I believe both of them are risky because you will bet your money with something that you are not sure about winning. The only difference is that in gambling if you lose you lose in trading if you are on lose and you do not sell your holdings then you still got the chance to wait for your money to come back to its value.

At first, it's really for fun even if you lose or win but when you won a big amount in the middle of your play, everything becomes serious and you play it now for profit.

We do have our own limits but most of the addicted ones they don't know on how they'll take those limits. Play gambling in one place with family member will be very rare to see here in my place. We prefer to hide this habit from our relatives. well you should consider a lot of things, hard work, sleepless nights and a lot of risk. but i think the most important is to have right team around you.
