well i left my 1 card mining for 6 hours. nothing showed up on tyhe pool. i got no shares.. i don't know what is wrong but i'm not able to mine this coin
As explained in the previous post you need to add x13modold for the algo to mine with amd using the sph-sgminer, unless someone else has a better suggestion. sgminer.exe -k x13modold -o stratum+tcp://kawaiipool.party:3633 -u yourwalletaddress -p x -I 18 -g 1 -w 512 That's what my bat looks like, give it a bash. Is it possible to set a max power drain for a GPU? I have a PC with a weak PSU but strong GPU, however it blackscreens whenever I tried to run a miner on it. I am pretty positive this is due to the GPU draining too much power, but do not know if I can do anything about this software-wise? Just lower the intensity using "-I" |

i'm using sph sgminer x13mod. r9 390 is showing around 5.1 mh/s
I got exactly the same with the fury x, that miner is over 3 years old so lack of support is probably the reason its has such low hash. Nvidia cards I believe are doing much better with either ccminer or sgminer. |

well i thought i would have a go at mining some onion. i have an r9 390 in my main pc. this is the bat file: setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 sgminer -k x13mod -o -o stratum+tcp://kawaiipool.party:3633 -u DcNFBtZtf9BKpZ2dm3CwZfV4379f6BPtQv -p x -I 20 i can see nothing wrong with the bat file but it opens the command line then shuts straight away. when i add pause it keeps saying unexpected extra commandlines?  ? driving me mad delete one of the -o before stratum oh, DER i can't believe i missed that i've been staring at this bloody bat file for an hour i just couldn't see it.lol. thanks Couldn't get sg miner to work with my fury x, had to resort to sph sgminer with "-x13modold" in the bat file to make it work, let me know if you have any success with amd hawaii based card using sgminer, if you don't mind can you also post your hash rate please. |

Question, does ONION support auto coin control for staking?
What happens when staking is that lots of very small amounts are generated (I got 0.001 ONION for staking 3 ONION or something like this). Lots of small inputs mean large transaction sizes (sending one pile of 10 ONION is a much smaller transaction size than sending 10000 piles of 0.001 each, as an extreme example).
Large transaction sizes mean high transaction fees and slow network.
To counteract this, either the user has to occasionally combine coin piles manually by sending themselves ONION, but this reset the coin age for staking, or the coin needs to support auto combining piles when staking.
I have seen both with other coins, and obviously auto coin control is much better.
EDIT: You can see your coin piles if you go to Options -> Display, check "Display coin control features", then go to send coins and click on Inputs
My coins are yet to stake its been sitting on "Expected time to earn rewards is 1 hour" ,but its been 1 hour for almost 2 days now, should I just let it sit and wait it out? . Are there any calculator or formula to calculate staking like Stratis have ? The current weight is 22 and network weight is 1207 |

I've created and printed a few already and will be distributing those to family and friends. I have also donated 1 onion to family and friends to attached the bumper sticker to their car and host the wallet on their pc. I hope the devs are ok with this. So this is not a Free Airdrop after all. The thread title is somehow misleading.
The dev is boasting that this is a Free Aidrop but in reality it is not. Better change it to signature and avatar campaign airdrop.
Free - without charge, free of charge, for nothing, without cost or payment.
That's the catch, you need to wear their signature to get free coins. Actually, it's a sig campaign. Paid by their coins after each period. Anyway, it's your own prerogative to participate or not. But the title should be changed - " Free Airdrop for those who participate in our Signature & Avatar Campaign." I think it is a free airdrop, and this is different from the normal signature campaign, because the normal signature campaign distribute 1-5% of the coin, while this one distribute almost all coins this way. Clearly giving out coins just freely without anything does not make sense to the development of the coin. The dev has the great idea by distributing the coin and at the same time those who receive them will help to promote the coins. So a strong community can be formed and help continue developing the coin. This is genius. For those who just want something free and then dump, I'd suggest them to find something else... I completely agree, to ensure the longevity of this coin a strong community is needed and the manner in which the distribution is being done will at least have some security in strong hands than to dump when it goes to exchange. The road map moving forward looks really interesting. |

Is someone else getting low hash rates with ccMiner? I am running 7 NVIDIA GefOrce GTX 1060 3GB and am only getting values about 50-60mh as a total on my Pool-Dashboard - which is about 100mh lower than my hashrate for other coins.
I think this is a normal figure. I use 1 x 1060 6Gb ~ 7,3Mh ;-) Im doing 5.3Mh on my 1050ti so could be right, which 1060 is that if you dont mind me asking? Im thinking of adding another card to my rig. |

Anybody around here using a msi 1070 aero itx, can get some at a good price, just want to know what hash rate and temps you guys get with Ethereum or Zcash mining . Btw are the mini cards any good in comparison with the bigger 1070's?
