I'm waiting for your entries for the 2nd round. Why you didn't submit any multi? I'm expecting you to join since you managed to win the 1st round.

I was second or third!  Wink

I was busy, I had a trip with family last week... I guess I could join in the end, but, but...

Anyway, I am happy that this competition is still going on! Smiley

I think the 1st prize and bonus prizes is over since I saw someone hitting 1000x with 0.2 bet. But hopefully his not part of bitcointalk. In this round you might not see me posting or joining this contest because of that.

I think the other prizes are also very attractive... Smiley

Coins.game will increase the reward if we get some good number of participants.

That sounds nice, I will play this week. With some luck, I will have a few entries. Good luck guys! Smiley

If so, it means we can only rely on luck because it is the same as playing slots, which also requires luck to win. But I don't feel too curious about trading games like that and feel it is better for us to trade for real so we can get profits as usual. Other people may find playing trading games interesting and make them test their analytical skills.

Well, if you are lucky enough in slots you can hit a bonus round... and if you are extremely lucky you can get a "max win". That's why slots are much more interesting, among other things, of course! Smiley

We navigate by following the stars... in this case, the star is BTCGosu. It's not just that we get the real and tested info about the crypto casinos around, we get some protection as well! BTCGosu will help us if we have issues with the crypto casino, especially if we are playing under the Gosu link. Basically, it's simple, you try it and you will find out. Smiley

747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do your parents know about your gambling habit ? on: October 17, 2023, 05:58:06 PM
Most of the grown up people do not live with parents. At such, the parents are not aware about the interests and habits of individuals. Do you parents know that you gamble ? What was their first reaction towards your gambling habit ?

Yes, they know about my gambling habits... they know about many other shit as well, from some things we can't run away. But I am still close with my parents, they understand what it means to be "young and foolish", I can only hope I will have the same understanding for my own kids when the time comes.

In the end, you don't have anyone closer than your parents... it's something we figure out along the way, sooner or later... all others will abandon you, but parents will hold you, it's something you understand when shit starts falling on you! Of course, this works if "parents" are normal people, some parents are disasters and don't deserve kids in the first place. I am in the first group, I did a lot of shit in my life, and my parents were the ones who stayed with me along the way.
748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about trading feature? on: October 17, 2023, 01:05:03 PM
I haven't tried trading games on BC.game or Rollbit. It seems interesting because it concerns our ability to analyze market movements. If we can analyze market movements correctly, we can win against the casinos. But I once saw one trading app that only guessed whether the market would go up or down in the next 5 minutes. But unfortunately, it is not the crypto market but the stock market. It also pleasures us because we can test our abilities in analyzing market movements, especially those who can analyze the stock market. Maybe later, I'll visit BC.game to see the game.

Well, when you try it, you will see that there's not much to analyze, we are talking about a period of 15, 30, and 60 seconds. It's pure gambling, it's just pressing up or down and hoping you are right. In my opinion, this game is the worst of all lucky-based games... but it's just my opinion and my taste. Some of us played this game before, and I tried it at BC.Game, just for the sake of trying it and I am staying away from this one for sure.
749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can somebody make a successful career in gambling on: October 17, 2023, 08:12:40 AM
...
Making gambling a full time job might be seen as risky but I still feel one can make gambling full time job and a career.

What do you all think?

I think it's possible, but only if we talk about betting on sports and poker... But let's face it, it's not possible for each of us. Some people simply have good analytical skills, know how to read between the lines, follow the players and the game, and so in most cases they have a good move. Nobody wins all the time, but some people have a really high percentage of success, and they can probably make a career in sports betting or poker.

A full-time job means that every day you dedicate 8-12 hours to something... reading about sports, watching sports, maybe having some friends around the world who will send you some information here and there. Reading poker books, watching other players, and following tournaments around the world. After all that, you need to analyze it all, compare it, and make the right move.
750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Low cost but effective solutions to gambling addiction on: October 16, 2023, 06:21:58 PM
...

