I'd possibly understand the motivation if the user in question has made steps to ensure that he/she wouldn't be caught. However, in this case it is quite ridiculous. This is clear what happened here, someone farmed an account to later scam or someone sold a scammer a farmed account to later scam. So, the prev owner of the account could show up and talk, of course that won't happen.
