Non si è tenuto conto di qualsiasi indirizzo avesse effettuato transazioni perchè come buona pratica si dovrebbe cambiare indirizzo per ciascun pagamento, quindi in giro ci sarebbe stato un ammontare inflazionato di coin centralizzato in pochi provider (pensate directbet quanti indirizzi generava con le scommesse, o un mixer).
Non dimenticare che serve la privatekey, cosa che siti come directbet ed altri siti che generano address ad ogni operazione non fornisce certo che non lo dimentico anche perchè se no come dimostro la proprietà di un address in mio possesso?  senza chiave privata non si possono nemmeno firmare messaggi.... ho citato directbet e la modalità con la quale generavano indirizzi per piazzare scommesse per chiarire l'importanza della private key e che un semplice possesso prima della data, come erroneamente scrivevi in OP, non bastava per ricevere i CLAM  |

In realtà gli indirizzi dovevano avere una qualsiasi frazione in questa data 12th May 2014. E come hai ben detto tu non scadono, sono conservati nella chiave privata.
Mi ricordo che i dev furono accusati di aver potuto speculare prima del lancio (in effetti non sarebbe stato nemmeno tanto difficile, i faucet di dogecoin davano 15/20 doge a click!) ....

grazie della spiegazione. non è un fork come detto, però è un interessante modo per distribuire una nuova moneta. Mi ricordo credo il primo di airdrop che fu quello fatto con i Clamcoin. Ciascun indirizzo che in uno specifico giorno di Maggio 2018 avevano almeno 1 satoshi/litoshi/doge potevano ricevere 4 Clamcoin! perchè senza rialzi o ribassi? Il sistema attuale economico prevede l'inflazione... con 3 lire negli anni 40 mandavi una raccomandata adesso ne servono circa 12mila! (in proporzione con il cambio in euro). invece è proprio il btc e la tecnologia p2p (a prescindere da rialzi e ribassi) a proiettarsi come una moneta digitale e globale. |
