Bump, currently mining with Stablecoin version 1.5 at sbc.cryptoculture.net
Make sure everyone you are running version 1.5 and that your mining pools are up to date.
Well the blockchain is still on version 1.4 until it hits block 317000. No reason not to update...last time during the update from version 1.3 to 1.4 it caused quite some chaos among the miners, because their pools didn't perform the update yet. Lots of miners ended up wasting mining power in the wrong branch. True, but cryptsy was also on the wrong chain, that screwed up a lot as well.

Yep, off of Cryptsy again. Will probably go up a few cents.
Haha, why would it go up? It can't even stay active on the exchange. What brilliant reasoning you have that: the coins instability on the exchange will increase its value.Yeah, the previous time it went up because of a cut off sell supply. This time there isn't even a market. It will probably drop when the market gets back online. They will probably put it online after the fork. The last time they probably lost money due to coins mined on the wrong forked, disappearing after switching to the right blockchain. They want to avoid it I guess.

SBC is 33rd in market cap at the present price, this can easily go up more than 10x from here.
What else is skyrocketing? certainly not Doge turds!
It is more likely that the 8 btc sell is an attempt to scare peeps into selling so somebody can accumulate even more for the next surge in price.
Now now, don't talk negative over other coins, even if they're shittier than shit. It will only make you look like a fool.

I really like the fairness of this dice game, it's like it has a winning chance of about -3%

Message from Cryptocult Pools - http://sbc.cryptoculture.netFellow miners, I learned a hard lesson tonight. Our late update to version 1.4 really screwed us up. I am very dedicated to providing the best service to my customers, so I am very sorry and I understand you disappointment as a fellow miner. The late update to 1.4 caused the following issues. 1. Caused our pool to get corrupted. Therefore we had to create a new pool from scratch. 2. Many users received confirmed transactions for blocks that exists on the wrong blockchain - therefore were invalid. These invalid transactions corrupted the metadata of the pool and rendered it in-operational. I hope everyone had autopayout enabled and got all of their valid StableCoins out of the pool. The new pool is up, and you will have to recreate your login id. This issue will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!! I hope you will continue to support us. what in the hell, i'm getting double my hashrate. What was in that update? GPU cocaine?

Judging from artos' reply and cobra's description of the two branches, if your pool is showing a difficulty of 5.255, it's on the correct branch.
And my rig is running on the wrong chain and i'm not around it for the next week, so its pretty much turning electricity into nothing.

"All I want for Christmaaaaas iiis... a coin mixing service" ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I do not think that this will be the basis for a price explosion. It sure is. When anything innovative comes out people want it. Prices will go up, it's just a matter of how much and when (or if) artos will release it. If artos says the programming is going slower because it's vacation, i wonder how fast is it going generally. Weekly updates will keep the fan base hanging on. but recent news is not revolving around the development of the coin, rather its about promotion of the coin. Development report, even if very small, will keep heads looking stablecoin's way.

I can recommend this mining pool, it is very stable and pays out!

Nobody mentioning SBC being listed on coinedup.com now, yet?
Check back one page. I think Zavtra was the one who made this happen, yes? /u/justin-time requested it on the subreddit and it got upvoted so i guess that's that.

Next to that, the subreddit on reddit acts as a main hub for beginners to find information but it's a wreck. I requested control over it 5 days ago and still nothing.

So, a profit switching pool just came by and the difficulty skyrocketed, now we have to wait 80 blocks till it's back down.
