i notice alot of members perticularly new members who are found out to be scammers are abusing the trust system some members leave a negative trust that has nothing to do with being a scammer or dishonest at all not sure what can actually be done to stop this just venting really

Update - I received a full refund. I dont know if he reversed the payments himself or paypal did it.

the problem is that if he waited days and the guy is a scammer by then he would have already taken the money out of the paypal account then the sender is stuck with nothing because paypal will not reimburse you from their own pocket they take the money back from the receivers account but if the receiver has no funds in their paypal account the account just goes negative and the sender is left with nothing ive had this happen to me before in the past i was just stuck with nothing
you can cash out with paypal in 30 seconds as soon as funds land so he would be in the same boat. If he was going to be scammed it would have happend as soon as he sent payment. so waiting 24 hours wouldnt have changed anything. you cannot if you using a paypal debit card there is a daily limit if you are sending funds to your bank it takes 2-3 days |
