Probably the number of confirmation might be the issue. My major concern is you moving straight from the website to electrum wallet which means you have connected that wallet to the site. Secondly is since node’s mempools receives transaction in different Time it will also take different Time to drop it and also the size of the pools are different and as such some will keep it beyond that time

Since it is cash app you are receiving into them from your end you cannot do anything because it is not a non-custodian wallet that allows transaction bumping. That is not true, you cannot do anything because you’re using a wallet that doesn’t support any bitcoin bumping feature, it is not because you’re using segwit address or receiving on legacy address that is the problem. But the sending and receiving wallet are the problem.
