What this mean: Dao Playmarket 2.0? They had 1.0 version also?
Maybe it means the Google play market is 1.0 , the Dao Play market is the 2.0 version. Yes, you are right! Googleplay is 1.0 and our project is DAO PlayMarket 2.0 Don't you guys afraid of legal issues about this? They can sue you and they can show this post as a proof also. I don't think that Google would want to sue some small company because they are comparing themselves to their trade mark

I saw a documentation about the problems of small cafes and restaurants. They have to pay high fees for the use of card terminals etc. So some of them only accept cash, but that means less clients. Maybe this project could solve the problem I'll tell you more. Business owners hate credit cards here Pay crypto and save 10% How do you like it? That is an awesome idea! Pay crypto and save 10% But I got this feeling that restaurant owners would not want crypto, because of the price changes. Maybe in the future they will Bear in mind that if some customers would pay you for meal 30$ in July 2017 in November 2017 this amount of BTC would be worth 100$

I seen on your road map: 2017 Q4: Access to exchanges: Cryptopia, Evercoin and Coinexchange What about other biggest exchanges? They will come in some time. But it is good that they already making arrangements for exchanges. By the way, even if they make a deal with bittrex or poloniex they can't announce it because of their own rules. Thanx, I was asking about exchanges. But this is road map and not really an announcement right? And what rules are you referring to? Is it not allowed to announce being listed on an exchange? Most of crypto projects tries to get their tokens at exchanges like bittrex / yobit

Fortunately, we already have Japan as a starting point, now we would go for Asia, the platform will be ready early, so the value of the token will rise fast, then consolidate and demand will be steady the more the platform is online, this will be really HUGE . SK Planet Japan is also active in Korea. But you may be underestimating the size of Japan. There are 127 million Japanese citizens. I do not know how many stores they have in total, but in this article 260,000 stores will accept Bitcoin. SK Planet has a network of 170,000 stores. So there are at least 90,000 more stores in Japan they can expand to. Really excited to see how this will turn out in Japan. If it will be successful, Im sure this will also be huge for the crypto community. Japan, Soth Korea and Asian crptomarket looks very promising now Yep and people in these markets love New technologies and cryptocurrencies

That's amazing they raised somewhere 16.5m $ in ico such a short time with this market conditions.
Regardless how bad the market is good projects always find a way to get success.
Their performance is really impressive. I'm curious what will happen after listing Utrust on exchanges

In my opinion SOMA need to ask specifically to the people who has invested so far. Maybe send a pool through mail
That would be a great idea! There are many people who didn't invest even more than one cent but they're voting

This project seems like a good attempt to break into what is a very monopolised environment. Censorship-resistance is becoming more relevant and in people's minds (although not enough yet) because of all the censoring that is being done not only for apps but for online content in general (videos, news articles, search results, etc).
I had a question. Is there anything to incentivize people to have the token other than just any potential price rises? eg. any rewards for holding/staking?
Exactly, Google play store is monopolist at this moment which of course isn't a good thing

This project showcases one of the best use case for blockchain technology and restaurants who will not embrace this platform will falter Actually you are right. Crypto-terminal will give restaurant owners advantage among others and make his service much more competitive Yeah. The main benefit for adoption of this platform by restaurants will be an increase in sales / revenue, and that will be the ultimate goal for every entrepreneur. yes, i think that small and big buiseness restaurants will profit the most from this outcome of the token. it will generate more revenue for them. This is the best part of this project. I just can't wait to ico!

