Hello all, Its been a year and all I can say is that was fun staying here. Learning some stuff while earning is good. I can say that being here changed my perspective on technology especially on blockchain. Even though my rank doesn't advance since then, It's okay, and what is more important are the knowledge I learn here. It's not about you're rank here to be proven good on something. Still to early to give up with the merit system, actually I like it. This proves my capacity still need more knowledge more here in forum and I can say I'll continue to debate, argue, and help others.
Now, I will continue what I started here and promise to improve. Before, I reached two years stay here, I will do everything to help others. Happy Anniversary to me!

Hello everyone, I know that eth will resort to add PoS staking method on their platform. Hence said, will the team give up on PoW cause this is what power their mining part on their network. Or they will totally shift to PoS. From what I understand, they will only add this consensus but still will use PoW to maintain both mining and staking. Could this be possible? Or should I say, am I right with my statement?
I've been delighted to discuss this topic to all visionary and tech genius out there. I'm really fond of ethereum project and will support them until the end. Hopefully someone can discuss here what will happen next for ethereum. I'm not talking about price speculation but rather tech development. Thanks

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper
During the first coin introduced does bitcoin have whitepaper? Im just curious but as far as I know they don't have but only introductions of the coin. If anyone knows that there is, I appreciate if you can share here. But as of today, ICOs without ICO isnt sure to be legit, this the new standard now when it comes to ICO but maybe before it isn't since no one really paying attention to it. It just now that providing whitepaper is necessary since lots of scam projects are spreading and Government is being alarmed by this kind of incidents. I think Bitcoin ETF sits on a 50/50 chance to be approved yet but there's still a glimpse of light shining as one of the Commissioner Hester Peirce in favor of it, in a sense that she likes to open on US an nnovation approach that could contribute to greater development. The new member of the commissioner dissent the decision of rejection of Winklevoss Bitcoin ETF with a 3 to 1 vote, stating that the rejection isnt fair and over jurisdiction since they only looked on the possible outcome that price will be manipulated. Quoted from Her interviewed “I think we have an important role to play telling the United States and the world that our capital markets are open to innovation,” said Peirce. “And that’s what sort of drove my dissent last week and what really drove me to come back to the agency as a commissioner. ” There's no timeline when the voting will commence and not sure if its on the middle of 2018 maybe early 2019. Hi everyone, I've been amazed with the introduction of this exchange that will open on the third quarter of this year named Shardax. I don't know if there are working exchanges that does this already. I know staking is usually done on support wallet which a certain asset you hold gains percentage income from a certain period of time by holding it. So if youre gonna hold tokens inside of an exchange while still on the order book and you will gain some of it, I think this exchange if succesful will be mainstream and the idea is quite amazing. I want to check a lot of details about this concept of them but it seems the website are only limited to subjective topics and no explanation yet on how this idea will work. Hello everyone have you heard of skillchain project? They are now on their token sale and they have a partnership with eidoo wallet through icoengine. This project main objective is to make a platform that will cater the educational aspect such as imposing school or tutorial lesson for those who have skills and patronized transparent job opportunity for all. They just have release their 0.1 prototype platform. Ive been digging some stuff on which gain most advantage consensus protocol for blockchain. We all know that the first generation blockchain utilize the used of Proof-Of-Work (PoW) this is common but to maintain this is needing a huge source of power and high quality equipment to complete transaction but still imitate by a lot of new conceptualize coin being introduced. Next to this, is the PoS (Proof-Of-Stake) which given you an opportunity to acquire coins based on the asset you hold which literally called stake. This is more cost effective if you will compared with PoW.
