Benfica had such a poor run in the Champions League that I can't trust them even in the Europa League much. They had a very poor defending style and couldn't make up for it with their attacking power either. Now here they have a matchup against Toulouse. Except Xavi Alonso has some personal reason to leave Leverkusen, I don't think there is any need to leave especially if they win the Bundesliga. The club has some of the best players currently in Europe and it seems he is enjoying a good relationship with the management of the club. If they win the German league they will be able to play in the UEFA Champions League next season which is the dream of every too coach.
Xavi Alonso?  It purely depends on Xabi Alonso. If he is interested to join another team, he is possible to leave although Leverkusen wins the trophy of Bundesliga and Europa league. Liverpool and Real Madrid seems to have a chance to hire him but I doubt he is interested to join other teams. Xabi Alonso must prioritize the teams where he ever played there.
