Fixed traffic estimation algorithm, catalog shows more realistic (less pessimistic) numbers now.

Bitfunder requires Weexchange account, and Weexchange requires scanned documents to get the "verified" status. Did you consider using btctc.co or cryptostocks?
763  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Announcement] AnonymousAds v2 on: February 11, 2013, 01:09:15 AM
Will you add a bbcode feature like in AA1?

I used that in many of my signatures on several forums.

AA1 offered banner rotation for static images/links that could be easily embedded in forums. This feature is currently not available at AA2 and is not planned for near future. If there are many of you who need it, please let me know.

However you can use static links of the form:
Code:
[url=http://click.a-ads.com/<ad_unit_id>/<campaign_id>]<ad text>[/url]
to send traffic to a particular campaign.

Campaign #1 currently pays for goals. That means if somebody follows your link, creates ad and deposits money to AnonymousAds, you will receive 10% of the deposited money.

So if your ad unit id is 123, you could use the following code:

Code:
 [url=http://click.a-ads.com/123/1]Advertise with AnonymousAds[/url]
764  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sites with Affiliate programs? on: February 10, 2013, 12:27:21 AM
AnonymousAds pays currently 10% of deposits made by advertisers attracted by you. Just register your ad unit and use the link of the form
Code:
http://click.a-ads.com/<ad unit id>/1
to invite advertisers.
765  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Anonymous Ads - bitcoin advertising network [migration to v.2] on: February 08, 2013, 07:31:07 AM
AA1 ads 397, 408, 410 received compensation to AA2 campaigns 7, 3, 8 (txinfo).

Advertisers for AA1 ads 402,376,373,374,380,396,399,400,401,402,404,406,327,317,240 haven't created campaigns at AA2 yet.

Update: AA1 is still serving ads and will be doing so till the end of February (when our AA1 obligations end, compensations to advertisers won't be offered after that time) OR till all active advertisers migrate to AA2.

767  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Announcement] AnonymousAds v2 on: February 03, 2013, 02:56:08 PM
Added FAQ section to this post. Please ask your questions so that I can fill it with answers. It will be added to the web site (or used to improve its interface) later. Thanks

Update: FAQ moved to http://a-ads.com/faq.

Which ads will appear @ filter ads?

The checked ones or the unchecked ones?

Checked boxes disable ads, e. g. if you filter NSFW ads, they won't be shown on your ad unit.

Is the wording ambiguous, could you please suggest how to reword it?
769  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Announcement] AnonymousAds v2 on: February 03, 2013, 10:22:26 AM
Fixed couple bugs related to ad sizes and graphical banners.

All AA1 affiliates got their balances, here are the txids:

Please replace AA1 code on your site with AA2 code to continue earning.

Chrome plugin is called page monitor
Firefox plugin is called check for change

Both come in handy at times.

Thanks!
772  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Anonymous Ads - bitcoin advertising network [migration to v.2] on: February 03, 2013, 01:19:09 AM
Dear friends, we are moving to Anonymous Ads 2.

Unfortunately there will be no data migration from AA1 because the systems are quite different. AA1 affiliates will get their balances to their withdrawal addresses. AA1 advertisers with bootstrap score + reward score > 0 will receive compensation to their AA2 campaign (if they create one with the same ad link). They will receive impressions anyway until we stop AA1. We'll do it when we feel that our obligations are fulfilled.

Please see this document for some details.

I suggest that we discuss migration issues here. And after we migrate, we'll use AA2 thread.

PS: Please don't send money to AA1 if you need them Smiley
773  Economy / Micro Earnings / [ANN] a-ads.com: Bitcoin advertising network. Advertise now! on: February 03, 2013, 01:13:45 AM
About Anonymous Ads

We are the transparent Bitcoin advertising network that doesn't collect any personal data about its users. Our lightweight ads don't contain javascript or swf. We don't spy on our users and don't provide targeting based on browser history. We don't sell visitors and don't pay per click or per impression. We sell a share of traffic of our publishers to our advertisers.

