2 billion $ worth of bitcoin options expire tomorrow. Are we likely to see a further dump to around $44,000?
At the end of the day, we don't know what the market is going to do. I think the last time I commented on something like that (options expiring), it didn't have much of an impact on the price. We can think it is more likely that it may draw down the price, or make it go up, but Mr. (Bitcoin) Market is smarter than us. I have the market down as a bitch |

Here's what's covered:
Unauthorised withdrawal of funds
Example: You are caught by a phishing attack, and scammers access your account without authorization, to withdraw your funds.
Here's what's not covered:
Incorrect transactions
Example: You sent crypto using the wrong email address or public key and can't recover your funds. Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are non-reversible. Please see terms below - this isn’t covered as there is no unauthorised access to your account.
Buying, selling or sending crypto
The guarantee only covers unauthorized activity. If you buy, sell, convert, or send crypto using your account and then you regret it, we can’t reverse your transaction or cover losses. Example: You are convinced by a fraudster to send funds to them.
Loss of profits
To be eligible for reimbursement, funds have to have left your account. Example: Hackers access your account and convert your BTC into ETH, which subsequently drops in value. This isn’t covered as the funds haven’t been removed from your Coinbase account.
