7581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japanese Internet Giant GMO is Launching a New Bitcoin Exchange on: May 10, 2017, 03:09:31 PM
We should probably expect more exchanges to open in Japan after regulating it now. Its also nice that more exchanges are opening, we don't want to Chinese whales to hold most of the funds and manipulate the market as they wish to, I believe that stopping withdrawals on the Chinese exchange can be looked positively.
7582  Economy / Securities / Re: Mycelium Crowdsale , Are you investing ? on: May 10, 2017, 01:45:40 PM
Any news about adding MT to exchange, or wallet update?

They are currently working on Colu integration (so people could store their MT in Mycelium wallet) and also SPV wallet so you can connect to your servers If you wish to, those are a very major updates so It could take sometime. As for the exchanges, I only know that Its currently accepted on BitSquare at the moment and I'm not sure about future plans.
7583  Other / MultiBit / Re: Multibit unconfirmed for days.. Not updating spendable balance on: May 10, 2017, 05:16:14 AM
Multibit Classic is no longer being updated so It's better to switch to another wallet where fees are calculated as should be. In the meantime, you can send your transaction to ViaBTC: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ . There is an hourly limit though, and with a lot of transaction being unconfirmed lately due to a spam attack probably, you will need to check every a few minutes to send your transaction there.

Okay thanks for the feedback. I'll give them a try. Can someone recommend a wallet where I can take my public and private key to from multibit? I like to keep my BTC address as invested in a crowdsale. Any feedback would be great!
Thanks,
Brian

I know that Bitcoin Core allow doing so, I'm not sure about Electrum and other SPV wallets. I guess It allow importing private keys too but you will need to print them later because the seed provided by electrum won't include imported addresses while trying to recover your wallet.

How low can you go for Euro truck Simulator 2 (If you can get the game) ? I may need the game in 1-2 days If possible.
I already have it Smiley. 6 Bucks for the Gold Edition with the "Go East" Expansion. Is that ok?

That definitely fits me, I will be contacting you in the next 24-48 hours to confirm the order If you don't mind. I hope you could keep one key for me, thx.

They tweeted about this a few minutes ago, they are trying to fix the issue: https://twitter.com/krakenfx/status/861587544911208448 and they had some DDOS attack previously.
7588  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What exchange to join? on: May 08, 2017, 02:31:39 PM
Poloniex basically killed the competition, Its the best and I wouldn't use any other exchange beside it. You don't need to verify any information's as long as you don't bypass a daily withdrawal limit of 2000$. Its mostly a BTC/Alts exchange so If you are looking for buy bitcoins using fiat, you may want to search for another exchange.

Thats cool, but I heard the best for kraken.. what makes you think like that about poloniex?

Also BTC/Alts is OK, but fees eat me here...I need to buy BTC locally at 7% fee...

Poloniex have most of the funds on cold storage means even If they get hacked, no real damage will happen. The website comes with both white and dark themes and the UI/UX is awesome, they are the #1 when It comes to trading volume which makes it even more trustworthy and support a lot of coins, moderators are always available in the Trollbox to answer your questions, and you don't have to verify your ID as I said. You can see the coins that you can trade here[1][2] for both exchanges.

7590  Other / New forum software / Re: Beta.bitcointalk.org is back to work on: May 08, 2017, 09:09:50 AM
Looks good and promising. Can't wait for the launch. Right now it's very difficult to read (not to mention posting) when you are on smartphone or small screen tablets. Looks like we are getting there anytime soon?

Anytime soon? I doubt it. We are waiting since long time, theymos added a message to the news a few weeks ago about changing our passwords and controlling our accounts in order to use the new forum software but It got removed, so I guess they are facing other issues.

If we speak about the design, then I believe It's far from being finished. I personally lost hope and I'm no longer waiting the new software, the development is simply not active enough. I reported a few simple bugs long time ago and until now, they are not fixed.
7591  Economy / Digital goods / Re: SELL GIFT CARD TYPES .Walmart,SAMSCLUB,AMAZON,ITUNES, TARGET .............? on: May 08, 2017, 07:41:41 AM
Do you have any Ralph Lauren, Nike U.S or Amazon.com gift cards for sale? If yes, what are the rates.
7592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: May 08, 2017, 06:36:47 AM
ATMs and credit cards both have fees (I believe you are joking). It may have zero confirmation time but It's possible to chargeback and get scammed. Lightning Network should give us the ability to make micro-payments and without waiting for confirmations too. Banks control your money, you don't. I see no reason on why fiat is better than bitcoin.
7593  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Mycelium Bitcoin Wallet on: May 08, 2017, 05:43:09 AM
what can i do with my 1 mycelium token? where can i trade it?

You could find buyers on the Telegram group they have. Mycelium tokens are only being sold on BitSquare exchange right now (which is a decentralized exchange): https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/mt/markets/BTC
The tokens lost a lot of value, It's probably better to hold right now and see how things goes with the new update and how valuable they would become.
7594  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex verification. over a month? on: May 08, 2017, 05:21:38 AM
The moderators can't help you in that case, they don't have access to such sensitive information's. The system that verifies the documents is automatic from what I understood, so you should make sure that everything is clear on the pictures you sent and check the given measures: https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000244879-my-profile-never-gets-verified

7595  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info giving API keys again on: May 08, 2017, 05:01:40 AM
Seems strange to me. Would a professional service just remove some pages and leave broken links on their page? ^^

Probably not, but I no longer consider Blockchain.info as a professional service anyway. They are only getting worst and worst with each modification they make to their wallet and services.
7596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Macron supporting bitcoin? what does it mean for us? on: May 08, 2017, 04:39:47 AM
There is this new picture around the internet about the new French president holding a Ledger Blue (which is bitcoin hardware wallet).

I doubt Its fake because It was posted by Ledger themselves (on Twitter) and since they are based on Paris, I believe It somehow make sense. So, what does it mean for us and can we expect some rules that could help boost bitcoin? I know that some might say that he is just a corrupt president trying to hide stuff using bitcoin.

7598  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats the best exchange for Alt coins in the UK (with GBP)? on: May 07, 2017, 01:50:46 PM
The poloniex exchange is the best IMO. You can't do this though (usually), you should first buy bitcoins and trade your BTC for altcoins. The wallet depends on the altcoin of course so I can't give you anything specific since you didn't mention which Alt you are planning to invest in but yes, I confirm that your method is correct.
7599  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tether.to trading is dead? on: May 07, 2017, 01:35:17 PM
I doubt It has anything to do with the Bitfinex issue, I checked the news sites, It seems like there are no news about this subject but the price started increasing in the last 24h (currently ~0.96$)
