Loads of games in the Europa League & Europa Conference League tonight. Maybe not the biggest teams in some of these games but I always think there are so many goals in these games. Perhaps Both Teams To Score accumulators are attractive?

In the European League, several matches will take place later according to the time zone, which in my opinion are important matches.

Group A
1. West Ham United vs Olympiacos: Both teams really need points.
2. Freiburg vs TSC Backa Topola: Freiburg is aiming for points so that its position is not shifted by Olympiacos.

Group B
Ajax vs Brighton: Brighton, who are playing against Ajax, need points to occupy second place, which is now filled by AEK Athens.

Group C
First to fourth place will struggle hard because the four teams are very close in points.

AS Roma and Bayern Leverkusen are considered safe in their respective groups. However, they need to maintain their victory to improve their meeting record.
743  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc vs dollars on: November 09, 2023, 06:32:39 AM
Presently, should we say it's good the way bitcoin its been tied to dollars? Dollars is not backed up with any resources but to my understanding, bitcoin is a product of great energy surge. We shouldn't let bitcoin tied to dollars but bitcoin standing on its own. What could decide the durability and value of bitcoin? I have some ideas..

Linking Bitcoin with fiat currencies such as Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Yuan, Yen, Rupiah only as a trading pair I might not consider wrong. Linking Bitcoin with fiat currency in another perspective may not be appropriate because 1 Bitcoin is still worth 1 Bitcoin, not 1 Bitcoin equals $36,732.27, €34,334.95, £29,913.68, Rp. 575,320,583.

Linking it to the price of fiat currency, the value of Bitcoin will change like the value of fiat currency. Obviously this is contradictory because Bitcoin, from the results of the research that has been carried out, is the best hedge against all fiat currencies in the world.
744  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for November on: November 09, 2023, 06:06:04 AM
For this month's poll, let's try something different.  It won't be a question about the price but a question about what you guys think about BTC's price action now and what it means going forward.

I voted on the pool option above with the I don't know option because what I know is that Bitcoin is preparing to move towards $40,000. Another reason I gave a poll I don't know, because I am a person who really enjoys whatever situation happens to Bitcoin. For me Bitcoin is not just about price but there is another side that I can feel but cannot put into words.

The price chart shows how the spirit is moving upwards after a long period of being below.
What was previously expected may now be felt because Bitcoin enthusiasts have long had doubts about when Bitcoin will reach the $35,000 level and last a little longer than before.
I'm more than ready now to wait for the $40,000 level.
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the Choice of Investors on: November 09, 2023, 05:24:24 AM
Choosing Bitcoin as an asset to invest in is the choice of investors who pay attention to investment value.
Bitcoin itself is an investment asset that has hedging value against fiat currencies in the long term. The increase in the number of Bitcoin adoptions is due to the fact that in the not too distant future, Bitcoin's hedging against fiat currency has provided an answer to several events that have caused fiat currency to have an impact on the economy.

Even though Bitcoin contains risks, there is research that concludes that Bitcoin can be a safe haven and contains diversification benefits[1].
The paper from the source that I linked conducted a study on hedging and safe havens between Bitcoin and fiat currencies.

746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 08, 2023, 05:03:55 PM
The door to the opportunity to qualify for Manchester United will be closed if Galatasaray can surprise the Allianz Arena public by beating Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich faced Galatasaray with favorable conditions because FC Hollywood earned 9 points in 3 matches. One more win means they are guaranteed to qualify from the group stage.

For Galatasaray, if they lose against Bayern Munich, they still have a chance to qualify because they still have to win in the next match against Manchester United at their proud Stadium in Turkiye.

Am I the only one who feels that Newcastle should have got at least 1 point last night vs Dortmund ?

No. I am also one of those who hope that Newcastle can get at least 1 point vs Borussia Dortmund.

The team really played well , had possession as much as they could and produced good scoring chances but it just want's meant for them to score Sad.

Angry to see Newcastle's starting XI without the names Almiron and Anthony Gordon from the start. Guimaraes was overwhelmed in maintaining the balance of Newcastle's midfield.
Statistics Newcastle should not get 2 goals without reply. My complaint is that Newcastle's defensive line is not optimal.

