yes it will be not impossible for the bitcoin to reach that amount in the time period of around halving, if that amount reached by bitcoin before halving then it will be our luck as after that when halving will start we will earn a big amount by reaching the value above than $1000 and if it reached to $700 then I think the whole year we will be around that value fluctuation up and down there are several possibilities if before halving the price has risen significantly, the possibility of big dump could occur after halving. because you know that everyone has hold and will sell after halving.