Advertisers allocate their funds on advertising spaces (ad units) and get a share of impressions from them. They can track the sources of efficient traffic and reward them for sales to improve the targeting of their campaigns.

If you want to buy ads:

Just try us out. Create an advertising campaign, it should take less than a minute since no registration is needed.

After your campaign is created, you can adjust its parameters, deposit any amount and wait for your ad to be activated by our moderators.

We are also searching for advertisers that are willing to receive free traffic and use CPA or revenue-sharing model. Pay for traffic after it converts!

If you want to monetize your traffic:

Create an ad unit, embed your ad and receive automatic payouts to your bitcoin address.

Please note that we are not pay-per-click or pay-per-impression, our default money distribution mechanism relies on amount of globally unique impressions, please see this post for details.

Ad units may also receive rewards from advertisers that use CPA or revenue sharing model.

Generous affiliate program

All our publishers participate in our affiliate program. They get 50% of fees collected from advertisers attracted by their ad units (~10% of their spendings). Anybody can create an affiliate link and earn daily rewards by promoting our service.

https://anonymousads.com/site/822
have the same problem.

Will there be same problem when I add some new site to anonymousads.com? And how can I avoid the problem?

I'll follow AA2.

821 & 822 redirect to http://www.btcwatch.com/account/login, thus AA bot can't detect its code. If you embed AA code on login page, probably it will be visible to AA bot. Actually when advertisers pay for traffic or goals, health doesn't matter. So even if your site is not listed, you should earn something from traffic you generate.

Not sure if you use Plurk.

If you do, you might be interested in http://plurk-deanonymizer.herokuapp.com (it can be used to find out who whispered a plurk by its id).

If you don't, you might be interested in my invite.

Thanks!

My site is https://anonymousads.com/site/737

I have pasted ad code in this page. But the "Health" is 0 and "Affiliates" is n/a.  Please help me.

Thanks for your message. For some reason sites health feature is not working reliably, sorry or inconvenience. I just hacked it a bit, should be better now. Sorry for inconvenience. I hope AA2 won't have this issue.
778  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adress login system on: January 24, 2013, 03:44:12 PM
Update: oops, sorry, didn't notice previous message of Sukrim that had the same idea, striked out to prevent duplication.

I thought about following mechanism:

1. You enter your <bitcoin address> as login.
2. Website shows a message "I'm the owner of <bitcoin address>, want to login to <site url>. <timestamp>".
3. You sign this message with private key that corresponds to <bitcoin address>.
4. Website checks your signature and lets you in.

Probably all those steps could be automated. You just click the link on site, your bitcoin client asks you to select address which you want to use for authorization, you do so and you are logged in (if you use encrypted wallet, you would need to unlock it with your passphrase).

Do you know any ad networks (except anonymousads and bitcoinadsmart)

Why except anonymousads?  Roll Eyes

I don't believe Matthew had malicious intent to defraud anybody when he started his "bet". Probably he just became is a victim of himself. It was stupid to do what he did, and probably it caused unintended (and unprovable) harm to some forum users.

I'd like to ask people (who identify themselves as victims of fraud) to take away their greed and offence and to recognize the fact that probably he just won't be able to pay in full. You wouldn't want him to sell his organs, would you?

I propose the following solution for this situation:

1. Victims claim a fraction of real losses, that their consciousness consider proportional to his guilt (he shouldn't pay for others' greed and stupidity). Matthew creates a list of payment recipients (weighted by their claimed amounts) and publishes it.

2. Time to time Matthew sends any amount to some trusted Treasurer's address thus proving his intents to pay off. Treasurer redistributes money among victims with respect to their weights in the list.

3. Community monitors Treasurer's address and sees if Matthew makes regular payments and how large those payments are.

Who knows, maybe sooner or later Matthew will pay for his sins. I think he deserves a chance to prove public his intents and to rehabilitate himself.
