I has been waiting 36 hours my withdraw, i join to the site, contact support and they told me i have to wait 48 hours more, then they cancel the withdraw and i have to wait don't know how long... I don't know why they are holding my 0.03 btc withdraw

Betcoin Robert left the chat 1.- They have no reason to hold 3 days the money, if you want to hold users money, then pay them intesrest; Money + Time = Interest.
2.- They cancel my withdraw and i never request that.
3.- The support hang me on the chat.
Really bad support and holding founds for no reason... what a great site.
And i want to be clear, this is not about money i'm holding a nice amount of btc now and that 0.03 don't make much difference.
This is about a site who think they can fuck his customers and they will keep the silence.

and when i try to get support i got this:
Two or three different times at different casinos I won a fair amount of money and wanted to cash out but most do not allow you to cash out minus the bonus. So basically they have always only hurt me rather than me benefit from them.