You are right about that, that the way to get rid of the addiction to gambling is to stop the activity and switch to doing more useful activities like what you mentioned. But sometimes this doesn't last long and especially if you don't have a strong desire to consistently do positive things. where maybe for the first week things will go according to what was planned, but in the future they will get more lazy and in the end they will end up sitting at the gambling table again.

And to overcome this, once again I agree with you that there must be someone who can accompany us and continue to support us so that when our enthusiasm is low, there is someone who will ignite that enthusiasm again so that we can continue to be consistent with what we previously planned.

I would highlight "if someone doesn't have a strong desire"... if there's no real desire for something, then that something is impossible! And if someone really wants something, he will find a way to make it happen... I just listed a few possibilities, but someone can dedicate himself to many other life/love/or any other activity that is not "gambling"! And while some activities are expensive, there are some "cheap ones", and those cheap ones can be really effective with the right approach.

751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Low cost but effective solutions to gambling addiction on: October 16, 2023, 09:42:52 AM
Low-cost but effective solutions to gambling addiction can only be "Get out and walk, or even better run"! If you can combine one of these and work out (sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, etc.) you don't even need to pay for gym... If you are not a "sports guy" then just walking and sitting in the park with some book can do the thing.

And if someone needs to talk about it do it with a close friend, if not just open some chat and talk with unknown people around the world. I never understood why some people pay just to be able to talk with someone...
752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: October 16, 2023, 07:39:36 AM
Well this does not make any sense for me. The former Alameda CEO and ex girlfiend to SBF Caroline Ellison says they wanted to keep price of Bitcoin down below $20,000.
...

After his girlfriend's testimony, I think SBF is doomed. I don't know if SBF has some trick up his sleeve, but for now, it is not going very well for him. It would probably be good for him to start thinking about the deal with the prosecution for a lesser sentence...

It's the second week of the trial, and things are getting more interesting. I doubt that SBF can get out of this, so the only question is what punishment he will receive. What do you think about that?
753  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of Farming. on: October 15, 2023, 07:39:07 PM
Big players are killing small players... and import is killing the small farmers, that's how it's been in Serbia for a long time.
It is a different story in my country. Terrorist are literally killing farmers. And forcing them to abandon their large acres of land. This results is yearly low agricultural output.

Quote
So I'm not sure where is the future of farming, but I have a feeling that what we are currently buying is not healthy, who knows where it all comes from and where it's grown...

Farmers are forced to grow crops in their backyards. And it can only feed a few hundred people compared to the thousands of people it can feed when they transport it all over the country. This is the story in my country. The future of farmer here depends on how much protection that farmers can receive. They are kidnapped, killed and have been forced to partially or completely abandon their occupation.

By your post history I see you are from Nigeria. Is that true? What you described is totally fucked up situation, many times I saw in the news how some "groups" invade vilages and towns, they kill people and kidnap kids...  in 21st century!

Deep sadness... there is no other way to describe how I feel when I read about things like this. I hope you are safe, as well as your family, and I wish this world was/is a safer place for all of us... I think it could be if it weren't for the cursed money and the cursed desire of individuals to be even richer, no matter what!
754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: benefits of having mature accounts at 3 casinos (personal experience) on: October 15, 2023, 06:07:13 PM
Mature account should be about the rank and the activity because sooner or later having high level gambling account will be useless if the account is inactive because casino will not give bonuses for inactive account no matter how high our level is. It means that to maintain 3 mature accounts in 3 different casinos will require someone to spend big amount of money. The bonuses can be something not really worth with the risks need to be taken by the gamblers to maintain the activity of the accounts. It is always better to not chase high rank level just because of the bonuses offered by the casino, it should be taken as side bonus only for our activity, not something to chase.

Mature accounts are about rank, the higher rank can/will bring more benefits... but in the end, if people are not active they can say goodbye to all those benefits. This is one of those things that are "easy to say, but hard to do", getting to VIP ranks in 3 different places takes time and a lot of money, especially if a player is not lucky and gets into some losing streaks. If there's a conclusion about this matter I would say it's better to have one account in one casino, in the long run, we can get to some higher VIP level and we can get some benefits... for high rollers, it's easy to have more than one higher rank account, but they have money for spending.

