Not all DeFi projects are booming too, it's just as if investors know where to put their money now compare to past years and fortunately this is a good thing overall, once bear market starts many shitcoins will seize to exists

Im glad they moved to BSC because now decentralized exchange on Ethereum are now only being used by people who has deep pockets.
Its a terrible feeling when your transactions on 1inch and uniswap gets rejected because of the sudden gas increase and then your balance gets deducted without getting any benefit from it..

Tons of worthless NFT out there some of these companies will sell you overpriced items and you will end up trying to find a buyer for it.
Tons of gaming companies are making crappy games to make a quick buck from people that are very new or has a little knowledge in the space of the NFT market.

Don't get baited out for those NFT that are being bidded in opensea market some of those are fake bids.