I'm sure next game will be different as Group F is insane and I do think all teams still have a chance to qualify and Dortmund sitting on 1st place doesn't look so safe for them.  Grin

Newcastle United's chances of qualifying are slim unless Newcastle can beat PSG and AC Milan lose against Borussia Dortmund at the San Siro.
748  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will it Hold? BTC Targets $40,000 on: November 08, 2023, 03:43:23 PM
Will it Hold? BTC Targets $40,000

That means I just reopened the Bitcoin price chart site to see the Bitcoin price on the first day of the second week of November.
The movement of the graphic line convinces me that the price can survive and has the opportunity to reach the desired target. The current $35,193 price level remains the most important before arriving at the $40,000 target to trade.
I am still in a holding position by taking advantage of the situation to slowly get to the $40,000 price level.
749  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not perfect, and that's okay. on: November 08, 2023, 03:09:08 PM
Excessive misperception. I think people who think Bitcoin is too negative didn't read the Bitcoin whitepaper written by Satoshi as the creator of BTC.

Bitcoin is a peer to peer electronic cash system. The whitepaper explains in detail starting from the introduction, transactions, timestamp server, proof-of-work, network, incentive, reclaiming disk space, simplified payment verification, combining and splitting value, privacy, calculations to the conclusion about the Bitcoin system.

I use Bitcoin for investment which is my choice. Meanwhile, for other users who want to use Bitcoin as money in transactions, it is their right. There is not a single sentence of explanation written in a number of parts of the Bitcoin whitepaper that Bitcoin is a system designed for crimes such as funding terrorist groups and for other prohibited things.
750  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why? on: November 07, 2023, 11:26:17 AM
Wish is the best wallet to have???
Just asking for people's suggestions.... Thank you...

I still recommend Electrum (https://electrum.org/#download) for a Bitcoin wallet. If you want to run a full node, you can try Bitcoin Core (https://bitcoincore.org/en/download/), it requires quite an extra hard drive space and a reasonably stable internet connection. You can check several other wallet options that might be more suitable for your needs here: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet.

I suggest you try it to experience how to use the wallet. So it's not just a matter of asking which wallet is the best because each person's preferences for their chosen wallet may be different.

I will recommend your suggestions and recommendations again to users who ask.

For you @Cryptoberly, I really don't like it when people ask about something and someone comes to answer well to be a solution to the problem, suddenly that person deletes their post.

Husna QA has provided very accurate answers, so don't delete the question posts you have made because the answers given by Husna QA can also be useful for other users when visiting this thread.
751  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: bitcoin wallet on: November 07, 2023, 10:58:36 AM
Well, if the Andriod devices are not safe to install the bitcoin wallet, the laptops / Desktop aren't safe too. Any device which is connected to the Internet increase the chances of getting vulnerable to malwares / hacks etc.

We have to make exceptions too in that context. I don't want to equate all devices that will have dangerous wallets installed.

Even though computer and mobile devices where the wallet application is installed have a feature that functions to on/off the internet connection, in the same case both types of devices are also vulnerable to malware as long as they are used incorrectly.
Ideally, a computer or laptop device has advantages in terms of installing a wallet compared to mobile devices which have limitations. CMIIW

753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever been a gambling addict? on: November 06, 2023, 11:30:41 AM
Spending all your savings on gambling doesn’t mean you are addicted to gambling. We classify someone as an addicted gambler when he can’t do without placing a bet every day. This kind of person must gamble even if they don’t have money. They will go and take a loan just to gamblers because that is where they derive their pleasure from. So you spend your savings on gambling, maybe not in one week, a day, or even a month, and since you realise that what you did was a mistake, you can see that you yourself know that you are not addicted. Someone who has already been addicted won't think of that; he always thinks that he is doing well since that is what he does to make him happy.

When savings are up for gambling, then what will be born by the mind when you are alone. Never mind, it is a bad sign and the person who has spent all the savings for gambling is called the initial door of addiction. What you mean is not like a addict to nicotine but gambling addiction can exceed addiction to nicotine.
Very few people will adjust that it is not the behavior of addicts.

Savings are up, the only way is to search to return to save. For those who are able to hold back and not regret his actions, then I admit that person is not a gambling addict.

Six matches in Open Bet Free-6-6, I have given four matches analysis. Unfortunately from four, three missed. Newcastle vs Arsenal that I predict draw, the result is Newcastle wins.
Fulham vs Man Utd, I predict a draw. The result is Man Utd wins at the end of the match.
Man City vs Bournemouth, I predict 3-0. The result is Man City beat Bournemouth 6-1.

Only one more match I predict here, Tottenham vs Chelsea match. Prediction of the results of this derby match draw. Chelsea will be tested by Tottenham.

755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fund for Bitcoin promotion on: November 06, 2023, 10:02:50 AM
Is there some group which collects funds for Bitcoin promotion?

What I know is not there. CMIIW.

If some group like this can create advertisements for Bitcoin, more people can become aware. Such mediums should be targeted which have reach on audience that is still not familiar with crypto.

