Main fan is very loud , going at 1800rpm.

Oh sweet, innocent child Tongue You have yet to experience the glorious road of 5,000rpm 120mm fans.

Hahaha i wll swap the fans for some more efficients, they look pretty cheap to be honest  Tongue

Edit ;

AFter some serious testing, undervolting and some not some powerull overclock,0 have been the most efficient yet

256.25 mhz at 0660 volts getting stable 1.2thz

Edit; Btw Does it matter to set higher Difficulty level if clock at 270mhz? and putting difficulty at /1+1536 ?

Most pools will do difficulty automatically at this point.  What pool are you using?

As far as C1 you can even add fan's to the radiator very easy.  I know I had some free after rebate fan's (they were around 3000 rpm) I put those on other side of radiator for a push/pull .

Ai am doing 268 atm at 0680 volt whit NiceHash modified Firmware 4.9 and its holding steady and fine actuaylly.

I added an extra fan for outblow, but thinkt to swap all the fans on outblow as it should suck more air inside the radiator.

Still checking most quiet possibility on cooling.

I got the radiator outside atm so temps have been really cool around 27-30 i guess it wont go up from 40 it havent and whit lower volt it should produce less heat.

Anyone here repasted a C1? Better stability?

Hmm not yet, but considering doing it ,if i can find some good and cheap pasta might mount a 80mm fans inside the outside coolers still inspecing the space and possibilities for further cooldown as silent as possible.

Main fan is very loud , going at 1800rpm.

it should work "technically" lol

i saw your msg on irc, we can proceed from there. sorry was watching Games of Thrones season finale missed your msg.
i temporary stop my mining in your pool, cz i still have no shared yet.. although i see in my antminer statistic that my mining rig is still share accepted hash.

I think it has to do whit the speed connection or something, /0+1028 worked for me atelest. still testing, cause i get about 27% rejecet hash rate

i am running fine at aorund 262 whit 745 volts, no problems at all, doing steady 1th to 1.2th at 45c on the heat some lower i gues the last one is guetting hottest.

Still doing some research, but found out that at stock volts clocking is much more stable whit no errors.

268 steady and stable at 0755 volts at 38c-40c temp

275 at 0765 is looking reaaly steady aswell doing 1.2th steady at 40c-42c temp

262 at 760 is the most stable i have found now, 1200-1300 ghz as lowest 1.1 sometimes temps ar areound 38-40c on a room of 26c.

Is there maybe some chart of overclocking, i have been tweaking from 250 to 270 mhz ant down from 0660 up to 0810 volts, haven't been able to get past the 520 mark, running 2x boards atm. might need to connect all 4 boards maybe to get it stable ?

Temps are stable between 30-35 at a room of 20-25 celcius.

How high in volts can i go whitout damaging the boards?

My c1 is not reseting whit the reset button. i am using Cooler Master Real Power M1000 1000w

I can get to SSH login but cant login previous owner didnt give me the pass...

any solution to this?  Huh Huh

Yes luckily with the SD card it is very easy to recover.   You can use Win32DiskImager or others and put the image on the sd card.    If you use one of the restore images throughout though this thread it will be default password's.

There's a link in post #2 of the thread to an image posted on mega. Time travellers feel free to PM me if it goes down, I have a copy.

Thanks i readed the whole faq treadh even before hand and missed it, took me a while to find it, Maybe Blacken the letters and make them bigger, they are kinda smaller font size than the rest of the post  Grin thanks anyways!

I believe there is a post some where that shows you how to fix the problem on the circuitry I would definitely do this before leaving it alone.  Otherwise happy mining.

You have to remove 10 resistors, big green ones on the front of the boards, they are the only theres, BA have uploaded a video, it was them that were burning and was not supposed to be there aparantly some factory misstake.

Yeah i've readed some about burning unit's, to be honest i haven't been able to find much about the unit, i tought it was a good buy before i even did som research , i might have to inspect it my self when it arrives , tought i am still considering buying that Antminer c1 unit, might even sell the black arrow and use 2x antminers, well ill see how it goes, still need to make the Electrical installation  will try to keep updated here as soon as i get my unit Tongue
754  Bitcoin / Hardware / Prospero Black arrow x3 ? on: June 12, 2015, 12:36:50 PM
Hey, so i just got one of this on my hands.

I got it for about 160us whit free shipping.

I Have some questiones, Is the psu Swap Able for a more secure one, and how about the overclock , the seller told me it's cappable to clock to 1.5thz?.

My electricity is FREE so i don't have concern about that, i am even considering get an Antminer C1 for about 250us need to check my wallet Wink .

But the idea is to use the free electricity and make something off it. 2thz is what i am looking to aim right now-

Any modification ideas and experience is worth to look at, noise reducing  also.  Grin
