There's a lot of talk that Elon Musk taking on huge loans to buy Twitter could backfire massively on him as Twitter keeps losing value. Essentially what Elon Musk did was to use up most of his assets in terms of stock like Tesla and SpaceX to try and secure assets for his twitter loan. He's now so tied up in this Twitter debt, that if something goes wrong it could trigger a domino of effects. 

So he essentially already pledged tons of money to secure loans to buy Twitter, but his executive decisions lead to massive drops in value. Late last year he posted a lot of Tesla shares to avoid a margin call from banks that had loaned him to buy Twitter but this could potentially mean that if Tesla shares fall in price also, Musk could be losing his empire... Eventually, and potentially if things go wrong, losing his position as CEO in both Twitter as well as Tesla.

Skill before or after university education will depend on some factors. The type of skill you want to learn (Online or Offline) and the level of financial support for your higher school education. It also depends on your region or country. In some countries students receive financial support from the government while in some countries, no government support. There's also a high level of unemployment even after university in some countries. In this case, your skill will save you because you can work independently.

If you don't have reliable financial support but want to attend university, then learning the skill before university might be good for you so that you can support yourself financially when you finally gain admission into the university. But if it is an online skill, you can still learn while in university.

I will use myself as a case study. I learned Diesel Injection Pump And Injection Nozzle maintenance (Offline Skill) before entering university for my higher education. Human being is born to forget or sometimes we think the first incident happened because I didn't do so so thing which I will use another method, we humans forget the pain we had at the pass that what make us move on, we only feel the pain when it immediately happened and after that we forgot, I just wise he follow our advice because gamblers don go back to rest when they are losing.
