Use the NMC you generate and buy GHashes... everything you buy makes 3% of that amount get added to LRM. +1 I'm trying to figure out exactly what would best help LRM with these alt coins we're mining. There are plenty of ways they can help. I vote dividends  Might be smarter to trade for GHs then trade those GHs for BTC instead of trying to go through an exchange. (Haven't really looked) CEX.io has a NMC/BTC exchange in itself so no need to go NMC>GH>BTC if you just want to put it in Divs. I would still say LRM should be buying GHashes weekly on div day and report the cloud hash rate. |

Why would it take a month to make an altcoin? Devs must be completely incompetent.
Takes time to get all the icons created by an artist. It takes time to test a coin properly to make sure it is not going to fail on load. It takes time to put all the pieces together to make a coin launch without issues as this one did. Taking a month to fully vet a coin and schedule the launch properly is not a big deal at all. |

Thanks, i do already! I install that wallet but not sync!!! Don't understand nothing!! Why!! Did you use the OTHER wallet for the NYN coin first? You need to go to your appdata folder and rename the NYANCoin folder to NYN or w/e you want. Then start the install from the above link again and see how it goes.. |

Two things...
1. It is unacceptable to delay important documentation... BitBay may be lost to you because of this and there is almost nothing you can do about it unless you can show some form of document being post dated prior to the other parties applications being sent in.
2. It is ENTIRLY unacceptable to give the PROGRAMMER access and charge of the ENTIRE cash base for a startup. If you wanted to keep your idea and be in charge... you have the responsibility of reigning in the participants by overseeing funding and payments. Allotting shares to a participant also REQUIRES a NDA stating they are unable to solicit money for said shares until a certain milestone is reached.
Huge F ups... and there is nothing that can be done to fix them.

This is all a bit too much to handle honestly...
While I am content to keep 10 shares in the auction site... there are a few things which are going to haunt this venture for a long time...
1. Justin, you may have the LLC and Trademark because you filed first, but any case opened will reveal through investigation what the timeline was and how things transpired... there is a possibility that 10% allocated is not enough and a suit would reward the plaintiff with a much more substantial amount... do your due diligence and get some representation to at least give you a bit of sound legal advice regarding this before you get too far in to minimize the damage.
2. It is now public record that you used funds generated by shares you sold that were allotted to you at the beginning of the project. With you filing an LLC AFTER the fact, you still have some liability to have used those funds responsibly for the company and not personal maters. What is transcribed in the Skype conversation is very worrying, and damaging... should someone bring a suit against you or bring a government entity into the picture, you will be hard pressed to show you used the raised funds accordingly, and may find yourself dealing with even more of a mess than just arguing over ownership and profit sharing. Again, you need to seek out some legal aide to define your position and help you understand these mistakes and what you can do about them.
3. Bitcoin is taxable, which means what you spent needs to be reported properly, and if you are not attempting to claim the physical property you spent the funds on as part of the LLC, you will be fined or at least audited and then possibly fined. Cashing out Bitcoin requires that you pay taxes on it, especially since you were not an LLC when you did so. With the controversy of what has happened, do not be naive enough to think someone is not going to report you in hopes you do get audited and caught with your pants down. AGAIN, seek legal aide ASAP for your share holder's sake.
With all that said, I hope this goes well and an amicable solution can be arrived at... there is nothing worse than bad publicity before a product can even get off the ground.

- Update - Wow! Some seriously confused ppl in here now  Anyway ... This is what we have so far: - Nyancat was launched at the exact time we announced. - Lots of POOLS were ready, some had some issues, but there were plenty to choose from. We don't control pools. - Windows Wallet was out after a couple minutes. I see you guys were expecting more NYAN's, but Nyancoin is not a 100 Billion coin like we are used to see now. It would seem this NYN is the social media darling coin by a poor dev... and the NYAN coin is actually much nicer, cleaner, and has a real dev team behind it... wonder which will last longer?
We are over 10 peeps supporting NYAN! for the long run ( not 1-2 day,s after releas ) but LONG RUN that other nyn coin was a scrapped project from may ( by some other dev team ) that was on github for half a year ! So you are 10 peeps who can't compile their own binaries and are using the ones posted by nocoin... vs the NYAN team which decided to pick up their project when they saw you making this trash? At least they had binaries and some design... and not a fail pool that we were all told to CPU mine in that still doesn't work (last I checked anyways.) Thay have BEAUTIFUL binaries! Everything works without errors. Yup just had to double check... awesome CPU only pool still dead. |
