762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin of America Expands to 600+ ATMs on: February 05, 2021, 11:10:52 PM
Good news for bitcoin and crypto users for the installation of ATM by Bitcoin of America, contributing to the expansion of their services.

According to this article on Wikipedia:

United States

By August, 2020, the number of crypto ATMs had more than tripled, to over 9,000.

Recall that the year 2020 has been a momentum for bitcoin in the American market, the announcement of Paypal adding bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in its services and the American corporations that joined and continue to do so.
There is a new awakening for bitcoin in the USA with the idea of promoting the development of new technologies.

763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing the Bitcoin on: February 05, 2021, 10:28:59 PM
What a coincidence I also have the same experience, I have shared with some people with the enthusiasm that characterizes me that I can provide my knowledge for them to join bitcoin and the answer is almost nil. I do not know if it is due to risk, ignorance and lack of interest because the information is on the internet.

You may be right people have to find out for themselves.
We can also add that after our families and friends there are social communities. If anyone does not hear about a crypto community and does not belong to it and is not curious to know what it is, they will be on the sidelines.
764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Basic questions on: February 05, 2021, 09:37:07 PM
I do not have a Coinpayment account, I just saw the website and it is difficult for a beginner because it is not intuitive. I understand why P2P exchanges are so useful today. So people new to bitcoin can buy their coins, quickly, easily and safely.

I would recommend that OP try to buy bitcoin on these local exchanges. Think of Binance, it supports a large number of currencies.

Returning again with Coinpayment, any user who correctly follows the steps to buy bitcoin should have their coin, you just have to be patient and wait. If time has passed then you should ask for support and state the facts.

In the future, it is important to consider buying bitcoin on reputable exchange platforms.

765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Way to Carry Your Seed When Traveling Or Moving Abroad? on: February 05, 2021, 08:21:08 PM
So is! it is important to have safe seeds in various places in the home. I would have several copies and not explicitly as preventive measures if one is lost.
If I am going to travel I would keep the camouflaged seed in my travel books. Although the safest thing is that I have the funds for the trip in crypyo and Fiat in another wallet either in a P2P exchange and always keeping my wallet in a safe place at home.
I am also a bit jealous and discreet with my portfolios.
766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL ₿itcoin for Life, not for Lifetime. on: February 05, 2021, 06:18:11 AM
I have thought with my bitcoin HODL for Life for the education of my youngest nephews.
Although if I decided to have my own business also HODL for Life bitcoin because I would be giving use cases to the coin.
Let's take as an example that there are of course many who decided to join bitcoin, Tahinis Restaurants in London Ontario Canada.

767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The day I entered the bitcoin market.... on: February 05, 2021, 05:24:29 AM
The official launch of Bitcoin occurred on January 3, 2009. From that date until now the mission of bitcoin has reached people who have believed in the network.
Resulting in a change in their lives, anyone can participate and invest, there is no distinction of any kind and opportunities are open to everyone.

How easy it was for OP to get into bitcoin is some of the reasons why it dominates the crypto market.
Congratulations OP, for giving you the opportunity to know the benefits of using bitcoin.
768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin runs off the fumes of fiat. on: February 05, 2021, 03:35:09 AM
I think the opposite. If I buy bitcoin with all the fiat I own. I am giving up the banking system with all its services, I am saving and protecting my money in bitcoin.
The banking system is obsolete, the needs of users have become more acute in this time of pandemic. So institutions and corporations are getting by investing in bitcoin as a reliable store of value.
769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Those who regret not buying bitcoin before, this is your chance, buy it now. on: February 03, 2021, 11:30:27 PM
Although the current price of bitcoin is high, there is still time to invest if you think of bitcoin as a long-term investment. Because in this new stage of bitcoin it is preferable to have it in your portfolio.

There is a huge movement that is joining Bitcoin and the call is for corporations to join the network.
If today it seems expensive to invest tomorrow, it may be even more expensive and we will have lost a magnificent opportunity.
Today I am very optimistic about the latest news about Visa. 👇

Quote
Visa is launching an API that will allow every bank customer to offer Bitcoin through their existing services.

The API is in partnership with Anchorage.

Game changer.

770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I always return to Bitcoin on: February 03, 2021, 01:51:50 AM
Thanks for sharing your experience, OP.
It reminded me that I saw on Twitter someone who shared a tweet about bitcoin when its price was $ 500 in 2014. The tweet invited to buy bitcoin I had skepticism and it took three years for me to realize that bitcoin it was revolutionizing around the world.

