Congrats about submitting the law draft in parliament - that is a huge step forward! My question is: I'm participating in the signature bounty and my level has just changed from "member" to "full member". Will I be receiving more stakes starting next week, or do we all finish the campaign at same level at which we were at the beginning of it? I can't find anything regarding that situation in the bounty rules. Thanks!

where do I store my BTC before the fork?
Bitfinex, coinbase wallet who support the fork?

I suggest you to store it on your own wallet where you control the private key, so you can redeem the BTC Gold straight away. And what exactly will happen if you store it in the exchange? I'm new in this one (wasn't here for the last fork - that much new) but I do understand the whole blockchain tech and the "fork" duplicating of the chain in accordance to the snapshot taken at a precise moment. Does it mean that only exchanges that use real addresses for the users' wallets will be "snapshot" during the fork, but only those who decide to list the newly created currency on their market will provide their users with new wallets (with the duplicated addresses) in which they will be able to see their new currency? Or these newly created wallets for the new currency will have no connection to the addresses of the existing users' BTC wallets, so they won't be able to get access to their funds (that still exist at the address on the new chain, but could be approached only by the stuff of the exchange)? what happen with your bounty platform? I don't see my activity have been counted  Activities are calculated and rewarded every Saturday, it's mentioned in the bounty propositions: "Stake distribution will occur every week on Saturdays" :-) |

U parlamentu Ukrajine razmatra se predlog zakona kojim će se pravno ozvaničiti sve transakcije u kripto-valutama!
Portal Ain.ua javlja da je prvi nacrt zakona kojim će se legalizovati sve transakcije u kripto-valutama u Ukrajini u ponedeljak predat parlamentu na razmatranje. Inicijativu za usvajanje zakona pokrenula je grupa poslanika u saradnji sa Ukrajinskim udruženjem za blockchain tehnologije, kopačima digitalnih ruda i trgovačkim platformama, a zakon bi podrazumevao da kripto-valute, uključujući i bitcoin, budu proglašene legalnim vlasništvom koje može da bude razmenjivano za druga dobra i usluge.
„Dokument je zasad previše kratak i sigurno će biti potrebno doraditi ga. U svakom slučaju, u njemu su predložene zakonske definicije osnovne terminologije koja se odnosi na ovo tržište, kao i određena pravila u skladu s kojima bi u Ukrajini bilo moguće legalno i u skladu sa zakonom kopati kripto-valute. Osnovna ideja koja je zastupljena u ovom predlogu je ta da se u skladu s njim kripto-valute ne smatraju sredstvom plaćanja već vlasništvom koje je moguće zameniti za druga dobra i usluge.“
U prvom delu zakona definisani su pojmovi kripto-valuta, menjačnica, transakcija, blockchain lanaca, kao i vlasnika i kopača kripto-valuta. No, čini se da za sada nije uvrštena definicija ICO kampanja. U skladu s ovim predlogom, trebalo bi da Narodna banka Ukrajine postane regulatorno telo za tržište kripto-valuta unutar zemlje. Tom smislu predloženo je da ova centralna banka razvije operativne procedure za berze kripto-valuta.
Zakon prdlaže i to da bi vlasnici kripto-valuta imali pravo da biraju način na koji će trošiti svoju imovinu, uključujući i razmenu te imovine za druge digitalne valute, elektronski novac, fiat valute, dobra ili usluge. Na kripto-valute bi se primenjivala ista pravila kao i na privatno vlasništvo i barter sistem direktne razmene roba ili usluga.
S druge strane, Narodna banka Ukrajine još uvek nije odlučila na koji način će regulisati digitalne valute. Šef projekata i programa odeljenja za otvorena tržišta u banci, Amal Bakhtar, prošle nedelje je izjavio da Ukrajina prati a koji način će se druge države, uključujući i EU, odnositi prema kripto-valutama. Naveo je da se različite zemlje prema ovom segmentu tržišta ponašaju na različite načine, te da ih „neke zabranjuju, neke regulišu zakonima, a neke uopšte ne obraćaju pažnju na njih“.

I don't really understand the terms of this bounty, if someone care to explain me, please: If I understood correctly for the translation of the white paper, for example, one would get 500 dollars for 43 pages? I don't understand the rules for the translation bounty and the spreadsheet itself? Does the "approved" sign in the spreadsheet mean that a participant is accepted as a translator for a certain language, or that he has delivered the translation? Thanks, and please clarify! |

1. In the light of the recent events: where is your main company based (under what jurisdiction - I cant find any address anywhere)? I see that you have lots of Russian guys and girls in the team, but are you from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus or any other ex Soviet Republic (meaning, will the regulations in your jurisdiction permit ICO campaign business in the near future?)
2. You don't plan to reserve some share of the funds gathered during the ICO for the "Buyback" option, but it will be generated exclusively from the net profit of the future business operations?

Thanks for interst in us! 1. 1. Yes, we are from Russia. Right now we don't have any office for Fidcom exclusively. For now we are working from the teammate's office. We will rent an office only after the end of ICO. 2. No, of course we will direct all gathering funds only to company development. For buyback we will use only net profit (50% of net profit is for buyback and remaint 50% is for company development). This is our commitment to investors. Thanks again! Thanks for the answer! So, what do Crypto-people in Russia think about this ban of the ICO campaigns that is happening in the East? I have an impression that Russian government doesn't bother itself much with that?
