I just sold yesterday, forced to. I hate paying bills close closer to due date in case Bitcoin slides some more than I end up paying even more next week. Am I a weak hand bad guy? =( I dream of the day when alt coins are not tied to the price of bitcoin. Uhg...
I dream of a day when Bitcoin listing on crypto exchanges will have to be paid for like it is a case with all those other shitcoins. Ugh... I dream of a day when shit I mean altcoin whitepapers are also only 9 pages and don't use the word "revolutionary". Also of the day exchanges freeze selling during dumps so we can control prices better.

Curses, I checked in too late, thought this might still be on to take but markets closed. Iceland almost won against Poland today, btw, and Guinea actually beat Kosovo, wonder if that was an upset (assuming it is).
I did take the correct score boost though for about 18/1, 3:1. 4 goals should help you guys hit BJ tonight no? Good luck!

5th birthday coming soon wow Steve, why wasn't I with you guys much earlier? 5 years is ancient in crypto, what a landmark.
France and Germany outright favs? My Netherlands 18/1 (the first countdown promo I believe) will smack everyone out of the water;)

P.S. Before we turn this into a Spurs spat haha... but...
Jesus, Spurs is tier 2 or even 3 I have completely lost my bearings on football it seems!
And tokes man come on, how is Juve or at least AC Milan not tier 1 when United is there? Have you seen how United looked so lost half this season even in Europa? Never mind the last 5 seasons. Are we really neglecting to look back the past 2 decades or are we really just going to take corona season? Because if we only look at the past 5 seasons, Tier 1 United were 12, 33, 32, 19, and 24 points behind the leaders... and they're still in Tier 1? What are we measuring? Squad cost? Star power? Fanbase?
I mean I'd say Liverpool before Klopp were indeed Tier 2 or even 3 if based purely on performance and not playing UCL;)

By all means increase regulations. That is, after all, the compromise governments must make to legitimize Bitcoin. I'd love to see what solutions they can come up with to crackdown on crypto as ransom payment instead of cracking down on poor computer security. Somali pirates be hoping they don't start cracking down on US dollars. sadly, the Bitcoin equivalent of Charlton Heston is Brock Pierce, who's actually closer to Jeffrey Epstein in reality ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Totally made my day, and scarily, not off the mark.

There is no safer alternative, in terms of technical ability or pure brute force attacking power, which really now is the only way to crack any kind of network like this. There is no safer alternative in terms of having the financial might to 51% attack the network either (which, even if somehow achieved, would be ignored as the good actors reorg).
Seizing private keys is really not overcoming the security.

So if this is the 2018 run come early, then we can see another super rally in three years, which is 2024? Sounds like the cycle aligning closely to the halving for sure. Bring it on, laddies. Something created panic selling on the market, and the lack of buyers caused the price to go down.
Or maybe just more people selling than buying, like a normal reason for a market to go down. If you weren't able to hoard at opportune prices, then your prayers have been answered. We should all be pleased!

^Hmm I never get people who forfeit, I mean, we've seen upsets before and you can always win something on a day, especially when the odds are against you, no pressure. Definitely fishy or some =] But very happy my first longshot hit on this tourney day before yesterday (Medvedev straight sets, 2 aces per set, and no tie breaks) but it was a nervy final one to clinch the final point woo! Today going against him on a similar 15/1 though, each has to score 8 aces and 20 points but easy right? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Yikes on both counts, small consolation is not one underdog found his way through yesterday, friendly or otherwise. Hit some nice bets in tennis but I wasn't expecting those. Live bets on the trailing favourites are the way to go for RG! Another 2 underdogs for U21 and a friendly, then? Both at Fairlay: 100 units on Andorra U21 to beat Kosovo @9.81. Other odds: 9.20 100 units on Albania to WIN vs Czech Republic @6.80. Other odds: 6.40 Total units advantage: 61+40 = 141 Running advantage after 371 bets: +24,806 (+141) All-time cumulative: +63,204 Running units after 369 bets (60W|309L): +14,285 (-200)

Um no. He didn't "expose" Bitcoin's environmental issue. All he exposed was his acting like any newbie rushing headfirst into a tech. Liking what he saw, and then finding out belatedly the actual industry required to secure the network, and yet somehow not understanding how that is what makes all the shiny benefit of PoW security and finality only Bitcoin has possible.
He won't sell it all, but I hope he does. Those Teslas need producing.

A bit too lazy to check but this doesn't feel like typical Anonymous... though I'll admit I don't even know what's typical, just feels weird they'd get so stirred up by a social media influencer (which is all he is now in this context).
We all realise he's just lapping all this attention up, right? He's got an ego, it needs feeding. We're feeding it. Best way to deal with egos is to starve them.

Always surprises me what moves crypto, stupid tweets by Elon and Chinese regulation rumors cause massive price swings but strong evidence of mass adoption and its like nothing happened? maybe we just need america to wake up?
Well, stick around a couple more years or three. By the time the next crazy rally starts again, you'll remember this cycle still ongoing and then you won't be surprised anymore. China will pop up (again) but I think Elon will be displaced, just as good old McAfee and Dimon etc. were. And hey, to be fair, crypto emojis would be much more a mass adoption thing than El Salvador;) But let's wait for that country to actually walk the talk first, yeah?

