallet will be inspected and will take a little bit of time to process out of the cold wallet.

There's no reason to really worry unless the time exceeds several days and there has not been any contact with you.  In any case, it's always wise to take screenshots and logs but I definitely wouldn't worry about 'being ran away on' from legitimate sites like this one.
757  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🌟🌟 MoneyPot.com -- The Bitcoin Gambling Wallet 🌟🌟🌟 [Official] Phase 1 on: February 20, 2016, 06:44:49 PM
I do know there were 14 Bitcoin in withdrawals shortly after we announced we were in maintenance mode.  That may or may not have accounted for the difference seen.  Nonetheless, we'll get it fixed up Smiley
758  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbooks and Moneypot? on: February 19, 2016, 11:02:05 PM
I can't say much, but as a personal project of my own, I've been developing something like this to work with Moneypot.  It's still got quite a work to be done though.

I received a few of these emails just the other day as well.

I'm in the opinion that an identifier list was leaked somehow.