Big players are killing small players... and import is killing the small farmers, that's how it's been in Serbia for a long time. Once there were many villages and people who worked there on their farms, today we have many dead villages with only a few inhabitants, and they are mostly older than 60-70 years. So I'm not sure where is the future of farming, but I have a feeling that what we are currently buying is not healthy, who knows where it all comes from and where it's grown...

I don't think the EX-best players in the worlds goes to Saudi and play for their win Against Argentina in WC. It's more likely because Saudi throwing money bags like it was paper to the players.
Sorry to break your bubble bro, bit it's all about one and only one thing, that thing is called 💸.

I think the same, money plays the biggest role! Insanely high contracts and annual salaries tempt players to move to Arabia. I guess they plan to end their careers in S. Arabia, at least I think that most of them will quit playing after a few seasons and making tons of money. Maybe some of them will stay and contribute to the development of football there, but it will be again just for making even more money.

757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play equal to deposited funds before you can withdraw on: October 15, 2023, 06:22:19 AM
Who else finds this requirements from casinos BS?

Well, I wouldn't say it's BS, some people are really using casinos as mixers, and there is that AML policy as well. I doubt that this wagering requirement will stop people from doing anything illegal, but at least it's some protection.

I guess it's more about keeping players on the site... when we decide to deposit and we win after a few bets this is a nice way of saying "play a bit more" to players, and when we play a bit more there's always a chance that we will get busted.

@hosseinimr93 awesome sharing, I don't know how you found it. I'm broken, honestly, lol. I made a personal record last round and I'm gonna aim to break it again this round. 1300 tickets will be my target.

I agree, very nice share @hosse, I love to read stats. Well, you really had a nice amount of tickets, and I guess you will need a lot of luck to break this record and not lose a lot of coins, so I wish you a lot of luck.

Well, it seems like an impossible mission to win this lottery with less than 100 tickets, I will definitely try to earn some tickets for this round as well, but I won't overdo it, I hope I will have around 20-30 tickets again. Somehow I feel like I am a real jinx lately, I doubt that even 100k tickets would help me... Smiley
759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Winning Wisely: Strategies to Protect Your Bankroll on: October 14, 2023, 03:13:29 PM
If someone think playing dice with 1.01x odds is impossible to lose and the gambler will always make money in slowly, it's completely wrong. There are many people already experienced to lose in 1.01x odds, no one is making money by betting such low odds.

Consistent wins is only happen when you can hack the casino and manipulate the result.

I had many many losses at those odds... x1.01 is good for wagering wars, or when we wish to level up a bit faster. But that kind of playing can easily backfire on us, which happened to me more than once with some higher bets as well. But it's the risk we take...

Consistent wins happen mostly with skill-based games, even with them it's hard to win most of the time, but it's possible. Greediness is the problem and why we lose most of the time, those who learn how to beat greediness can make a profit in the long run with nice winning streaks.

What happened::I had a bonus of $129 usd deposited with 40x wager requirement ($5189 more or less) i have turned the $129 into $4000+ USD

Quote
On Sep 24, 2023 I deposited $776.16 at the BC Casino, the casino matched my deposit with $776.16. please see attachment 1. (Remind you the website had recently gone through an 8-hour upgrade/maintenance.)

I read the Terms and conditions of the deposit bonus, 40X wager which makes it $31040.

BC.Game has a different bonus type than some other casinos, so I am not sure how they got their bonuses and about this x40 wager requirement. BC matches our deposits (as you can see on this image) and we need to wager a lot to unlock it. Open the bonus page and you can check more about it, the formula is: "Unlock amount = wager amount * 1% * 20%". We can deposit more money, or we can withdraw our money, anyway the bonus is not credited instantly, we need to unlock it and when we do it we can do what we want without those BCD's.