Ah, that'll teach me to go against the Dutch, who've actually given me really good returns as underdogs themselves. Sound whipping for the Georgians, reminding them why they've never qualified for the finals even with the Nations League format! WC qualification, we backed Indonesia and they almost beat Thailand the other day, why not again to succeed against Vietnam? Plus a friendly against Faroe Islands please! 100 units at Sportsbet on Indonesia to beat Vietnam @9.58. Other odds: 9.32 100 units at Fairlay on Liechtenstein to beat Faroe Islands @7.72. Other odds: 7.40 Units advantage: 26+32 =58 Running advantage after 369 bets: +24,665 (+58) All-time cumulative: +63,063 Running units after 367 bets (60W|307L): +14,485 (-100)

once the big organisations start vault managing the peg-ins-outs of these feature/sidechains. then you will see the 1970's bank note/gold games at play in the cryptosphere.vault up btc. play with their tokens withdraw/swap to scamcoin 'coz withdrawal is cheap'
which is why im staying with bitcoin onchain transactions.. thanks
Literally, ANY technology for transferring monetary value other than directly on Bitcoin's L1 introduces trust or some other form of counterparty risk. Therefore, keeping your life savings (or your company's financial reserves) other than directly in BTC would be either outright suicidal or at least asking for problems. Outside the Bitcoin's ledger, send or hold only those funds that "you are willing to lose", one might say ironically... This vault management thing is already a thing now too, caught sight of big recent announcements from Yearn, polka, others, all jumping on board each other to use Yearn's vault solution to manage all them sidechain and wrapped tokens "securely". The fact also that many of these, when called out to explain their counterparty risks, aren't willing or able to, says a lot. Only a big fall for these, catching out all those bitcoiners pegging in their coins, is the only way people might finally understand why Bitcoin is "clinging to PoW".

Exactly, I am expecting all the group stage bets to settle about an hour after last group game finishes. It is even possible that they settle sooner than that if we get win condition sooner. For instance that one with each team getting a yellow card could be settled as early as after first round of games. At least I hope for that conclusion ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yeah especially when it's before midnight GMT, settling is almost instant. My tennis special yesterday settled 5 mins after the match ended (The 15/1 Medvedev straight, 2 aces each set, no tie breaks one) so the yellow card one I think too yeah, will settle as soon as matchday 1 is done =D 20 special euro bets ? damn thats alot, I only took the bets that has moneyback offer on it or atleast a decent chance to hit because most of the special offers are boosted odds for X team to win the Euro, I kinda feel that this is not really worth it
Now that you mention about the odds, my biggest odds for my betslip is 20x and the lowest that I've got is 5x for the latest special bet. It sure is keep going down , glad that I managed to take few good bets at the start of these special offer
Heh, yeah well I've taken almost all of the countdown specials, so that is something like 14/15 already? Didn't count but also some small accas. I rarely make very early bets but sometimes you sniff out really good value early on before bookie odds swing from punting interest, yeah it's more like gambles, but with deep squads and chance also as likely to affect other things... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) And that's just on EURO =P

My Perfect Bitcoin Proof of Stake with a 30 second block speed ~37 billion coins All Transactions at a fixed rate All Transactions Processed Sequentially An extremely low interest rate 5% or lower All Transaction fees destroyed to offset new coins created. No smart contracts feature to avoid blockchain bloat ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) This is Exactly what i was looking for. BRAVO. Nailed it!!! I can understand why a lot of people want their Bitcoin fast -- hence BCH and all those ugly halfspawn. But why on earth expand the supply by almost 80%? That part I don't get. Fixed rate transactions? Sequential? Interest rate? Man you really have not paid attention to the altcoin space and what they've been attempting (and failing) all this while to fix in terms of tokenomics huh.

Was too late to take this one, but yeah, another friendly with penalty goals, incredibly low corners and just the one yellow card (according to livescores as I can't really get good stats on this). Good to flush out all these low pushes from our system before the real proper games come out eh? But maybe World Cup qualifiers or Brazil Serie A or some this week? Maybe even MLS? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Nothing exciting from today's games, except confirmation that Caucasus teams like Georgia still have a long way to go before readying themselves in four years' time for the next Euro, getting thrashed by a proper team in a friendly;) But Greece been scoring in last few games, hm? That is part of the game: we are at the end of the season and these players are worn out by countless games since August 2020. I think it is absolutely normal that players are now more prone to get injured. These guys are tired, it is the end of the season, what else do you expect?
Mmhmm. Which is the whole point of the discussion surrounding playing these players in friendlies, isn't it? Anyway, more than enough said;)

Saving some of my balance until the last day as well. Hoping to snatch some of these generous promotions, I'd take anything with a moneyback offer though
Hoping it doesn't become 4/1, 3/1, and 2/1. I love them big odds but the payout's been following the countdown so far, except maybe the final day we see something really big;) Or not, doesn't matter. Already have over 20 bets now that'll be locked in for weeks! So the main issue is most of these bets are group stages bet, in case of moneyback does this bet settled right after the group stages ended or the entire Euro ended?
SB tends to settle really quick. Another reason I don't mind group stages settlement so we get money back (or wins heh) to go big on the KO stages! It'll probably get a bit duller after group in terms of goals but hoping to be surprised;)
