We need to clarify that ELI and P2PS are NOT one company and in the near future are NOT going to become one company. These are two distinct entities following different jurisdictions. ELI is a client of P2PS that will use P2PS platform and tokens. Mr. Jameel A. Shariff is the co-founder and current CEO of ELI.

On the one hand Mr. Jameel was selected to head P2PS because of his extraordinary abilities, qualifications, experience including but not limited to handling multinational & multicultural teams as well as exposure to global markets and to different cultures. It was necessary for P2PS to have someone who is an extraordinary visionary with exceptional leadership qualities, dedicated to the success of the project.

On the other hand, Mr. Jameel is a strict administrator and directs work with uncommon zeal and motivation levels. His determination to get the right things done from the start and in the right manner is commendable. We as a team enjoy working with him due to his flexibility and understanding. However, when he sets rules he ensures they are not broken; not even by himself.

Thank you for asking. We are under the impression that it is when the soft cap is not met when such incidents take place. Please correct us if we are wrong.

However, in our case we are 50% through with our total target of liquidating 50% of total token allocation. Our hardcap was supposed to be achieved in more than one ICO phase as clearly written in the whitepaper. However, as announced sometime back, we seem to be in sight of our hardcap in this phase itself. Nevertheless, the bounty tokens have already been placed in escrow to be distributed a day after this first phase of the ICO finishes on 28 Feb 2018.