They were years of absence because I was away from the crypto communities. Definitely social networks have given a great contribution by spreading about bitcoin and the growth of the crypto space.
771  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie bitcoin question on: February 02, 2021, 10:32:28 PM
If you have the need to sell your bitcoin and you have no alternative, I would recommend that you sell a (%) and convert it into an altcoins. For every time you need fiat, trade just for your needs. That way you would not sell your bitcoin and you would keep your assets in cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin is showing its maturity, its volatility is decreasing, so we can see that its price remains in the 30 K range.
772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an investment on: January 30, 2021, 11:53:04 PM
I would answer you with this tweet.

Quote
If you owned the most desirable asset in the universe, why would you ever sell it?

Michael Saylor

I would also congratulate you on your investment, that's the message. There is money to spend and also money to invest or save for some. Because not all of us have the same ability to accumulate monetary wealth.

I prefer bitcoin and crypto to be able to live my life amidst the inflation that affects my country. So bitcoin and crypto is my lifeline for savings that will serve the youngest members of my family. That is my highest priority and in which I believe and for which I am sure that it makes me walk on the right path.
773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Altcoin's loss become Bitcoin's gain? on: January 30, 2021, 11:35:31 PM
That vision is correct, coolcoinz.
It is the behavior that we have noticed about Ethereum, it is also evident that in the network there has been a proliferation of farming, staking, AYI projects that make capital go to them. But as long as bitcoin continues its bull run there is a promising future for bitcoiners. As it is also true that correlations cause the prices of altcoins to fall because bitcoin continues to lead the market dominance.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin prepaid/debit cards on: January 30, 2021, 11:15:39 PM
If you live in the European Union, this prepaid card may interest you.
I think the cost for the prepaid card is 31% a lower commission than the one you found.

It is interesting that you have opened this thread because it is useful to know the alternatives that exist when requesting prepaid cryptocurrency cards.
Bitpay looks like a good card for its low fees.

775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High possibility major governments will BAN Bitcoin in the near future on: January 30, 2021, 10:25:30 PM
A scenario as dramatic as OP paints it I don't think it's possible. The crypto community, social groups, and people in general are armed with knowledge, ideals, and truth. It is what we have noticed in recent days. GameStop was the great trigger that centralism demonstrated by trying to squeeze its tentacles and oppress the minority. But there is freedom and free thoughts that quickly reacted.

A brief description of the ideals that we defend by the most recent facts. Take a look at this tweet.

776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4 investment strategies to make Bitcoin less stressful on: January 30, 2021, 09:58:31 PM
"Don't borrow to buy btc."

There are different opinions on this. It is always good to buy when the price is low and if you can take all the risks.
Also this year is different from every bitcoin year. It has reached its maturity and a great expectation has been created that we will probably never see the price of bitcoin at its lowest levels again.

As we look at the other side of the coin. If risks are not taken there are no rewards.
777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interesting Data: Top bitcoin or cryptocurrency apps of certain countries on: January 30, 2021, 07:42:18 PM
I have downloaded most of the exchange apps that I usually operate. Binance was the first to download. Fortunately the experience has been good.
My recommendations is to always keep them updated in the same way as your preferred browser. When creating an account in them, keep your account completely safe.

For new ones, do login tests and close the account. Take a tour of the app's features. If you need technical support, read the help section of the exchanges. If you still need help contact technical support, they work 24/7.
Happy trading!

Here are some hilarious memes in retrospect of bitcoin and gold.

Happily we have awakened, thank God there is freedom. We can freely choose what we think is best for us.

By the way we are living a true revolution where we can raise our voices and break ties.

Bitcoin is our flag and we must not neglect it because it opened the beginning of this revolution, "The disruption of money."
779  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is INDIA going to BAN Bitcoin Again? on: January 30, 2021, 06:10:47 PM
I think that the Indian Parliament intends to protect their digital currency that has not yet been created and they are studying the regulatory framework for its execution.

According to what it reveals to Indian legislators, cryptocurrencies are bad for the country's economy. But it is good to create a digital currency as cryptocurrencies work, let's say a stablecoin for India.

It's like telling Indians not to buy a Tesla car because it is not made in India, buy a car made in India. It is absolute control over the population, the highest expression of centralization.
780  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin writes it's name in the world of sports. on: January 30, 2021, 02:04:28 PM
Enhorabuena! as the Spanish say.
Good for bitcoin, crypto community and the sports community.

This is an answer to how bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are penetrating the entire industry. So sports franchises are seeing the enormous potential in bitcoin and crypto.
I think this will be the beginning that more players start earning in bitcoin.
