I have only 0.5 MH/s with Ryzen 1600...
So there is no sense to mine this coin on CPU any more...

As I understand correctly, this mainnet will be 3rd Dero blockchain?
I mined Dero in January and didn't use wallet since that time...
Should I do something special to migrate that very old wallet to new mainnet?
Maybe I should migrate it to current blockchain at first?

Is there any advantages of mining this on GPU in comparison with CPU?
Initially our idea was CPU only. But then another member of the community developed the GPU. Does GPU miner give much more hashes then CPU miner? For example, does GeForce 1060 give more hashes then Ryzen 1600? I can't test it myself because I don't have Nvidia GPU... Investing in crypto is always risky...
But now it's good time to buy altcoins.
To minimize risks you should invest only amount of money that you not afraid to lose...

When my coin increased 40%, I do nothing.
When it makes 200%, sometimes I sell small amount... maybe 10%...
But 200% is very little for me... Usually, I wait for 400%, but even in this case I don't sell all coins...

It seems nobody has the answer when price stop falling I bough a week ago and though this is the bottom line but that is really hard to know where is that level where it will get stable and than start recovering.
Of course nobody has no answer where is the bottom line when all crypto market is falling... But I think It's a very good time to buy now. And we will see the price more then $20 when the markets will become green... |

The answer for that question is NO bitcoin gold is a proven scam with huge premined coins controlled only by development team so we are waiting to see new dump to 10 $ soon . i was very active to warn traders here to stay away even for a while but many saw that FUDs
I don't think it's a scam... I mine BTG because it is profitable and I don't want to sell it for current low price... I hope we will see big pumps when crypto market will become green... |

Every time when new ASICs for popular GPU algorithms come on to the markets - new ASIC resistant algos appear.
So I think GPU mining will die only if crypto will die...

I think safest ERC20 wallet is software offline MEW.
Use your private keys and generate transactions on the offline PC only and send those generated transactions on the other online computer.
Since your PKs are offline all the time, they can't be stolen...