Bitcoin which is already well known as today, no longer requires advertisements because the internet is already in the grip that is easier to find out information about Bitcoin.
Just take advantage of the search button, the information about Bitcoin will be available.
In my opinion, what is needed now is a group of people who can distinguish FUD information from the truth of information about Bitcoin amid the easy access room for information media.

About Bitcoin advertisement, read this post,
Back in those early days when Bitcoin first started, it was mostly getting talked about on cryptographic message boards, newsgroups and other online communities. It seemed really experimental and niche and the adoption was slow at first as people tried to understand what it was all about.

But over time, as more nerds and libertarians started getting into Bitcoin, it started getting articles written about it online and offline, and talked about in the news. People pitched it as an alternative to the traditional financial system where you had to deal with high fees from banks and credit cards and wait days for transfers. With Bitcoin transfers could be free and instant since everything is on a decentralized ledger. Of course, it still felt pretty experimental and risky back then. But the hype around Bitcoin grew as more people learned about its potential.
756  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: bitcoin wallet on: November 06, 2023, 09:21:24 AM
There is nothing inherently wrong with BlueWallet per se. It is in fact one of the most reputable and reviewed pieces of Bitcoin software in the space.

Correct. There is nothing wrong with the bluewallet itself. The problem lies in the installed device Bluewallet.

It's the rationale; smartphones are the worst devices to trust with your bitcoin. There are too many things to account for when it comes to security implications; the integrity of the OS, the apps running in the background etc. It's generally the exact opposite of an air-gapped device; can practically connect to any network at any time.

You are right. This reason made me say that storing large amounts of bitcoin assets in a wallet like Bluwallet and a number of other wallet choices that have a good reputation are a problem that must be carefully thought out.
Because OP said that he could not operate a PC smoothly only able to use the smartphone well, the attention of the vulnerability of the installed device was worthy of attention related to the security.

758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Do You Plan to Make the Most of Your Bitcoin Investment Before the Halving? on: November 05, 2023, 10:28:35 AM
How do you plan to make the most of your Bitcoin investments before the halving in 6 months?
Even though I don't hold a lot of Bitcoin assets, I will keep Bitcoin in my wallet before the new highest price is reached.

If I want to make up a story to make it look true, it won't be meaningful to me because I don't have much knowledge about market movement situations myself.
My main capital has been reading and trying to analyze how events will happen in the future.
But I believe that the highest price will be achieved and if I am still alive I will be the one who witnesses the events that will happen.

Buy, collect and hold. When a new ATH comes, sell some. For now my plan is like that.
759  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: bitcoin wallet on: November 05, 2023, 09:52:20 AM
im newbie, i wants to create a bitcoin wallet but i dont know how to do it.i cant operate laptop or pc fluently.but i can use mobile very well.
I think it's fair to ask would you be able to differentiate a fake app from a real one? Do you understand how phishing works? What do you do when you receive spam emails? Have you ever won millions of dollars in lotteries you never participated in or inherited money from uncles you never heard of, and how did you respond to such emails? While we are at it, what does it mean when you say you know how to operate a smartphone well? Are we talking about playing mobile games, being on social media, watching videos, etc., or something else?

My questions might seem weird, but you are looking to store bitcoin and its keys on a mobile phone. Knowing enough to protect yourself from common threats will do you good.

In my opinion, the weakness of the bluewallet wallet is that it is not a wallet for storing large amounts of assets in the long term.
Correct, but the same is true for Electrum as a hot wallet or any other hot wallet for that matter.

Correct. I didn't mention that the mobile wallet drawbacks I referred to apply not to Bluewallet wallets but to all types of hot wallets including Electrum.

Dear OP. I think the questions asked by Pmalek are serious for you to answer. You don't have to answer here because before using a wallet, the method of securing assets in a wallet is very sacred and must be considered.
Assets like Bitcoin are difficult to hack, but wallets with addresses that hold large amounts of assets will be of concern to hackers.

Skeptical users will not believe anything that could harm their wallet. For me, this has positive value for long-term safety.
Even if you use the mobile version of the wallet, make sure the seed phrase or key is not connected to the internet.
760  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: bitcoin wallet on: November 05, 2023, 07:53:35 AM
Electrum is the best. Since you can't master a PC well, you can use the suggestion of using the bluewallet wallet that people mentioned here because it's the best option.
Bluewallet is available on IOS and Android. Bluewallet only supports BTC does not support other asset options. Bluewallet can also connect to Electrum servers if you want to at some point.

In my opinion, the weakness of the bluewallet wallet is that it is not a wallet for storing large amounts of assets in the long term.
If OP wants to use a wallet for long-term storage of large amounts of assets, choose an open source hardware wallet.

Considering that recently there are many choices of open source Bitcoin wallets available, also pay attention to the authenticity behind the mask they display.
