I was almost sure I had filled this out, I did it last night before the Portugal game started, what could have gone wrong? To be sure my answers were still pre-loaded now when I tried to submit again, could it be I did not click submit? That is probably it cause the system will not make a singular mistake. I already submitted before reading this... is that a problem? When is the deadline for the payment?

Sometimes Google form asks you to confirm you want to use that specific account if you have more of them, or a long time has passed since you started to fill out and the submission time. Whenever it's complete the form says 'Thank you' or something similar, and your entry can be seen in the spreadsheet with the answers. That's why it's always a good idea to doublecheck whether your entry is there. You can still play, but unfortunately we can't count Q1 (Croatia game) and Q9 (Germany and Portugal totals) because you submitted at the end of that game. I paid my jail break fee and I am back after having worst result in history of my predictions, but it is not over yet. New round started and I have another zero points thanks to Croatia not playing good and conceding goal in stoppage time, this ruined all my predictions. Are there any rewards if someone gets zero points? If you score 0 again, I'll personally rebuy you back in I just noticed this but doesnt this means someone could use it for their advantage as part of their strategy
I mean something along the line like submitting late to check on lineups or injuries update that could affect the course of the game. Yeah there is a price to be paid but its actually a pretty good strategy if someone know how to make full use of it especially when the questions give higher points in the upcoming rounds

Most of you are on 3 or 4 points, if you want back in here are the rules: Late submission penalties- In case of late submission, the player can still play in that round if he pays the evil fee.
Evil fee is the same fee that would have to be paid if the player was the last one in that round, so 0,5mBTC in the group stages and 2mBTC in the quarterfinals. - If a player that rebuys after late submission ends up with the worst round result, his submission does not count towards the ‘lowest score’ group.
This means that if he’s the worst one with 3 points and 7 others have 4 points, all of them are out of the competition unless they rebuy back in.
This means 0.5 mBTC needs to be paid if you want to enter, be careful about the elimination rules as well. Questions that have started or partially started before your submission are voided for you, of course. |

You can submit only if you have answered all questions - otherwise the form does not let you. If your name is in the spreadsheet (which it is for Round 2), everything is ok. |

The harder the sea, the better we sail, but sometimes you just have to drop the anchor not because you're exhausted, but because you need to rest. I found myself in a situation where I had a lot of responsibility, both online and offline, as well as other side projects that I am currently managing. Just when I thought I was having a fantastic round, you confirmed my relegation. On the plus side, I'll most certainly take a 1-2 two-season break from the BSFL because I no longer have the time or zeal to conduct more research. I think the first two match days incredibly raised our hope and expectations of great offensive football, but it has been a reality check since then, teams you’d expect to score in a free flowing fashion are all awful, defenses that are supposed to be stable can’t keep their noses clean.
It really would be fun to know how many points each player would have had right now without dynamic rules at play here and it’s just the regular FPL no mid-match day substitutions or captaincy switching.
Yep, this is so true. The last few days were really disappointing, especially from England and France. Let's see what Portugal does today, but overall a great start and all downhill after that. When it gets more important, it'll probably reduce the quality of football by another level. |