What crypto do you accept in your project?
atm they only accept ETH as payment for the token sale, you can read it here: https://soma.co/token-sale/go for it If you don't have any ETH you can use some exchange like shapeshift

They made softcap!! Woehoe! Great news
Now all the other fundings are just extra's :p Congratz team
Just extras? Any ideas what they will do with the extra money beyond the soft cap? 40% of the funds are going into engineering and development. If they reached the soft cap then they should have enough to develop the platform. Does it make sense to allocate even more money to it? I think this money will be for adversiting and marketing mostly. Its also important part in this business. Imho, it would be favorable for any startup to have extra capital that will be used to hasten the product development, expand marketing and meet its road map goals without any set backs. Extra capital is very important! It can be used for legal advice, marketing and so much more! I'm just so excited because now they have the funding to develop this system because this is very needed in the crypto community. They need money for marketing campaings and to forg new partnerships. It's not the same to put your product in a small store than in a big one (like ebay, amazon,...) Exactly - more money for marketing purposes means more people and more potential customers

Well someone else has to buy those high end rigs to provide computing power, no?
Miners already has those rigs So nobody has to buy anything. Miners will make much more money for providing gpu power then when they are mining with the gpu's. Have there been any figures released by Playkey to support that claim (that miners will make more money providing gpu power rather than mining other crypto)? It sounds a bit too good to be true, and I would think that in reality, it will depend on whether there is an undersupply of GPU power on the network, and on the current mining profitability of other coins. Also, wouldn't the Playkey miners also have to make sure that they have the other decent components required to run the game (eg. CPU, RAM, HD)? so some people that have been mining other cryptos (which usually only need decent gpu and some ram) might have to buy other components to run the games properly. Majority (especially big miners) would stay with mining ETH and other alt coins. Anyway if you have top quality gpu you can bought mediocre cpu and rent your pc

Is there a confirmation about listing of Gatcoin on the Coss exchange? I checked their website https://exchange.coss.io but I could not find anything Ive never heard of this exchange. Volumes seem low too. I would advise for Coins to try to get listed on small exchanges, they are exposing the GATcoin users to counterparty risks of the exchanges. Many small exchanges have disappeared over the years. Nevrr keep coins on exchanges people, especially small exchanges Coss was a pretty big ICO a few months ago. Glad they're on the market Yes. I remember this also, they are still very young but they have potential. I remember this as a fintech project from MIT. It's great to see new blockchain products use the older ones which have just come available. Let's build this together. I've seen a lot of person reccomending to invest in this Coss. COuld be a big thing in the next months to come. I must admit that I only first heard about Coss from this thread. But if it is what it claims to be, then it could grow in significance. They didn't have enough marketing to promote their ICO and that was the main problem

i see myself using playkey when my computer cant handle new games that require better specs and i just don't want to upgrade my computer just to play 1 game
I heard that in the future the company plans to produce cheap and productive consoles. It's impressive Right! We are trying to decide, android or linux. For sure Linux, much more possibilities in my opinion. Android is nice, but you have a lot of limitations.. As far as I know android is just Linux distribution and they're aiming to support Android TV devices

Well, I want to ask to FIEX about closed beta, it's only for token holders or anyone can apply (and only some will be selected of course, with "anyone" I mean, crypto devs, crypto influencers etc...) when it will be released?
Our team is now focusing to develop Android and web version of Soma marketplace. We will keep our community updated regarding the progress of our development. The closed beta will not only be for token holders. Everyone will be able to join this beta. The team is aiming to release the beta in December. You have to apply as beta tester on the website of SOMA (feature will be added when we are closer to the release of the beta). Good to hear that they haven't forgotten about the Android users among us. Looking forward to taking a glance at the Android app and test it. Ok FIEX thanks for the answer, I will apply for sure (if closed beta will be on android as well). And thanks for your work, we asked millions questions before but now we have someone who answers Finally some competent person! Thanks for your answers FIEX

I am impressed by the DAO Playmarket team, around 20 people with divers background. Their names are unique tho, what country are you based?
Hello! We are from Russia, Tomsk Russia seems to be really active in ICOs right now. I have access to some private blockchain events and half the people are russian Russians was always more tech savvy than Europeans, especially in crypto space

I'm still not quite following how reOrder will improve on the POS systems that a lot of restaurants use currently? Can anyone elaborate?

Great news about unsold tokens. This will give more value for tokens what you mean? are they will burn token? and, what can make token more valuable? Yes, they said, that they will burn all unsold tokens. Yes, less quantity tokens = more value per token In other words less supply =higher demand =higher price of token
