Is there any posible way to filter who are going to make an ICO to be able to know if there are scam or not? And is there any bodies of law that would be able to punish them once they turn into scam. And what punishment should be given upon committing such the crime?
I am also agree that some ICO who were turned to be scammed will be punished by the law and also its a good option that there is a punishment for it so people will easily be aware where to invest and its a good move for those legit ICO's because they get less competitors as well . |

I do not think it's a scam because the reason why they run ICO is because they have a company which need funds so there is no such a scam there . If maybe you do not see any projects of them that's the time we asked where the money go .

DeVere group analysts: by the end of the year Ethereum will reach $ 2500 and will continue to grow
According to analysts specializing in financial consulting company deVere Group, before the end of this year, The price of the second capitalization of Ethereum cryptocurrency can grow four times from the current marks. About it reports MarketWatch.
"According to forecasts, the price of Ethereum will significantly increase this year. It can reach until the end of 2018 the mark of $2500, and in the next two years to continue the growth," — said CEO deVere Group Nigel green.
The head of the deVere also said there are three main drivers of growth rates Ethereum:

Earlier, the blockchain entrepreneur Stephen Marioff expressed the opinion that the price of ETH this year will grow threefold. According to him, this will happen thanks to the active introduction of Ethereum technology in various spheres.

I have never used RX570 graphic cards. So I need to know which algorithm is more profitable.
Many people mines ethash but I prefer cryptonightv7 because ethash requires more power and blows hotter air.

the altocoin market is so variuous and there are dozen of interesting projects that can be supported.
But i'm a little investor (500$) and i'm seriously thinking to put all my money in only 1 project I think is very good which curretly is in the top 40 of altcoins. I don't want to say the name because my topic wants to be very general: what do you think is the risk by doing so? Should I invest in 2 or 3 coins instead?

In my opinion it is so risk to go all in . If I have a $500 only I will invest in 2 altcoins and probably also in top 40 so in that way even the other is down the other may be up or much better both . |

I started to like crypto and being an enthusiast with it lately. I had read many articles around in the internet and found some good attributes regarding on the different kinds of crypto in the crypto market. Most of us here never believed cryptocurrency will come this far when btc was launched. We would have rubbished any idea to join cryptocurrency at that time.Now some of us are a bit late but we are still better off than those who will inevitably join some years to come.So we have generational thinkers,kudos to those who started the fight earlier and brought the industry this far.
In 2009 I never heard anything about digital currencies even in 2012 but I discovered it 2014 and somehow I believed on it but not that much until I get really interested to it and was surprised I did a great job . |

Bitcoin is currently trading at 6k but there has been a consistent prediction that before the year ends it will be up to 25,000. I want to know how many of you share in that optimism because at present, it's all bearish and nothing more.

5-10 years is quite too long for you to hold ethereum but its a nice choice after all I can see that there is a potential that ethereum price will go up even there are many crypto that is like ethereum but still like bitcoin ethereum is strong and many people will still chose it . |
